In epidemiology, contact tracing is the identification and diagnosis of people who may have come into contact with an infected person. For sexually transmitted diseases, this is generally limited to sexual partners. Dr. William Tolbert presently heads his own cosmetic dermatology practice. One day an old friend from medical school calls and needs his help. Little did William Tolbert know this call would change his life. It would take him back to his first love, epidemiology and in the process save a girl’s life.
Ruth Ford Elward, Author of Diverse Mysteries. “I love mysteries, if you love variety in your mysteries, then we’re kindred spirits. My greatest joy is to be able to lose myself in my writing and give my readers an array of suspense filled Mysteries and Thrillers. These include plots against a government, solving crimes, creating black op missions, finding a long lost artifact that could change the world or thwarting a plot to regain a kingdom. A variety that will satisfy the most discriminating palette for mysteries.”
After years in the business world between managing a division for an international financial printing company, modeling in her spare time and later to performing esthetic and laser treatments, Ruth found her real passion lies in the world of writing for which she does full time.
“Writing keeps the mind sharp and gives me the opportunity to exercise my imagination to engage the reader,” offers Ruth, who lives in Colorado and enjoys biking, golfing and ballroom dancing in her spare time.
