She had the opportunity of a lifetime right at her fingertips, but the passion she found in his arms could destroy it all.
Garret Mason, Press Release Manager for Parker Industries, was floored when he discovered that the late Robert Parker had willed the company to a rival if his three sons couldn’t find a way to work together. Growing up with the Parker brothers, he knew firsthand how impossible it would be to get the three of them to set aside their differences and unite. Needing help, he reluctantly hired an image consultant, but the gorgeous Lisa Moore was as frustrating as she was talented.
Their clashing personalities and need for control were rivaled only by the passion that consumed them. If they’re not careful, the emotions they fight will bring them and the whole company down.
THE BIG POWER STRUGGLE💪 ARC received for an honest review.
Garret Mason🐺🍌🌋 , is a tall hot alpha male. He's the Press Release Manager, an executive and babysitter to the three grown sons of the Parker Industries founder, Robert Parker. Robert just died but it was always thought he would leave the company to the oldest son, Blake, because Blake was running it. The middle son, Cole, has his own goings on and doesn't want it. The youngest son, Hawk🐺🍌🌋✋🔥, is a man whore and a heavy 🍸drinker. He doesn't want or care about anything but having a good time.
When Robert's will is read, the company is left to all three sons divided evenly between them. There's a catch. They have to work together at the company and stay out of trouble for a year. At the end of the year, the company is theirs forever. If they mess up, the company is given to another firm, Wiltshire and Donovan. Enter Lisa💋💻, owner of Moore's Image Consulting, an image remaking company. She is hired by Garret🐺🍌🌋 to remake the three son's images. She's operating her office out of her apartment, but she has had some big successes recently, and hopes to move to a real office soon. Garret🐺🍌🌋 interviews Lisa💋💻, but is extremely attracted to her and angry that she is needed at the same time. She thinks he's 🔥hot too, but she won't tell him that! Lisa💋💻 realizes she has a big job ahead, and will have to use her feminine wiles to manipulate Hawk for sure. He sees her as another conquest, and she will have to keep him interested and chasing her💃 but never letting him catch her. He will be the hardest to keep in line and the hardest ones image she has to remake. So begins the power struggle between Garret🐺🍌🌋✋🔥 and Lisa💋💻. He wants to control her but she says she was hired by the company and the brothers, not him. He is jealous of her talking to the brothers, or attending public functions with them that she arranges to improve their images. Some of the dialogue between Lisa💋💻 and Garret🐺🍌🌋✋ is very funny, it's like she is baiting him. He is shadowing her because he doesn't want her to be alone with any of the brothers. She says things to him that are argumentative, just to get a rise out of him. The attraction to each other is undeniable, the sex, 🔥hot, naaasssty, and hard🍌🌋✋. It's a big power💪 struggle! YEHAW! Ride em Bareback🍌, Cowgirl!🐎🐎🐎🐎
I like this introduction to the Parker family. The brothers are brats in their own way, but I like that Garrett, their friend, wants to help them keep their company.
This requires they get along for a year, run the business together, as per their father's will. Lisa is an image consultant hired to try to improve the brothers' public personas, but she truly wants to help them heal their rift.
Garrett and Lisa can't help their attraction, and realize they've fallen in love too late after he thinks she's betrayed the Parkers, but she hasn't.
It works out, and happiness abounds. This was s short read, but still interesting, and a good way to start the series.
I absolutely ADORED the cover for this prequel to the Parker Brothers series. Although Garret is not a Parker brother, he grew up with them when he and Blake were in high school. I thoroughly enjoyed the chemistry between Lisa and Garret and the dynamic with the three Parker brothers as well. Looking forward to reading the other three stories in this series.

Now that was a book worth reading. I enjoyed it very much. I hate skipping a bunch of nonsense to get to the story and Kayla kept me wanted to read every line. I loved it. Thank you for reading this very nice book. I do read books that's not worth giving a review ,but I have to let people know when I do enjoy it.
Really enjoyed this book, great storyline and very likeable characters, moving onto the next book but really hoping the other brothers books aren’t too far away! I voluntarily read an ARC copy and am leaving an honest review
This was part of a free giveaway. I loved the book, it was a quick easy read. I wanted to see how Garrett was able to tempt Lisa. I loved the way that she was in control and was helping the Parker Brothers with their corporate images. I look forward to reading more from this author.
