My wolf wants to claim her. But she’s human, and her delicate flesh won't survive a wolf's mark.

Kylie belongs to me.

This is the first book I read of these authors, but it will definitely not be the last. This paranormal romance story has everything: suspense, intrigue, secrets and a bossy Jackson King, an alpha wolf desperate to mark and claim Kylie as his own, who doesn’t have the strength to push him away. It is totally hot and addictive. Once you start you will not stop reading.

This story right here is getting all the stars!! I don’t even care that I wanted more details regarding Garrett’s pack or Jackson’s lack of one and if he would join with Garrett… doesn’t matter. I don’t even care that I didn’t get an epilogue, although one would have been greatly appreciated). So what do I care about? This story grabbed me by the proverbial nuts!! I’m not sure how, but I was captivated from the start and had a tight hold on my tablet until the very end. When a story can do that, especially one by authors I’ve never read before, it gets ALL THE STARS!!

Jackson was a self-made gazillionaire, computer-coding, hot AF man, who also happened to be a wolf shifter. Kylie was a former art thief/computer hacker who had longed to go 100% straight and land her dream job at Jackson’s company. Not to mention she hacked his system when she was a teenager and he’s been hunting for her ever since. Oh, and she’s got a HUGE crush on him. So she goes for her interview, gets trapped in an elevator with Jackson, who pretends to be someone else, the sparks are flying willy-nilly, and she gets the job. And then things really start going haywire.

Yada, yada, yada. I could tell you more about the plot, but why spoil it? If you like shifter romances, incredibly hot sex scenes, alpha men and kickass women, then one-click this puppy (pun intended) today!

Release Date: July 20, 2017

I don’t have a lot of time for a big review right now but I do want to mention that I really enjoyed this one! Better yet, it has 14 books in the series so far, so I have lots more to read! This is a new author for me, and I am pleased to say that I will be continuing on with this series! It is a sexy shifter storyline and when I say sexy... I mean there is some mild kink involved which I don’t mind one bit!

If you are a reader who enjoys shifter reads then definitely give this book a try!

I love trying new authors and Alpha’s Temptation is what it’s advertised, it’s a billionaire’s shifter paranormal romance. This book was everything I was looking for, it was easy to read with light angst and heavily dialogue based writing.

Kylie is a hacker, she’s a nerd, a geek, you get it. If you don’t, the word “geek” will be knocked into your brain. There’s nothing wrong with geeks, my husband is one, he’s an accountant with glasses and everything, but here’s the thing, geeks don’t call each other geeks. I know, crazy right? Only non geeks do, but I digress.

The book starts out really cute as Kylie is on her way for an interview, she gets trapped in the dark in an elevator with the CEO of the company, Jackson King.

I really liked the meet cute and instantly Jackson King takes a liking to Kylie, it’s a little insta-love, but you take the book for what it is.

The thing I like about this book is that Kylie doesn’t know who Jackson King is and she doesn’t know he’s a shifter. I like it when the Heroine is trying to discover the truth throughout the book, it makes for a cute read.

Overall, I enjoyed the book very much. There are some awkward writing moments where it feels like the verbiage doesn’t quiet fit the flow of the book, but I take verbiage over descriptive writing any day. If you know anything about my reading style is that I hate overly prosed, dramatic, heavily descriptive writing, so when I find authors that love dialogue based books, I latch on to that.

It’s an easy read with a shifter. Enough said. I’m moving on to book 2.

3.5 STARS

Upside:
- Incredible storyline
- Excellent world build
- Great set up for book 2
- Secondary characters were wonderful; especially Meme
- 4 out of 5 flames on the hot scale

Downside:
- Kylie was a bit to easy for me; she did not provide any hurdles for Jackson who at times was a complete ass and should not have been so easily forgiven considering the amount of time they have known each other
- Jackson continually doubting Kylie's intent
- Jackson constantly punishing Kylie when he was the one who need an ass whipping at times; granted his punishments had a happy ending *wink* but come on sometimes if you're enough of an appendage head you may need to bend over and take it for a change

The storyline is what got me hooked, so on to book 2!

