Composition Toolbox: Practical Ideas to Inspire
I've been in your shoes.
Staring down a blank piece of manuscript paper, deadline approaching, and no idea how to proceed.
As a kind of “insurance policy” against these periodic dry spells, I began to collect different ideas when they came to me and socking them away. (Some have actually turned into my more successful pieces!)
That collection of ideas grew over the years into this book. Some of these “prompts” describe a general spirit or direction of a potential piece; others are more prescriptive. The point is to get that pen moving again!

Great source of inspiration and more...
Great source of inspiration, information and reference to use when feeling blocked or stuck when writing music. I'm a choral music composer (since I sing in a choir)., and this gives me a whole new lot of ideas.
The only things I found confusing are some typos or formatting errors I found in the ebook. Aside from that, great read, great book. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Muy útil en su contenido
Me han encantado sus consejos, realmente he destacado algunos por sobre otros que quiero experimentar y que no había pensado antes en trabajar. Me ha motivado a pensar en desafíos propios para componer.
He dado solo 4 estrellas porque no me ha gustado la edición Kindle. Las páginas tienen muy poco texto y hay que estar cambiando muy seguido de página.

Highly recommended
