“She didn’t take the news of me being a wolf shifter very well. How was she going to handle the concept of a magical bond between our souls? How would she respond to the confession that the very moment I saw her, before she even spoke to me, I was instantly and eternally in love with her?”Noah and his pack of shifters are about to be attacked by a treasonous ex-pack member, an evil witch, and their pack of rabid wolves. To ensure her safety, he must send the love of his life, Sophia Rose, to the other side of the country. Torn between a need to share everything with her before it’s too late and the dread of scaring her away forever, Noah finds himself faced with the predicament of confessing the truth about what “Arrows” are.“The unfortunate truth was that I was being pulled between two paranormal and human, and it didn’t feel like I was fully fitting in either.”Falling for a wolf shifter, human Sophia Rose is introduced to the realm of the supernatural, only to be cast out of it shortly thereafter. Seeking refuge with friends from her past, she struggles to revert to her old self while knowing Noah and his pack are in crisis. Returning to an ordinary reality, Sophia questions her place in her boyfriend’s dangerous life. This becomes even harder for her when the shifter that has her so love-struck continues to be evasive while a newfound friend, Tristan, is very open and unguarded.

I found this author on TikTok and decided to give her a try. This series has not disappointed! This was a wonderful continuation of the first book. I'm excited to read the next in the series.
In the 1st book I found Sophie very annoying. She's supposed to be in college but has the maturity of a high school sophomore at best. I was really hopeful that in the 2nd book she would be a more evolved character. While the author did not disappoint I still found Sophie immature. She definitely evolved but was still extremely selfish and immature. She picks fights that 15 year olds pick, not 21-23 year olds. She still lives at home and even her bedroom is described as very high school. Twinkle lights and other decorations that aren't typical of people who generally are in college, working, possibly owning their own home or starting families. Noah is very mature for his age in some aspects but in other aspects he hides things from her and alienates her. Her friend mollie is one hot mess. What kind of best friend guilt trips another person like she did? I can answer that, a high school girl pulls that crap, not a grown woman. These are adults, not teenagers. The premise is great, the other relationships are great but there is a whole lot of growing up that needs to happen to simply MATCH these characters with the age that they are supposed to be. The arguements they have are the type of banter that immature people with no life experience who are socially awkward may have.
This is the second book in the Arrowed series and must be read in order
Sophia wakes up in an empty bed trying to figure out what arrowing is. On accident, Noah let it slip that a magical bond brought them together. Even with the bond Sophia feels inferior because she can't help the pack during the battle. Will Noah be able to convince Sophia she's more than what she thinks she is?
"A Shiorghra" meaning *my eternal love* is the sweetest nickname I've ever read. I smiled when Sophia was so excited to help the pack on the ranch. I hate that she feels like she doesn't belong because she's human. She doesn't understand how much Noah adores her. It was painful to read the scene where Sophia had to leave Noah to be safe and away from the battle. I didn't really like her friends at first. Let's hope that changes.
This series is getting so good. I'm on the edge of my seat at every cliffhanger. I'm so excited there's more. I don't want to leave this world.
What another great one was scary for sure when the fight broke out and so happy none were killed of their people and the love sophia and Noah have is wonderful, still worried about the witch escaping and her father being like he is, wonder what his problem is and I thought they were changing since her accident, what happened
I'm not going to give 5 star but I will give 3, I liked the whole story and dynamic of the tale between shifter and human, but I did get list a few times and towards the end i actually had to skip a few pages as I was pretty bored, but I will be interested to see how the story pans out I guess,
This book was not as good as the first one. I finished it simply because I do not believe in DNFing a book. It picked up a little at the end, but I barely made it through the book. It was just boring and the teenage angst/jealousy was getting unbearable.
I will probably not finish the series, of if I do it will just be so that I finished the series.
Gosh I loved the first book so much I wasn't sure if this one would measure up. WRONG!!!! Super awesome series that I highly recommend!!! Five glittery stars for this book and the series!
Just when I couldn't think that I could possibly love this series anymore, the author doesn't disappoint. Sophie has to come to terms with the fact that Noah is a shifter, and what being arrowed means. While there is a fight, as she is finally being let into the supernatural world, she is taken away from it to go on a trip with her old friends to keep her safe. You can feel the emotion between the characters, and tell how much they truly care for each other and how it is tearing them apart just having to be so far away from each other. I cannot put these books down.
I did unfortunately DNF this one. I tried to keep going but just simply lost interest. Not that the writing was bad or anything, I think it just was not for me.
