What Happened from the Cross to the Throne

Rate this book
This book blazes a new path in constructive interpretation of the Pauline revelation. It uncovers many new veins of primary truths long covered by sense knowledge interpretation of the Word. The first ten or twelve chapters deal with the legal side of the plan of redemption. It shows what God did in Christ from the incarnation until He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on High.

The disciples were staggered by Christ’s resurrection. They were mystified by the forty days before His ascension. They did not know He had carried His blood into the heavenly Holy of Holies. Neither was it known that He had delivered the Old Testament Saints from Paradise when He ascended from Mount Olivet. They little appreciated the fact that the cloud that received Him out of their sight was the Old Testament Saints being taken to the Father’s house. They did not know He was to sit down at the right hand of the Majesty on High. The legal part of the work of redemption had been completed and now the vital could begin in the upper room.

Much of this will be new to you, but if you will read it with an open mind, you will find it has transforming power enwrapped within it.

A lot of things actually happened between the death of Jesus and His resurrection and ascension. E. W. Kenyon through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost explains all of those details, in a manner that will touch the heart of the enthusiastic christian. This book blessed my life so much. My insight into the mystery of redemption was broadened; my walk with God made significant progress, and Jesus got all the glory.

Notes::
Jesus did not take on the nature of satan; he did not die spiritually; my redemption was not paid for in hell!!
I'm embarrassed to say I used to be a word of faith Christian. Thank God I've had my eyes opened to the truth.

A unique book with in-depth, thought-provoking insights from a Scriptural perspective. This book is as relevant today as it was to the 1920s audience the author addressed.

Skip it. Bad theology, no research, and meandering points.
