I am Doctor Feelgood... Tell me what ails you, baby. I'll make you feel real good.

I didn't join the medical field because of the women, but it sure as f*ck has become a perk of the job.

Now, a new forbidden lust has sparked my interest, but the odds are stacked against me.

She's forbidden. Taboo. Unreachable.

My mentor's sister is older than me and commands respect when she walks in the room. Nothing like the twenty-year old floozies that spread their legs at nothing more than a look.

Ansley is divorced and dominant. Word on the street is that she left the old guy she was hitched to because she wanted kids.

He didn't.

Wonder if she is looking for a baby daddy?

I have all the right instruments for that sh*t and I'm more than willing to let her borrow them for a night - or two...

They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. F*ck that. I'll eat that apple first, and then you're next.

Now, how do you like them apples?

Hey there. I'm Weston.

Have we met? No? Well it's time to end that tragedy.

I'm a former firefighter/EMS guy who's picked up the proverbial pen and started writing bad boy romance stories. I co-write with my sister, Ali Parker, but live in Texas with my wife, my two little boys, my daughter, two dogs, three cats, and a turtle.

Yep. A turtle. You read that right. Don't be jealous.

You're going to find Billionaires, Bad Boys, Military Guys and loads of sexiness.

Something for everyone, hopefully. I'd love to connect with you. Check out the links below and come find me.

This was not my cup of tea. I was completely turned off by the lead male character from chapter one. Yeah, I get he's supposed to be a bad boy, but you don't have to be disrespectful to women to be a bad boy. We first meet Parks at a strip club with some doctor buddies of his. I get it- It's a guys night out and boys will be boys. Since when does being promiscuous mean you have to be degrading to women? Even the ladies in a strip club have a background story. They have families. Stripping doesn't define who they are unless you're cast as an extra in this story. Dr. Jackass and his friends wave their cash around like they're in a brothel bidding for whores. When one stripper approaches them and offers a lap dance, she's offered an extra hundred to spend special time with Dr. Jackass. Does Dr. Jackass act like a gentleman and follow the lady to the back room as she suggests? No, he tells her to shag him right in front of his friends cause she's "a slut" and used to a crowd watching her get off. Not cool! Some ladies may find this type of guy hot. I don't.

The interaction between Dr. Jackass and the female lead was anything but romantic. It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. She was wounded and in a bad place. A doctor like Dr. Jackass, Ansley is recently divorced and wants a child. He offers to get her pregnant cause he likes having sex with her. That way, he gets what he wants and she gets what she wants. Sounds like every girl's happy ever after, right?

There are nine stories in this book. Some are written by Weston Parker. Some are written by his sister, Ali. The second story, "Future Investment" is written by Ali Parker. It uses some of the same characters in the first story, but it's less edgy and, dare I say, more appealing to the average woman.

A well-written story. The sex was hot. Some of the story didn't flow as well as other stories by this author but overall I enjoyed it.

Put two hot docs together, one who's an older woman heading up the Neurology Dept, and the other who is a younger man there to teach the department a new technique. What do you get? Holy hell, you get sparks! Ansley is finally free of her ex husband, a fellow doctor and administrator at the hospital where she works. He deceived her and made her spend years trying to get pregnant and wanting a child with him when he didn't want one, not that he informed her of that until she found out he had lied to her. Then she meets her brother Aiden's new mentee, the hotshot young doctor everyone calls Doctor Feelgood. Yeah...you can imagine where this is going.

As they morph from kinda sorta adversaries to steaming up the sheets, they're just trying to get by. Ansley's trying to come to terms with the fact that she wasted years not achieving her dream of having a family, thanks to her douchebag ex, and Parks is trying to figure out how he feels about his hot older woman, the woman his mentor warned him not to mess with, the woman who outranks him and drives him nuts.

Doctor Feelgood is hot, but it's not shallow. It's got depth, emotional depth. Parks is so much more than Doctor Feelgood. He's a real person trying to deal with his father's failing health, and trying to figure out what to do about Ansley. Ansley is awesome. She's smart, strong and independent. I felt so badly for her about what her ex had done to her. And then this young guy comes and knocks her world off its axis. So, yes, Doctor Feelgood is all kinds of sexy, but it's more than that, so if you want just some fluffy little piece of sexiness, that's not what Doctor Feelgood is. If you want something with depth, then I recommend you check out Doctor Feelgood.

