Levi is just starting to get adjusted to his newfound family. They are settling into their house, getting a routine going, and several of the ladies have become pregnant while the rest anxiously await their turn. Just as he's starting to feel like everything is finally calming down, the government has to throw him one more curveball. Can he handle the extra duties and demands while dealing with the repercussions from the rest of the girls? With hormones running high, he's going to have to walk this one as carefully as a slackliner would.

Much like the first book, there isn't much emotion in this one. Levi and the girls have been living together for about 4 months. Half of them are pregnant and the other women can't wait. The government tells Levi that he needs to add another woman to the mix, a chinese woman. The women are not very realistic. Each one is completely sex crazed, wanting it all the time even though when they met Levi, they tell him how long it has been or even that they were virgins. It is just hard to believe that a very attractive woman who really wants sex couldn't get it until they signed up for this program. It is a short book and there is only one more so I will finish the series though. I just wish there was more of an emotional connection with the group.
