I couldn't stop reading, but I'm horrified (and I've read worse and more graphic things, but I can't comprehend WHY people ship Yoon Bum and Sangwoo. I just want Bum to escape from him).
I don't know what to think about this but I for sure didn't love it (everyone seems to love it).
I will continue with the next volume just because I have no idea of how the story will go and I really want to know.

Update: The ending! This manhwa is just incredibly plotted, I can predict only two endings to this thing here and both are hideous! There is no way in hell this is going to end well, so don't expect any happy endings for now.

I loved the emotions roller coaster, also the art is beyond amazing. I don't read Manga that much because I tend to lose focus on the story and care about the art and the little details more, but Mangas on phone is a great way to concentrate on the story instead.
I was just innocently checking the Manhwa out and suddenly I'm finishing it and waiting for chapter 18, like what happened? I don't know.
I'm totally ruined, my innocent anime mood is ruined I need to rewatch Yuri On Ice!!! or Haikyuu!! or something, this will get me my innocence back.
The similarities between the characters and some anime icons is uncanny, Bum is L but softer and gayer, Sangwoo is Hisoka Morow but crazier!
However, it was fucked up and scary, and I think the artist was trying so hard to show that, and that it's not okay to ship an abusive relationship, however, some actually do ship them, I personally ship them both with a therapist.

It's not a love story. Let's just get that out of the way first. it is a psychological horror story. This narrative of two very unhappy persons, one with serious obsessive tendencies and the other a sadistic lunatic, cannot be called a romance. The two characters have a peculiar, codependent bond, complete with plenty of fantastic sexual contact, but there is no love. Everything is so sick and incorrect.

Okay, este es el primer manga que leo.
Y me gusto mucho. Es aterrador.
La historia trata de Yoon Bum, un chico que se obsesiona con otro chico llamado Sangwoo. Yoon Bum al principio logra entrar en la casa de Sangwoo después de lograr ingresar la clave y su objetivo era entrar en la casa de él para conocerlo más y oler su ropa, almohada (totalmente obsesionado). Pero lo que encuentra dentro de esa casa no es nada de lo que esperaba.
Las ilustraciones son increíbles, cada gesto en el rostro de cada personaje refleja excelente lo que sienten en ese momento, además algunos dibujos hasta me asustaron.
Y la historia es fuerte, el personaje de Sangwoo está loco, hay cosas que hizo que no tienen justificación por ningún lado. Y no, no es un libro de Romance, está lejos de serlo. No Shippeo a la pareja, pero cuando tenían escenas tranquilas si me gustaban los dos juntos, hasta que todo se iba al diablo devulelta.
Solo espero que Yoon Bum pueda salir y recuperarse de todo y encontrar algo mejor. Al leerlo sufrís con él.
En conclusión, el final me dejó intrigada, así que pronto leeré el tomo 2. Y si me gustó bastante, pero se que los demás estarán mejores.

So this just happened.
Killing Stalking is a webcomic illustrating the fucked up relationship between a stalker who ends up stalking the wrong kind of person. It's a psychological horror of sorts that delves into a type of relationship that just makes me want to tell people that I'm hiding under the covers, but really I'm eating a bowl of cereal while scrolling down pictures of people getting stabbed.
But in all seriousness, I was kind of surprised. This isn't a shallow story as I expected, but one that is developing its characters to be more than just the stalker and sociopath archetypes. Does it make them likeable? Not really. But it's always nice to know where people are coming from. What really shines is witnessing this weird relationship develop between the characters (call it Stockholm syndrome if you want).
So far, only "season one" is out (comprising of 19 chapters) with season 2 being on its way. Killing Stalking is a Korean webcomic, with official translations being available online for a price. Of course, there are always alternative *avenues* to view this webcomic. I went ahead and paid for the official webcomic as the quality of the pictures were better and the translation as well in certain chapters.
Edit: Forgot to mention that one of the things I didn't like about this webcomic was the censorship. It felt so out of place - like sure, we can show stabbing and torture. But showing a guy's dick? Oh well. Maybe season 2...

Dude, no sé que decirte... Estoy en shock. No sé si darle cuatro estrellas o dos, no tengo ni la más maldita idea de que pensar, de... Dios... esto es frustrante.

Así que el dilema es real, y he tomado una decisión, no terminaré de calificar esto hasta que los demás tomos salgan y me de cuenta de si realmente la historia se dirige hacia donde yo espero, si se trata de una historia más sobre el famoso síndrome de estocolmo o de una innovadora obra. Porque sí, a pesar de que mis internos comentarios feministas no paraban de resonar en mi interior, y de decirme que uno de los personajes principales era un misógino-falo-represor —a parte de estar muy fu**ing loco—, dude la historia es buena, y no la puedo juzgar por sus personajes, o por lo que hacen, se supone que lo debería hacer por lo que me hacen sentir, y sh*t, me estaba muriendo de miedo.

