The poor guy in this story is forced to navigate the intricacies of a language foreign to him known as womanese. He wants to be faithful and to find the love of his life, but all the poontang thrown in his face is confusing the inexperienced lad. He can't help but try to consider his options before he acts. Unfortunately, in this dog eat dog world you get little time to digest these complexities. Will he succeed or is loneliness in his future?

Eita loves his girlfriend Koaki, though she is a sickly young woman who spends long stretches of time in hospital. Not everybody in her family trusts the young man, so her cousin Kasumi is sent to spy into his intentions. After not getting any from Koaki, the older Kasumi sure looks enticing. Eita considers everyone's feelings and, just like every guy who lacks experience in romance, makes all the wrong decisions for the right reasons.

His coworker Nana makes him hesitate before refusing an offer to spend the night. To add some intrigue to this rather tame story, Kasumi witnesses as Eita carries a drunk Nana home. He worries the event will reach Koaki's ears. Kasumi notices his worried attitude and, get this, invites him over for some R&R. She even asks him to call her Koaki during the deed. His conscience returns in full strength and he walks away before anything fun happens.

To prove to himself that he is still faithful, Eita jumps straight for a wet kiss on Koaki. She recoils, so he backs off. Strangely, she expected him to be more forceful. Huh, women... He returns into Kasumi's arms, this time going all the way. Multiple times, the mangy dog. Kasumi acts all weird when he returns to Koaki as if nothing happened. It's one of those 'it's nothing, I'm fine' moments. Huh, women...

Koaki is finally released from hospital. Eita keeps treating her like some fragile egg which upsets Koaki. She just wants to jump his bones, but he keeps thinking of her frailty and Kasumi's hot bod. He is unable to perform, but has no qualms about jumping into bed with Kasumi again. Unlike all those other times, she spends the whole night at his place which makes him fall for her.

While he can't decide who to pick, his classmate invites him to the beach to meet even more girls. He is introduced to Sao who is willing and able (wink, wink), but his lack of experience is showing in their interactions. He does feel a connection to her. She agrees to meet again, if only for him to return her umbrella.
