I have to say a special thank you to my friend Camille for gifting me an autographed copy of Annie's book for my birthday this year. I was then surprised at my birthday party with a surprise reading by Annie. We had a great talk, and it was such a blessing...but on to the book.
Russell intertwines her personal life with tales of the paranormal and magikal experiences through her psychic abilities. Each vignette brings a new twist, a new journey, that pulls the reader further and further into Annie's memories.
I am grateful for meeting Annie, and for her information on how I can be more attuned to such instances in the city of New Orleans where ghosts, witches, fae, and spirits all mix, mingle, collide and wind to the gumbo of paranormal and magik melting pot that makes the city what it is.
