I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
He is an arrogant playboy that is dire need of cleaning up his image. Ares Wolfe, known the world over and has earned his reputation, both in the boardroom and in the bedroom. He is faced with some blonde goddess claiming to be his new publicist. What is he to do? She is supposed to be bringing out a more wholesome image of him, and he can't say his images of her are wholesome at all. But Ares has a dark secret, and not so happy past life and on top of that he has a side to him that he wants to enjoy with this woman standing before him.
She is a publicist who right now is in dire need of a good client. One she can handle and can make some money representing. Ava is down on her luck at the moment, but she is holding her head up high and pretending that the man whose office she is standing in doesn't intimidate her even slightly. She knows all about his public image and it is her job to change it. She is the complete opposite of him. She is innocent (completely) and good, always trying to do the right thing and in this case not able to keep that going for herself.
Ava and Ares start on a banter back and forth relationship. Ava is there to help him clean up his public image and help him out, it is good for him to do this for business sake. Ares likes pushing her buttons. So for everything he agrees to she has to agree to do something he asks. They have a chemistry between them immediately. He can't seem to shake her, he touches, he kisses, and she complies after briefly fighting with herself a bit. Her bombshell drops about just how innocent she really is.
Ares is troubled and yet he has a caring side, he has shown it to Ava. She is confused and both feel they have to end this before it is too late. His secret is dark and consuming. Her secret was told to him, and was taken care of. She also has a family that treats her with no respect. Bonds that these two have, although some run deeper. So when he opens up and comes clean about his dark secret. She comforts him. Then things get choppy.
Things transpire, an attack on Ava, a blow up between the two, him proclaiming that he can't be what she is hoping for (and why) and sadly it looks like these two will not get to a happy ending. Then something changes. They have a shared passion - and it just so happens Ares gave into his through an auction. His new appraiser shows up and they are reunited. Things are said, wonderful passion ignites again, and they are able to have a happy ever after. The entire journey is a roller coaster of emotion at times and all the while worth the ride.

What a wonderful book.
Ava is a woman who has always been told she isn't good enough. her mother and sister are constantly letting her know that she does not make the right choices in life and they are disappointed. She doesn't really put herself out there for anyone but her clients in the PR firm.
Ares is a billionaire playboy whose antics are getting him in trouble with his board. They believe another publicist is needed to get him image back in line and not be a detriment to the company.
When Ava goes to Ares office its like leading a sheep to slaughter. Ares is a strong alpha who believes everyone should do as he says. Ava may allow people to walk all over her but she knows her PR and she won't let Ares intimidate her. Of course she is attracted to him and finds it hard to ignore him when he flirts with her.
This story is well written and the flow is good. While I think Ava caved a little to quickly she did have a friend edging her on. And Ares made her feel something no one else ever had.
But can Ares put his past behind him and give himself to Ava? Can Ava be independent and still have Ares in her life?

I received an ARC and am voluntarily reviewing it.
I really enjoyed this book. Ares is a business man with a bad reputation. He gets in fights, gets drunk, beds lots of women. He has made loads of money in reality but his stockholders want him to clean up his act before he destroys everything he had built. Ava is a publicist who likes to work with people who need help with their confidence and help to be more outgoing. She loves what she does but has never cared to have a cleint who is already famous. Ava gets hired by Ares after an interview to see what she plans to do to clean up his image to appease his stockholders. Ares, not liking to be told what to do, is determed to see Ava squim at his antics. She shows him that she has a backbone and that his money doesn't impress her. Ava has to work very hard to get Ares to cooperate and she makes some comprimises with her image to get him to change his image. This is a must read just for the antics between two antagonizing forces.

What a beautiful story.. Ares and Ava. are the featured characters in this book and the story is told from a dual POV . He is a hard nosed real estate tycoon who has quite a reputation as a playboy. His clients are not thrilled with the image he presents so in an effort to appease them, he hires a publicist. Wow he is knocked off his feet when Ava walks into his office. She is drop dead gorgeous and she really makes an impression on him. When he finds out that she is a virgin he is even more determined to seduce her. They both are wounded souls in many ways and they bring out the best in each other. Lots of drama and twists to keep your interest, not tho mention chemistry. Wow this is a great book. Can't say more or I'll spoil it for you. I received an arc copy and voluntarily chose to review this book.

Ares and Ava is such a sweet sexy funny exciting read
Ares is the bad boy billionaire and rich and can have any women he wants and he loves to get them all the time but just to play not marry or anything else he does not believe in love or happy endings but you take Ava she is the innocent virgin going to the wolfs cave lol but with Ava she is the kick ass women that can dick tate to Ares and tell him what to do loved the both of them good characters and plot she is Ares new publicist Ava Parker and when they meet sparks happen and other things lol. This is a wonderful romantic story penned by Ellen Lane. Her writing style is tight and flows nicely without getting bogged down in unnecessary details or characters. True two main characters, Ava and Aris have excellent chemistry and hot sex. In fact Ava reminded me of the Shakespearean line for A Midsummer Night's Dream: “Though she be but little, she is fierce!”
I read this story in one day that's how well much I liked it. Once I started I couldn't put it down. I highly recommend, I know you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book! Okay, let me start off by saying this was the first book I have read by Ellen Lane and it definitely won't be the last!! I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED this story!! Did I mention that I loved it?? :) The chemistry between Ares and Ava is off the charts! The story line was amazing! I couldn't put this down! I will be re-reading this book for quite some time because it's that good! STEAMY STEAMY STEAMY!! You will need a cold shower throughout the whole book!