Happy Reading! DD

I’m going to forget about this book in like a week. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t particularly good either. The characters are flat, especially the bad guys (His name is Mr. X? Really?). The plot is super simplistic. That’s about it.

The story was cute and the sexual tension was all good in the first half. The banter was hot with all the innuendo. The writing is ok until 75% when it became illogical since the Hero believed that the heroine really betrayed him. It was illogical because he kept on giving her the benefit of doubt and was proven right in believing her until that point.

Also, I’m not happy that heroine just accepts him back because he actually sent her away after believing she betrayed him and he didn’t allow her to explain. Then, she was kidnapped and harmed coz of that stupid move.

I would have given this book 4 stars but I was just so irritated with the last part of the book.

The hacker and the billionaire boss are pretty hot and the surprises that pop up in this book is also a great story. Of course the hot sex in the book is also kinky. I really enjoyed the ups and downs of all that went on in the book was like whoa and grandma is pretty tough too.

This was fun to read again since there were some things that I forgot the last time I read this. Kylie, the hacker, is really smart and good at what she does but damn the girl definitely gets lost in her head when billionaire hotness gets caught up in the mess too and yes, I still like Memé, she definitely not someone you want mad at you. **3.5/5 stars**

I loved the first half of this book but the second half? Not so much. The concept and world building was kind of nice. The story starts with Kylie, a genius hacker who is called to have an interview in a company that she's hacked into as a teen. The CEO of the company, Jackson, is secretly a wolf shifter who finds himself charmed by Kylie's everything; her intoxicating scent, her beauty, her wits, her minds...Kylie gets hired and is doing a great job until a few days later, she receives an envelope in the mail, which asks her to install a malware in the company's system or else, pictures and evidences of her past would be sent to the FBI...

Kylie was a cool heroine. She was smart and nerdy but also confident and cheeky. She wasn't one of those characters who keep making bad decisions to drive the plot forward. She was good at communicating, very straightforward and also kind of funny at times. Super refreshing to follow her around. She was geeky with her sparkly pink batgirl t-shirt but not mousy or a doormat.

“When a wolf picks his mate, he marks her with his teeth. A mating serum coats his fangs and permanently leaves his scent on her, so other wolves know she’s been claimed.”-Jackson

As for Jackson, I really liked him in the first half; he was super possessive, besotted, dominant and territorial when it came to the heroine. His wolf wanted to mate with Kylie so badly but since she was human, it was super dangerous to bite and claim her...But in the second half of the book, he started annoying me a little bit. He was too hot and cold, didn't know what he wanted, pushed, pulled, and so on. I understand that Kylie was in a little bit of a predicament that validated doubts towards her but I found that he just couldn't make up his mind about her. One second he believed her and the next, he would make assumptions or just feel betrayed. It was a little bit frustrating overtime. One of the good things about him though, is how he wasn't a manwh*re and how he was super fixed on Kylie.

I’ve never been attracted to a human before—hell, I’ve hardly ever been attracted to a she-wolf, even at the full moon.-Jackson

I think they had a great chemistry. It's just too bad that their hot moments kept getting interrupted by stupid stuff. It cooled off the mood for me and I ended up not caring about their steam scenes all that much. I also felt like some of the moments were a little bit repetitive; I'm talking here about the fingering, which to me, always comes off a bit as impersonal. GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME, SIR! *coughs* I also felt like their relationship wasn't really developed to peak potential all that much. Something was lacking near the end, like the authors focused so much on the hacker plot that they forgot to deepen the bond between Kylie and Jackson. BY ALL MEANS, it wasn't as bad as I make it sound but I wanted more.

But other than that, and I know I've been quite negative in this review, I honestly liked the concept and the fact Kylie was a genius hacker. The whole plot was intriguing and engaging. I was hoping there would be more mystery about the stalker but unfortunately, the authors went the simplistic route on that one. No twist or anything. I didn't really understand why the chapters following the stalker had 3rd POV when it was obvious who the guy was. In my opinion, the ending was a little bit anticlimactic with all the back and forth. Overall, and even with the negative I brought up, I think it was enjoyable to read. At the start, I was evaluating this story to be a 4/5 stars worthy but the ending made me dropped the rating a little bit.

