This book is Out Of Print, and in early 2020 will be included in the publication, The Envelope, And The Rest Of Valentine's Dreams , by G. N. Price.  This is a hopeful little book.   It doesn't have a recognizable plot which all good books are supposed to have, but it is hopeful.   Valentine Odey has been retained to save the world.   This fact is never clearly explained to him.  In fact, very little is explained to him.  But Valentine finds himself engaged in business far from his little office where he is quite comfortable as a middle manager, with all his books and treatises about philosophical differences piled up around him.