Blindfolded was fantastic! I've read several of Ellen's books and this one is by far the best!
My only complaint with this book - it wasn't long enough. I really wanted the book to be a series where we could explore Ava and Ares' characters in more depth and get a detailed look at their relationship plus a few more of those sexy love scenes wouldn't hurt either ;)

Ares Wolfe buys properties but has a bad boy reputation. Too much alcohol, women and partying. Now his board members aren't happy.
What happens when the two meet will it stay strictly professional or will there be a spark?

Ares' seriously dark past kept him from trusting his heart to anyone, ever. When Ava is contracted as his publicist, he finds himself feeling things long buried. But Ava has also had a difficult family life, especially with her mother and sister. I really enjoyed this book, but I prefer the male character to show more initiative. I didn't really feel that here, and for me it weakened Ares' character. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

OMG, I loved it! The book titled left me wondering until I started reading and I couldn`t put it down!!! Ava, is sassy, shy, has no confidence in herself and she has to clean up Ares`s bad boy playboy reputation. Can she kick his butt in shape? You have to buy it to find out. This is my first book by Ellen Lane and I did not regret it at all. It was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed this storyline of Ellen's it was well written with interesting characters. This is an intriguing, must read book and I would recommend it.

Loved it! You have Ares who is a playboy and so against love and relationship. Ava who is a virgin, set on work and trying to get her dream home. She has her work cut out for her when she takes on Ares as client to clean up his image. It has some really hot scene, told in dual POV and not so much drama you are wondering what you are reading.

I really liked this steamy read. Ava is a publicist and has been hired to improve the image of Ares, a bad boy billionaire. The chemistry is instant and steamy, but they both have a painful past. Can they both find a way to move past it and move forward together? Lots of drama, suspense and very hot. An entertaining read.

I really enjoyed reading this book! Ava is a fierce publicist, and Ares is an arrogant billionaire who always gets what he wants. He wants Ava, but she makes it difficult for him. There's definite chemistry, emotions and love, along with some self doubt.

Very hot read - short but well written. Loved the story and the chemistry between the main characters. The story is written so good that it almost feels like it is melting you or your Kindle.
Dual POV and filled with emotions, drama and hot scenes.

Ares and Ava are drawn together. He wants to corrupt her and she is supposed to help clean up his image. I liked the battle between them. They have fabulous chemistry and I enjoyed the story. I really like that the author lets both of them tell the story. It makes me feel closer to the characters.

Very good, I love how Ava stood up to ares and didn't let his fame or money change her views. Though she couldn't resist his sexiness for long though lol. Love the descriptions of his hot body and how there was Ava's view and ares view in book. I liked there playfulness as well. They are so cute together. It was a fun read and really good.

Wow! I totally loved this book. The story line grabbed me right from the beginning. Ellen Lane is a new author to me and this book is amazing. Hot but Sweet
I truly enjoyed this romance book. It has a great well thought out story line. It a full, well written story that flows smoothly and one you don't want to put down. There was some hot scenes as well as just sweet old fashioned romance. What's not to love. Well done, Ellen.

He is in trouble from being cocky, unruly, trouble maker and she is a publicist trying to clean up his image. Not easy to work with someone so arrogant. It is exciting, suspenseful, intense, hot and so much more. I recommend it. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.

What a wonderfully written story that had me gripped from the first page until the last, the characters Ares and Ava, were great and you can't help but fall in love with them.

I received this Advance Reader Copy & am voluntarily leaving a review. This was such a heartwarming story. I couldn't get enough of these two. At times I could really relate to Ava; being told she'd never be good enough...such a wonderful book!

I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review. Blindfolded is a story of a playboy billionaire and the publicist hired to change his image. Its written in dual POV's and filled with heat and drama. Entertaining and recommended!

Loved it!
I always love a good banter and a story that isn't going straight from A to B.
Ava and Ares makes it flow, both story and feelings.
Reading Ellen Lane's stories is always entertaining.

ARC review For honest review. Ava needs work after her other job but when a friend suggested she work for Aries Wolf and help him with his PR .she never would've thought that this playboy billionaire would give her a run for her money. awesome story

I voluntarily read the arc copy of this book. I really enjoyed reading this book. I kept my nose in the book until I was done. Yep, it's one of those kind of books. It's got sass, romance, chemistry, and definite read.