Would I recommend this book? Yeah, I think it was a good book. Kylie and her Mémé Jacqueline were great. And honestly, I might even read the next books from this series because the shifter world was interesting. I'm also sure that there is potential to very good other stories to come.

WTF is Virginal Resistance?

Apparently the heroine has a medical condition known as virginal resistance in her vag. What I assume to be a imperforate hymen or some other condition. Since hymens don't normally cover the vaginal opening. How has she masterbated or use tampons I wonder or the fingers he stuck in her. Come on. Whats worse about this discover is the hero's reaction. It is a shame I was really enjoying this story but alas sex myths abound! I got about 50% in before I had to stop to point this out. The plot is kind of predictable but it wasn't half bad. I like that the heroine is geeky yet confident. The whole OMG she's not a shifter so I can't bite her like I want to is pretty annoying though. It was better than I thought a book would be with, "billionaire werewolf" in the title.

What happens when you are checking your emails and checking out books with an almost 3 year old in your lap who says "I push it!" You spend more on an e-book than you ever have before. Luckily is wasn't just one but the first three books in the series, and it was a good book...so I'm not to upset.

Kylie and Jackson are hot from page one. He resists marking her as his mate but they lots of yummy sex in the process. Bad guys enter and reek havoc, but justice wins in the end.

'Alpha's Temptation' by Renee Rose is Book One in the Series "Bad Boy Alphas". This is the story of Jackson King and Kylie.
Kylie has a lot of things she been dealing with and things she has went through.
Kylie had was a computer hacker at an early age and even hacked into Jackson King's company before. Now she is trying to go strait and get a real job with the company. But Kylie has learned never to trust anyone at an early age and pretty much been on her own.
Jackson is a wolf shiftier and loner. But when he is waiting in an elevator and Kylie walks in...its all his wolf can do not to claim her. Jackson feels that her being human means she not for him....he would never want to hurt her. But he can't ignore the feelings he has for her.
Kylie finds she too is attracted to Jackson but she too is used to not trusting anyone...can she trust Jackson when she needs someone the most?
I have read some other books by Ms. Rose and I always find the to be a hot, exciting read. Hope to read more of her books soon.

When i found this one for free on iTunes,i jumped at the chance. And i’m glad i did. This was a fun, over the top alpha quicky.

Kylie,a young hacker, only has her grandmother. Watching her father being killed when she was young, left trauma behind. She doesn’t trust easily, but when given a chance to work at the company of her idol,Jackson, she can’t refuse.
There’s an instant attraction between them, but he is more than she thinks, and can’t take things too far.....When she is blackmailed into hurting his company, she complies. After all, they have her grandmother....But conscience drives her back to make thing right. Only will Jackson trust her to do just that?

A quick shifter story that was fun to read, with a few twists,a lot of action, and hot!

Holy Hotness, Batman! Alpha's Temptation has it all! A wolf, a kitten, a couple of claws, some spankings, and so much more! Yummy!

We all want those things that we shouldn't have. Things that make us drool and WANT! It's no different for Jackson. When he sees Kylie, he has to have her. Claim her for his own. But she is human, and he can't risk hurting her for his own selfish gain.

What follows is a story filled with deception, romance, intrigue, and danger. Oh my word, you want to read this book! One click now, sit back, and get ready for the ride of your life. Literally... ;)

It was fine.
I mean, I could name prob a dozen shifter romances that were better. But it wasn’t a bad read.

I did not like how much they incorporated super heroes though. I was never into superheroes so the whole thing was just confusing bc idk who any of them are or what their powers are just that they’re superheroes. So it constantly felt like I was missing something bc I didn’t understand the constant references. And by constant references I seriously mean like atleast 1 per page.

The author also used specific words in an abnormal way multiple times. Like she used the word “installed” as one would use instilled? Idk how to explain it, but it was just a strange way to use specific words. Originally I thought it was a typo, however, it kept happening.

Lastly, there was ALOT going on for only 200 pages. If you’re going to have a book with art thieves, hackers, kidnappers, CEOs, the FBI, cat shifters, wolf shifters, billionaires, etc. You need more than 200 pages, there was a lot of loose ends.