I received an ARC for an honest review.

Doctor FeelGood
Weston Parker

A delicious wicked good story. The sexy parts are off the charts. Makes me wish I had my very own Dr.FeelGood.

Dr. Ansley Crawford works at Boston General Hospital as their top neurosurgeon. Lately she has been unhappy with her life due to her ex-husband. For nine years she wasted her life with him and has nothing to show for it. She would of been happy to get away from him after the divorce, but life is crappy and he's the Chief of Staff at the hospital. So of course she is still under his thumb. But now on top of everything else. She has now has to listen to the newest neurosurgeon from another hospital come in and try to take over her spot. She doesn't have time for some playboy to mess her hospital up especially with a nickname like Dr.FeelGood. But when she catches sight of him. She can't believe how good he looks and his cocky attitude.

Dr. Jocab Parker or Dr. Parks as he perfers works at St.Marks in New York as one of the top two neurosurgeon in the hospital. His best friend and mentor Dr. Aiden Crawford is the number one. Parks is biggest playboy ever on his block. He has women lined up and ready for his beck and call. The sluttier the better they are to him. And he never leaves them unsated. But he knows that he would throw his playboy ways away for the right woman of he ever met her. When he's warned off of his best friends sister twice, he thinks she is nothing special. She can't be can she? Then he sees the fiery green eyed temptress in all her glory. What have the gods done to him? Because he has to have her... But how will he get what he wants?

Ansley is the head of neurology at Boston General, dealing with not only the pressures of the job, but also her ex husband, the Chief of Staff and the man who lied and thwarted her every effort to have children during their nine years of marriage. In breezes Parks, with all the subtlety of a tornado, part of her staff for the next month, with his cocky, flirty, irreverent attitude, causing women of all ages to swoon with only a wink or a grin. He didn’t earn the nickname of Dr. Feelgood at Ansley’s brother’s hospital in New York for no reason. He did, however, receive one admonition from his friend and mentor: stay away from his sister, Ansley. Shouldn’t be a problem, right? There are women everywhere willing to bed the amazing Dr. Feelgood, but when Ansley and Parks meet, it’s like the grand finale of the fireworks exhibition on the 4th of July. And that’s before they even think about getting together!

Each time I read a book by this author I fall a little more in love with his writing. This book is witty and entertaining but also takes the reader to a deeper emotional level, with raw, heartfelt scenes while Ansley deals with the anger and fallout of her divorce and Parks deals with his father’s illness. The characters are vibrant, complex and endearing, and the relationship between Ansley and Parks is brilliant – provocative, humorous, steamy and fascinating! The writing shows the care and detail that went into the research and construction of the story, and the storyline is riveting and captivating to the point that you’ll find yourself reading late into the night just to find out what happens next. Grab this feel-good story right away. You won’t want to miss it!

Weston Parker is quickly sneaking up to the top of my one-click, must read list! This is only the second book of his that I’ve read, but they’ve both been delicious.

Although he’s known for his playboy ways, Parks is also a top neuro-surgeon and is being loaned to
a Boston hospital so that he can train them in a new surgery technique. He’s been recommended by his mentor Aidan, and will be working with his mentor’s sister Ansley, whom he’s been warned to keep his hands off of.

Ansley is going through a messy divorce and has to see her ex-husband at work every day. Parks doesn’t realize that he’s walking into an emotional landmine when he agrees to work alongside Ansley and under her ex.

Ansley hates Parks before he even sets foot in Boston. She knows his type. She loathes his type. Not to mention, he’s the exact opposite of what she’s looking for in someone to settle down and have a family with. Parks however can’t resist Ansley. She’s beautiful, smart, sassy and strong and he loves getting under her skin.

The sparks that fly between Parks and Ansley when they are snarking with each other are absolutely electric and when they finally (grudgingly) cave to their mutual attraction, their sexy times are insanely off-the-charts hot!

Very steamy romance filled with emotions. It’s a fun and feisty read with lots of heat, but it also has a ton of heart. I teared up in a few spots and there’s just the right amount of angst. This was a great read!

