Beyond the Bermuda Triangle: True Encounters with Electronic Fog, Missing Aircraft, and Time Warps

I didn’t believe in time travel or teleportation until it happened to me.

I’m Bruce Gernon, and I flew through the heart of the Bermuda Triangle before I’d even heard the term. Skeptics have dismissed the Triangle as a nonmystery, but they weren’t in my airplane when the fog surrounded my craft and I leaped ahead 100 miles. I documented what happened and memorized every detail of that flight.

Now I’m ready to explain that there is no Bermuda Triangle! Instead, there is a continuing mystery that has resulted in thousands of disappearances of crafts and loss of life over decades and a phenomenon I call electronic fog.

In Beyond the Bermuda Triangle , Rob MacGregor and I present multiple cases of pilots and others who have experienced electronic fog in the air, in the water, and on land. We also examine UFO and USO cases and their possible relationship with space/time warps. Among the fascinating topics we

I think this book is super interesting if you like the Bermuda Triangle and stuff like that. There’s a few times where I started to think the author sounded a little bit crazy, but it was a good read and I thought the electronic fog is really interesting to me, so I really enjoyed it!

Beyond the Bermuda Triangle is an intriguing blend of personal testimony, investigative reporting, and speculative science that invites readers to reconsider one of the world’s most enduring mysteries. Bruce Gernon’s firsthand account of encountering what he calls “electronic fog” is undeniably compelling.told with clarity, confidence, and the detail of someone who has replayed the experience for decades.
What elevates this book beyond a simple retelling is the combination of Gernon’s narrative with Rob MacGregor’s structured research approach. Together, they explore additional cases from pilots, sailors, and witnesses who report similar anomalies, expanding the conversation beyond a single event. While some readers may approach the subject with skepticism, the book doesn’t demand blind belief; instead, it presents a series of experiences and patterns that encourage curiosity.

The discussion of time distortions, teleportation like phenomena, UFO and USO sightings, and space time irregularities is delivered in a tone that’s more investigative than sensational. Gernon and MacGregor aim to make sense of the unexplainable rather than exaggerate it, which makes the book feel more grounded than many titles in this genre.

Whether or not readers accept the explanation of “electronic fog,” the book succeeds in offering a fresh angle on the Bermuda Triangle mystery. It’s thought provoking, accessible, and filled with enough documented accounts to keep both believers and skeptics engaged. For readers fascinated by aviation mysteries, unexplained phenomena, or alternative scientific theories, this book is an absorbing and memorable read.

This book turned out to be better than I had initially expected. I figured it would mostly be about the author's experience flying thru the Bermuda triangle electric fog but turned out to be so much more than that. We get to hear second hand about other people's various experiences, Whether by ship or plane and some strange time distortions and time travel that defy our current understanding of the laws of physics. He also discusses Einstein's theory of relativity as well as wormholes, black holes, string theory, space travel and other dimensions, as well as reluctantly touches a bit on UFO's and how they are connected somehow. I especially liked the chapter on the "other Area 51" which is an under the ocean secret Navy base used for experimental technology, advanced weaponry, and top secret testing. I forget the name of the base, but had never even known it existed(perhaps because it's "secret"? Lol) and this is the only book in which I've heard it mentioned. There's also a part in the book that is taken from one of the late ,great, Stephen Hawking seminars in which he discusses our universe and our future, etc. Overall I am very pleased with this audiobook, a fascinating account of the Bermuda Triangle and beyond.

Okay. I slept on it after finishing this last night, and...I'm still not sure exactly what I think! It was so interesting, and I feel like I learned so much, but I also felt like it got a smidge wacky at times! It can be hard to review books like this sometimes, though, because the parts that I felt went a bit off the rails the author agreed and stated the same thing, and sometimes he seemed to think nothing was odd about what he was saying. What's unbelievable to some is routine to others.

Anyway, suffice it to say, I enjoyed the majority of the book, and did learn a lot about a topic I knew nothing of, and his theories are pretty awesome sometimes. I wish it would have been a bit more cohesive, as he seemed to jump around a lot, in both stories and theories, and that was hard to follow, but overall, it was a good read.

I remember seeing this authors story on one of the MANY documentaries i have seen on this triangle. For the most part this is a level headed read on this weird location. I want to believe, but given the insane number of things traveling daily through this area...if there is something odd happening i would think a clear trend of modern day losses would increase.

I believe something odd and unexplainable did happen to the author. Where he started to loose me, is the mention of this event unlocking his psychic abilities and getting into the (out there) concepts.

I want something more modern to happen again in this area so the mystery gets solved.

I was excited to read this book, but I would give it negative stars if possible. The "author " loves to make baseless claims and states his opinion as fact. He doesn't even believe his own friends when they tell him what they saw. There are much better/interesting books on the Bermuda Triangle skip this one.

Good solid take on the Bermuda Triangle. A nuts and bolts style hypothesis which makes sense yet still leaves room for fun and speculation.

Kind of a fun sci-fi type despite being non-fiction