I am a big fan of Koogi and I am a bigger fan of Killing Stalking.
I don't know what this says about myself as a human being. I can't recall ever reading a manga/manhwa/manhua so dark, twisted and bloody as Killing Stalking. It represents the darkest depths of human insanity. Both Sangwoo and Yoon Bum should be locked deep underground a highly guarded mental facility, preferably as far away from each other as possible. I can't ship these two. I can't. It's as if shipping Hannibal Lecter and Oliver Twist. But I'd lie if I didn't admit my heart pounded for Yoonbum when Sangwoo showed the smallest sign of ... warmth? what the bloody hell was wrong with me?
Why the 5 stars?
This manhwa made me stare in the eyes of the abyss and watch as the abyss stared back at me. It made me feel as if my soul became more tainted with darkness, chapter after chapter. I should have put it down after the first murder, or the next, or the next, but I couldn't. The first season went by, then the next season.
Now as I'm waiting for the 3rd season to be published I can't help but wonder if I've sold my soul to the dark side while reading this comic.
Killing Stalking was the hardest thing I've ever read and yet couldn't PUT.IT.DOWN.

This was a very disturbing read, and I would not recommend it to anyone who is squeamish.
This online manga follows the main character in a Stockholm Syndrome scenario. It was very disturbing and I can't keep my dinner down anymore... But I honestly couldn't stop reading it. My heart breaks for the main character and what he has to go through. I'm sobbing internally, please who ever is in charge of the universe make it stop.

damn, i wish i could give this less than a star.
this manga is homophobic, ableist, and overall just BORING. i can't decide which is worse, the fans or the manga itself. the fans are a hot mess of homophobia ('XD YAOI!!!', ppl calling sangwoo sexual names/liking him, shipping yoon bum and sangwoo) and ableism (calling themselves 'crazy/psycho/insane' for liking it/calling those characters that) and the manga itself is so goddamn boring. trust me, i KNOW psychological horror/horror and this is the one of sorriest excuses ever for anything remotely close to its supposed genres. please, fans of this, read something else. love yourself.

It's disgusting.
It's supposed to be psychological horror but it doesn't even come close. The person who wrote this doesn't understand how mental illnesses work and at the same time, it's obvious this was solely written to fetishize relationships between gay men. It's horrible. Sangwoo, one of the main characters, kills women after raping them, breaks someone's legs so they can't leave him, ties that person up, force feeds them and when the guy tries to escape, Sangwoo cuts off part of his chin.
And his victim starts falling in love with him.
Never have I read something so vile. Do not read this. It's not worth it. You can find much better horror than this. The writer of this book obviously didn't do any research on mental illness and obviously doesn't know how they work.

Okay, how exactly do I explain this manhwa (manhwa=korean comic) and my love of it without coming off as a total creep? Forget it, I'm not sure there is a way, let's just do this. Do you enjoy dark, twisted, psychological stories with depraved, damaged and often morally repulsive characters (like Gillain Flynn's novels)? Do you like reading about perverted, unhealthy, physically and mentally abusive relationships (kind of like Hannibal the tv show but a thousand times worse)? Well if you answered yes to any of the questions than Killing Stalking is for you. This is a story of a mentally unstable and perverted stalker named Yoon bum
And the man he's in love with/stalks named Sangwoo.
And one day Yoon Bum breaks into his house to do stuff like masturbate on his pillows and when he goes into his basement he finds a woman chained up and discovers the kind, charismatic Sangwoo he stalked is actually a serial killer.
And he ends up being held by Sangwoo and slowly they begin to form a weird type of relationship. It's not so much as Yoon Bum developing Stockholm syndrome because he's already mentally unstable and was obsessed/in love with Sangwoo but Sangwoo slowly starts to become attached to Yoon Bum.
I personally loved this comic because of the dark themes and twisted characters. But it's not for everyone. It has explicit scenes of the golden trio; torture, murder and sex. It also displays a highly abusive and depraved relationship between two mentally unstable people. One a paranoid, violent serial killer and the other a stalker with a borderline personality disorder. If any of these things or all of these together might be triggering for you or offensive or just too much don't read this comic. But if you're like me and love you some twisted shit than hop on board. But be warned, this story doesn't let you catch a break. It's twisted all the way through.