This bad boy doctor is so, so good.

The two friends entered the strip club, on the prowl for picking up women. They teased each other about remembering how it’s done, and hoping the other residents and surgeons invited from the hospital didn’t mess up their game. Jacob "Parks" Parker was filled with confidence and swagger. His mentor in the operating room, Aiden Crawford, stopped in briefly to visit and told Parks his only advice was not to mess with his sister. Figuring she was older too, Parks had no problem reassuring Aiden.

Ansley’s brother Aiden, head of Neurology at St Marks in New York, texted her about a new surgeon transferring to her unit. She wasn’t particularly happy that “Doctor Feelgood” Parks, the playboy of St Marks, would be joining them.

When Parks arrived at Boston General, he grabbed a parking spot – which happened to belong to Ansley. The two of them seemed to irritate each other, but Parks sensed her intense pain and wanted to help. She didn’t know him yet; he couldn’t be the cause of it. But would she let down her guard and take a chance? Would he put aside his own hurt and let it take them where they needed to be?

This was a very emotional book. It was much more than I expected. The scene with Parks and his Dad -- overwhelmed by losing his wife many years ago, lost in his piano music, and killing himself a little more each day -- almost brought me to tears. It was why Parks never wanted a serious relationship with any woman. Learning of the reason for Ansley’s divorce was also a roller coaster ride of emotion as she was manipulated and betrayed by her ex-husband who made sure she would never have her dream of a family. The character development was amazing. The story line, at first seeming to be frivolous, was meaningful and again brought up all sorts of emotions. It’s powerful, but still something I am so glad I read! You won’t want to pass this one by – it’s so worth reading.

Parks is a brilliant young brain surgeon. He is cocky and prides himself on his skills with women. He enjoys making them feel good and then he moves on. He never wants to love a woman after seeing his father fall apart when his wife left him. Now Parks' mentor wants to send him to Boston to collaborate with his sister Ansley. The two are expected to share their methods and learn new skills. Parks isn't excited but goes.
Ansley is a great brain surgeon going through a tough time. After finding out her husband of nine years has been secretly sabotaging her chances of having a baby, she divorces him sick of the lies and betrayal. Besides in all their time together he has never given her the big O. The problem is he is the chief of staff at the hospital and doesn't want to let her go. Then he brother sends his protege to her and Parks is cocky and gorgeous. Ansley is really attracted to Parks but he is younger and a co-worker. Parks people skills also need a lot of work.
Ansley is torn between her strong feelings for Parks and her bad feelings from her past relationship. Parks is drawn to Ansley self confidence and authority. Maybe he can help Ansley feel good for the first time with a man and help her with her baby desires.
This is a good book with two leads who start of not wanting more than a good time. Parks is confident but an immature jerk at first. I voluntarily received a copy of this story and this is my honest review.

I bought this book after reading the many 5 star reviews. I haven't been this excited over reading and reviewing a book in some time. It was that good! This author's work is new to me and after reading this fabulous book, I fully intend to read everything else he writes.
I loved the very well written storyline of this book. The characters were so real it felt like I was watching Jacob and Ansley's relationship live. I absolutely loved everything about this book!
Ansley's sister and brother kept her life balanced and less hectic.
Her brother Aiden was the top neurosurgeon in New York and she was following in his footsteps in Boston. Jacob Parks works closely with Aiden as the third best Neurosurgeon. His nickname is Dr. Feelgood and he certainly lives up the name. When he met Ansley it was an explosive experience. I loved the sexy heated bantering they both didn't give an inch of surrender. They both had their demons to overcome before they could ever think of being in a healthy relationship.
You won't regret buying this book, it's very affordable and worth the sleepless night because once you begin you won't stop reading until it is finished. Congratulations Weston you have made me your biggest fan with this one.💗

Loved this book by Weston Parker - it may be my favorite.
Ansley wants to have her dream - home, husband babies but unbeknownst to her husband has made sure she'll never have those babies. This has left her angry at both him and herself. She has her work and she throws herself into it and is the best in Boston.
Jacob Parker is a cocky doctor who is one of the best neurosurgeons. His is a love em and leave em kind of guy, but all this is to hide the pain he grew up with and is still trying to deal with.
When Jacob (Parks) and Ansley come together their attraction is instant but they have explosive personalities. They continually butt heads. Since Parks knows what it is like to cover up your hurt he sees it in Ansley and wants to help. When he finds out she wants a baby - he offers to help her. It seems like a good idea but after the fact Ansley realizes she can't just be one of his flings and puts her walls back up.
The reader will be able to see past the facades that Ansley and Parks put forth and will root for them to find something that will heal them.
I was given this book an am leaving an honest voluntary review.

