This was my first read from the author and this book was definitely a page turner. This was a good book. I never thought a call center was like this. These chicks were something else at the least. What I thought was key to this story was how all there stories intertwined together. This book was very different but still good altogether.

I must say as a person who loves to be entertained with exciting drama this book was a pretty interesting read. It centered around a call center filled with crazy characters living la vida loca in more ways in one. Nyema, the main star of this show considers herself a certified Queen B whose subordinates love to worship, especially the new guy named Tyriq. As the two’s bond continues to grow Ms. Nyema becomes fearful that her sketchy past may comeback to haunt her and her new relationship.
Giving my opinion on this book in its entirety I found it to be quite a page turner. I loved the scandalous behavior of the call center crew and all the shenanigans that followed. The flash back scenes of one of the characters and how their early years formed them into who they are today really helped build an understanding as to the mindset of this person. There were a lot of twist and turns as well as shocking surprises that occurred throughout this novel that truly kept this book exciting for me and wanting to read more.
The only negative I have to say about this authors style of writing as it pertains to multiple books I have read by her is the whole COLORISM issue. As an author, you are trying to appeal to a mass audience. Meaning, you want more than one type of group to support and purchase your work. Although it is not an issue that you have light skinned or biracial characters as your leads, it becomes an issue when they are being portrayed as untouchable goddesses whereas women of a darker complexion come across being seen as less than. To a random reader who is of a browner complexion not only could this be seen as offensive it could be downright hurtful. Im sure you want everyone to support you as an author, so you have to show support to EVERYONE.

NYEMA HAS A SECRET !

This was one of them books, that start kinda slow and then BAM. The flow picks up and you find yourself anticipating what will happen next. There was quite a few characters, but the main one Nyema was a real colorful and unforgettable character. Nyema the most beautiful and wanted lady at the call center, her place of employment. Even though she was wanted and hated by many, Nyema was holding a big secret. Download this 5 🌟 face paced read to see what's going on at the Call Center. Yelp I would recommend this book because, the storyline was on point, the characters were relatable. Although there are some formatting issues, it doesn't take away the overall enjoyment of the book.

Confessions of a Call Center Vixen...whew, I would've thought at I was watching an episode of Jerry Springer or one of those crazy shows that come on the Oxygen channel. Minus a few grammatical errors and formatting issues, this story was very good. It was slow in the beginning and eventually built itself up. This is to tell everyone that females are very jealous and petty and hate on each other for no reason. Also, to be careful who you call friend. I liked how Nyema's and Wish's story intertwined with each other. I will be reading the other two parts of this series just to see how this all turns out.

These females were something else & really brought the drama inside & outside the call center. Good introduction & background info given on the characters. Flashbacks helped the content and storyline. Minor editing issues did not deter me from the story. While some characters were easy to dislike, others were hard not to like. Relatable characters & situations helped make this a good read.

Different! I enjoyed this book, but struggled a bit at first with the time and name shifts. Once it fell into place, couldn't stop reading. Nyema is a total crazy character, and its only when you find out the truth that you understand why she is that way. Lots of drama in her life and in the lives of those around her.

Short but good

I like the twist of this book. I assumed it would be about call center thots ..but thats not the case at all! Each character had their own issues yet they tied together somehow. That was great!