What a fabulous find this book was! I enjoy stories about hackers and cyber crimes, and this one is very well done while still focusing on the romance and discipline. It offers a nice introduction to this new paranormal series by Renee Rose and Lee Savino, and I'm looking forward to the next book, featuring Garrett. The reason I only gave it four stars is I felt the push-and-pull between Jackson and Kylie occurred for much of the story and I grew somewhat bored with that aspect. Everything else is well done and all the characters are very likeable, making this quite an enjoyable novella.

I have read and enjoyed books by both of these authors so I was excited to see what they'd come up with writing together. I was definitely not disappointed! This was an enjoyable paranormal romance between Jackson, an extremely Alpha lone wolf, and Kylie, the human who may or may not be off limits as his mate. Plenty of heat, a bit of suspense and a secret or too made for a great read.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this novel.

The h is super smart, who acted rather stupidly too often. The H is super smart CEO, also a broody shifter and thinks she is his mate. Trouble is she's human. It's got a lot of more to the plot, spies, black and white hat, kidnappers, murder and mistrust all round. Oh yes, she's a virgin who speaks 5 languages! So much OTT fun, the pace somehow fitted in all the plot points and I really liked it.

Jackson is a wolf shifter but he doesn't have a pack, he's a loner and the CEO of his own company. Some years ago there was a hacker who hacked his system but didn't take anything, she was just showing off her skills to him to let him know she could hack him and then she disappeared. He's been trying to find her ever since then with no luck.

Kylie has been on the run ever since she witnessed something she shouldn't have seen and she and her grandma have been moving around even though the bad guy is in jail.

Kylie who is the one who hacked Jackson's company interviews for a job there but gets stuck in the elevator with a man not knowing it's Jackson. She's scared of small spaces so she freaks out a little while in there with him and he's able to calm her down until the lights and power come back on. After she gets the job, Jackson can't seem to get her out of his mind and makes reasons to go and see her. But he's a wolf shifter and even though his wolf is telling him that Kylie is his mate, he can't mate her because doing so would put a human in danger. He might even kill her during the mating process, so he tries to keep her at arms length until he just can't anymore.

When someone tries to blackmail Kylie she decides to go to Jackson and tell him the truth only to find out that the bad guys have kidnapped her grandmother. The action really ramped up at this point because not only does Kylie's grandmother have a huge secret of her own but there's a double-cross going on right under Jackson's nose.

I really liked Kylie and Jackson but there were a few problems with his personality that I didn't care for. He's messing around with a human who he knows could die if he bites her while he tries to mate her but that doesn't stop him from tempting his wolf too many times by being with her. There were too many close calls. Plus he's an alpha wolf and a dominant which wouldn't have been bad if his form of discipline hadn't got on my nerves at times and other times just came across as wrong. She was innocent, had no experience with men and he just came across too strong and wanted things from her that she seemed to inexperienced to be able to tell him she might not want to do. So while I really liked the story, I didn't like him at times.

It was not bad but could have been better. The hero was so hot and cold with the heroine, and although he had a pretty good reason for it, it got very old fast. He didn’t seem that smart either for a supposed genius. The clues were all there but he didn’t seem to get them. Also, there was a lot of questions left unanswered. Why was she blackmailed and why was his company targeted. It just seem like he was hated and she was picked to hack him, but there was no reason given in the end. Wish it was explained more.

Dude! What the hell?

This was just supposed to be those flukey books you pick up for no reason and just be okay. At the time I just needed a wolf book to wipe the awful taste left by Krystal Shannan's To Save A Mate.

I never thought this would actually be this good! or this H.A.W.T. :p

BDSM was never my cuppa and now... it has its own shelf... xD

Well, I know what I'm reading next xD

Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Trope: fated mates
Angst: 😱😱
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This was one of NY first enter books I read a couple on years ago. Not sure why I hadn't reviewed it yet. I love it! Its literally the book that turned me onto an entire genre. Love both of the MCs and how nerdy they both are and how quirky she is. And just because our MMC is nerdy, it definitely doesn't make him any less alpha. The book is on the shorter side, but doesn't skimp on storyline, action, or super hot smexy times. HIGHLY recommend!!