Ansley thought she had it all, an exciting career as a Neurosurgeon , working in a hospital with the love of her life , her husband . Now in her thirties what she wants is to start a family , but those dreams are quickly destroyed just like her marriage .
Parks is a new Neurosurgeon added to the staff , but he has a reputation as a ladies man that doesn't do relationships .
Can Ansley get Doctor Feelgood to fall for her or will she get her heart damaged again?
This was a well written storyline full of Heartbreak , loss , deception , Intrigue , Romance and some Pretty Steamy OH My Gosh Sex scenes between the two main characters .
I enjoyed the push and pull of the building relationship between Parks and Ansley , even though it was a bit rocky and emotional they both changed each others lives for the better.
I just wish that Ansley could have grown a pair and told her douche of an ex to stop controlling her every move in the hospital.. he was the one who made the bad choices that ended their relationship....Time to move on buddy !!

Cuts Like a 🔪Knife

Doctor💉, Doctor💉, Give Me The News📰, I Got a Bad Case of Loving💘 You.......No 💊Pill is Gonna Cure My Ills

Dr. Jake Parker is Doctor Feelgood🐺🍌🌋✋ to more beautiful women💋 than he can count. He's absolutely he#l on the hospital nurses, too, He's also a brilliant young neurosurgeon. He has so much baggage💼 he's dragging around because of his mother, he can never be serious with a woman.

💘Love cuts like a 🔪knife, and Parks🐺🍌🌋✋ protects himself by being a womanizer. With each new conquest, His heart💓 blackens a little more, dies a little more💔. Someday it will be just ashes.❤

He transfers to Boston General to work with Doctor Ansley Crawford💋💔, newly divorced, and the best neurosurgeon in the country. He is immediately at odds with her because she seems angry at him for just being alive! Then Parks🐺🍌🌋✋ finds out her ex is head of neurosurgery! What a hornet's nest Parks has gotten into!

Doctor, my eyes! Tell me what is wrong! Was I unwise to leave them open for so long...

There were a fair number of left out words throughout for some reason.

Parks definitely comes across as the cocky playboy at the beginning of the book who is not interested in older women. However, he is getting tired of the same old scene and is starting that maybe he needs to settle down to feel more fulfilled. He is sent to another hospital in Boston by his mentor Aident to teach the neurology department some new procedures. He meets Aiden's sister Ansley who is the top neurology surgeon and right away there is so much friction between them. Parks gets on her nerves while he becomes intrigued by her. He tries his best to get to know her better but is constantly shot down because of how her ex is treating her. Aiden is constantly trying to get Ansley to come work at his hospital in New York but she doesn't want to start over in her field. However, her ex is making it more difficult for her to work at her current place. Meanwhile, Parks is still trying his best to get under her skin in a good way. When she finally does give into him, the chemistry is off the charts. Circumstances change for both of them, one good, one bad. After a few months of being separated, Parks finally find Ansley and convinces her that he is what is best for her

He will make you feel good....And so will this story about a hot womanizer doctor, Jacob (Parks), and another doctor who is older than him, Ansley. When her brother has Parks transfer to her hospital to work alongside her to teach him and vice versa, emotions run high between the two. He's a womanizer who loves them then leaves them, a big flirt and loves his reputation. She just got a divorce from ex after he cheated her out of the one thing she wants the most....a baby and a family. She is stubborn but also very very angry at her life and takes it out on Parks and is a no nonsense type of dr, earning respect with her colleagues and fellow staff members. Right from the beginning the tension is there between the two of them and they finally find release, but that makes her only run faster away from him, she doesn't want to fall in love with him, knowing he'll just leave her after so she leaves first. But what happens when he gives her the one thing she wants the most. Read and find out.
A great read filled with emotions about loving and leaving, death, heartache and heartbreak, lust/love and steamy scenes that will want you to find a dr feel good for yourself. I also enjoyed their love/hate relationship, both were dominants but relinquished control when together and the sparks flew off the pages. Not only that but the ending was what really got me, there were no games, no fighting, no blaming, only forgiveness and willing to move on w/o dredging up the past...refreshing and I loved it.

