I have been making homemade wine since 2020. Many of my friends have brewed beer, but I have been different. So, hard apple cider was something I wanted to try. This was the first book I decided to read after watching several online videos and reading through a few online write-ups.

I now have bottled some hard cider and letting it sit so that it can carbonate. The instructions were very easy. Over time, I will try several of the cider recipes in the book. For now, this was just the guide I needed to get introduced to making hard cider.
