Veridian: A Magical Adventure
In the land of Immentia, two friends have been travelling together for more than three seasons. They are Seekers on a quest that all the people of Immentia must take before they reach their eighteenth annum; the quest to find their birthstones.
Dagda and Elvyn have been on the road too long and time is quickly running out. In the town of Fogsbottom they meet an old alchemist who tells them of a mysterious woman they will find in the wilderness. He is sure that she will be able to help them, but warns the Seekers that the path will be dangerous and they must hurry to find her in time.
With little else to guide them, the boys set out once again, every step taking them even further from home. As they journey onward they are forced to face their fears; battling creatures and the elements as they press on in their quest. They come across fantastic places and make some great friends who help them along the way; including a secretive dark-haired girl who has a more important role to play in their journey than they could ever imagine...
Veridian takes the reader on a thrilling adventure across a fascinating but believable world. The epic scenery and compelling characters are brought to life as the story takes us from medieval villages to underground caverns; Veridian is a great read for anyone who loves to get lost in a world of fantasy and fairy tales.
Veridian is the novella prequel to Stoneseekers.
