Very inspiring, the declarations are a treasure waiting to be discovered. Not a religious book at all, but still very uplifting and spiritual.

Pearls of wisdom
I had taken this book through my kindle unlimited subscription but have since bought it because I will always come back to it. In fact, I have read this book twice already.
If you looking for guidance on how to live filled with success, an extraordinary life then I would highly recommend you start reading this book. The story is well written and inspiring. The 11 declarations are invaluable pearls of wisdom. If you have enjoyed the Alchemist, you will enjoy this book too.

He becomes the embodiment of these declarations he has learned, and is instructed to share them with the world. What makes this book even better - is the proof that anyone can be used to teach the world important lessons for life. And the greatness of this book- is that it provides a unique look at the crucifixion of Jesus - from what it must have been like to be in the crowd watching it happen. 5 Stars!!!!!

a book to keep open
I loved this story . Each new adventure makes me want to start all over again with him (and for me !) Inspiring enough that I will buy this book for my grandchildren to read and come awAy with inspiration . The current events happening now are dangerously threatening faith and I fear for our children's future. I hope the author is safe in Oregon ....

A compelling story
This is a book I will reread many times. A compelling story that drew me in - I found it quite emotional at times. The declarations are quite applicable. I wish the author had not rushed the last chapter and had tidied up some loose ends.

This is a life changing book. One that really makes you look at things in a totally different way! It's different from anything else I've read but I read it very quickly and when I had to set it down I was eager to get back to it.
It's a fable and the points made are ones I live by (for the most part) and teach myself. But through the storytelling and examples you really can see a different aspect and viewpoint.
HIGHLY recommend!

I read this book in one sitting as it is not very long. I actually read it by mistake. I thought I was opening a different book but it grabbed me on the first page, so I continued to read it and am so glad I did.
I thoroughly enjoyed this inspiring tale of Felix, a young boy who is mute and feels he never fits in; yet, he never gives up.
It has a slightly religious overtone, but even if you're not religious (and I'm not), it's worth the read. I made note of the 11 declarations. They are rules to live by.

The 11 declarations are valuable. The story makes them touchingly human. I think I will read this book again and again. It is quite beautiful, no matter the source of your faith.

Although it has a slight religious connotation, is a pocket manual that reminds us of the basic principles that we should all apply daily regardless of our religious beliefs. It is short and easy to read, written using plain language and a beautiful backstage story.

One of the best books you will ever read. I made it to chapter 5 and had to start over so I could read it with my 12 year old. The 11 declarations are exactly what EVERYONE needs to hear to become their best extraordinary selves. Read it, you won't regret it, I promise.
