Rainbow Climbing High

For over 20 years it delighted kids of all ages. Rainbow was a phenomenon; ITV`s longest running kids show and the one which gave us the unforgettable Zippy, Bungle, George and Geoffrey. But it was far more than that. The cast of Rainbow were megastars who lived the TV dream to the extreme. From their impoverished beginnings as a warm-up act to the madness of fame, celebrity groupies, jewel-encrusted dungarees and tragic Marmite dependency. Now at last the true story can be told, and it will shock children`s entertainment to its very core. Welcome to Rainbow Climbing High - thirty years of psychedelic mayhem.

The last chapter is brilliant. The rest is subjective. Sometimes humourous sometimes not. Possibly even offensive to some...

This was such a waste of time. The words are clearly written by someone who thinks they will never be read. I don't actually get the point of it, other than to look at photos of Rainbow, which personally I never liked that much anyway, and you could do that online. Do not buy this book. Do not read it.