Killing Stalking is a dark, psychological horror/ thriller comic, incomplete at that. Still, I read it all in one sitting and I decided to shelve it because of the nature of the comic, and because I also need to throw my two cents in.
I want potential readers to know the trigger warning associated with this comic: violence, gore, manipulation, blood, knives, torture, death. If you're under the age of 18, do not read this comic. If you have any questions about potential triggers, please send me a message. This is a strong horror comic, and it shouldn't be confused, nor fetishized as YAOI or an a gay romance.
Where the comparison to Yuri on Ice comes from is beyond me, as this comic is, again, a dark, psychological horror/thriller. Killing Stalking made me feel anxious for Bum, both intrigued and scared, and sorry for Bum. Yoonbum has been stalking Sangwoo, in fact you can say he's obsessed, to the point where he breaks into his home. Only to find out that the Sangwoo, charismatic and popular, is not who he thinks he is, and there is more to him than meets the eye. That's when everything changes, and it is scary , and I reiterate, dark as hell. Although Yoonbum has been stalking him you feel conflicted because Sangwoo is a serial killer, one obsessed with blood and torture.
This comic had me scared for everyone, and although you ask yourself what you're reading just about every page, the story is compelling as it is twisted. In a consensus, this is disturbing, but it's like a horror movie—you can't stop watching, and hoping that the MC will survive. I'm honestly scared for Yoonbum and not only his wellbeing, but his mental state.

Killing Stalking is a progressive, psychologically mind twisting, fast paced thriller. There are themes of rape, incest, Stockholm syndrome, abuse, nudity, murder, torture and crudeness galore.
What I found the most ‘enchanting’ was the way the story unfolded and how with each new clue you where given, it got you to re-evaluate your cards and wonder who really was the most messed up character here. The stalker? The murderer? Or the countless other characters who dipped a hand and splattered paint on the canvas?

I should say something more but.... huh, this is a thriller you’d have to taste for yourself to understand.

Killing Stalking is a progressive, psychologically mind twisting, fast paced thriller. There are themes of rape, incest, Stockholm syndrome, abuse, nudity, murder, torture and crudeness galore.
What I found the most ‘enchanting’ was the way the story unfolded and how with each new clue you where given, it got you to re-evaluate your cards and wonder who really was the most messed up character here. The stalker? The murderer? Or the countless other characters who dipped a hand and splattered paint on the canvas?

Just finished part 1 of season 1. I can see that this is definitely going to be dark and not for those who can't handle nudity, blood and torture. I don't recommend this to everyone for sure.
Update— finished all the parts of Season 1. Wow, that was intense. Some parts were difficult to get through because of the horror in much detail, but I was too hooked to stop. It has loads of mind fuckery and very adult content.

I seriously debated whether I should even put this on my GR.
I've read a decent number of books with all kinds of trigger warnings. (I haven't found my way to the Lolita side of things, but there is no way I'd broach that side of messed-up literature yet). I have to say though, this webtoon takes the cherry off the cake. Not the icing, the cherry on top of all of it.
I wasn't able to focus for the next day after reading this. So I ended up reading something else. (But that's a different review).
As much as I love to ship characters and want for them to experience happiness or whatever optimism will paint of life, there was just something so disturbing about this that it squeezed out the color of optimism.
This plot isn't for the faint of heart. Much less for those who scream at the sight of gore; the first chapter is only the first of the disturbing scenes and themes in this book. I will add though, Koogi doesn't promote anything (I have zero ideas what jack*** thought it would be a good idea shelving this into boys love because there is no love in this webtoon. It's the farthest thing from love. In fact, I suspect neither character even knows how to love.)
To an extent, I do think this webtoon was written primarily with the intent to play around with extremely dark themes and notions and see how far they could be pushed in a plot. The plot is really so twisted and thorny that it's almost impossible to rationalize and figure out how the thorns first spread. You just accept that the depravity exists. With that notion in mind, I think Koogi did a really great job in seeing how far they could throw this plot so far out the bounds of what is humane.
The plot is so weird. I don't even think I could iterate what happened sequentially. But I'd like to think that the plot wasn't the point. There was a rather interesting development in the characters and what we learned of them throughout the plot. The plot only existed to serve the purpose of demonstrating the development (and the extent of depravity).
One thing I do want to comment on is the ending. I think it was fitting. However, I'm still so confused. The last chapter I read felt a little off and I read the author's note wondering where the rest of the chapter was.
And of course, the art was really good. Very fitting. I'm impressed how Koogi's style fit the depravity of the plot and characters while not seeming messy. And the quality didn't suffer or change remarkably throughout the webtoon.
In all, I don't recommend this. Not unless you have a glass of red or someone to snuggle up with after. Because this webtoon will really throw you for a loop.
Note to me: I read this whole series in one go, so I'm just going to shelve my review for all 60+ chapters under this title.

Absolutely dreadful. Many people praise this comic for realistic portrayals, but right of the bat it's clear that the author did absolutely no research on the conditions that the characters have. Besides that, it's not very good horror either. There's not much suspense or development, it's just on and on drivel of YoonBum being abused. Horror stories involving abuse can be done right, but this one seems to just be the author trying to one-up themselves. The only possible content I imagine would be useful to readers is the sexual content, but even then, I find the voyeuristic sexual art in poor taste considering the subject matter. This one's a no from me.
