This is a collection of nearly 400 puzzles taken from the first 20 moves of King’s Gambit chess opening play. Each puzzle represents a stratagem nearly unique to the opening. A diagram marks the point of the critical position in the game and the reader is invited to predict the winning move. The remainder of the game along with variant solutions is found at the end of the book, accompanied by a copy of the diagram.