If you are looking for a book that is full of sexual chemistry that could take down a building, then this book is what you are looking for. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Parker are beyond crazy for each other even though neither of them want to admit it, at least not yet. Dr. Crawford has been through a rough marriage with deception and she still works with her ex, he is the chief of staff at the hospital she works at. Dr. Parker is coming to Boston for a month to work with her, he's a friend of her brothers and will bring a lot good to their facility. He's known as Dr Feelgood because he is pretty much the hospital slut and his reputation precedes him. When you are afraid to put yourself out there but know deep down this one person is worth opening up for, will you? This book is going to suck you in from the beginning. It will have you smiling, laughing, shaking your head and rooting for that happily ever outcome. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

BEST BOOK BY WESTON PARKER...so far 😝
Honestly can't even begin to describe how much I LOVED this book. It was amazing, the characters were amazing (I need to find a Parks right now) and just everything was amazing. I loved that Ansley was older, although only by a few years, and was the head of Neurosurgery. Basically, she's a badass. Then comes in Parks. He's a young hot shot neurosurgeon who's supposed to learn new techniques while also teaching some. There's definitely some competition and bruised egos but it wouldn't have been as good a book without it. I did kind of wish Ansley's brother Aiden had his own book so we could get to know him more and his fiancé Elizabeth and her sister, Gwen needs a book too. Now as Ansley's ex Nolan goes, while he could be a major jerk, for some reason I still felt bad for him and want him to find a happily ever after too. I've rambled long enough here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THE BOOK!! You won't be sorry!!

I received this book for a voluntary, completely honest and non incentivized review. I don't know where to start with my review. I do know I didn't want the story to end.
The characters were great and I loved the "real" feel of the characters. Parks, playboy extraordinaire, maintained his cockiness throughout but I absolutely loved the insight to his emotional turmoil. Made him more human than alpha. Ansley, is the tough as nails woman living in a predominantly male world but we get to see the insecurities and softness, again making her human and relatable. The banter is the best. Nothing annoys me more than reading cheesy conversations thinking "who talks like this?". But the banter between ALL the characters are so genuine. The plot and subplots in this story are amazing. You have to read this to know what I'm talking about. No spoilers here.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this book-there is a fine line between arrogant and a$&@ole, and for me, I think the author straddled it well. Parks is a manwhore neurosurgeon whose mentor sends him to share his knowledge at the hospital in which his older sister works. Ansley, the sister, is a strong, also arrogant, neurosurgeon. These two successful surgeons have to find a way to put their “stuff” behind them (family, betraying ex-partner) so they can be together if they choose to take the risk. They are evenly matched (no billionaires here, just people in stressful, well paid jobs) and both can manage quite fine on their own. Together, though, they could be spectacular. Will they take the risk? It was an awesome read to find out!

I received this book as an arc and have voluntarily reviewed it.

When doctor Jacob “Parks” Parker’s mentor Aiden Crawford sends his to Boston General for four weeks to work with his sister Ansley at her hospital he has one warning, stay away from his sister, and since she isn’t his usual type, Jacob agrees. Ansley is recently divorced, and not looking for a new romance but there is something about the young doctor that makes her want to explore the new feelings he awakens in her. While the pair try to avoid each other, sparks begin to fly and before Ansley can change her mind, she lets Jacob into bed for one night, hoping that it will be enough to make her forget him. With the last day of his visit approaching, will the pair be able to keep their one night a secret? Or will destiny have a way of keeping them together?

I love it when I get to that very last page of a book, and I am excited. Thinking, Oh yeah that was good....
So much FEELS. YES PLEASE!

This sexy as hell, emotionally charged story grabbed my squirrel like attention from the very first page! This story went with me everywhere, just in case I had a few minutes to sneak in some time to read more about the craziness between Parks and Ansley!
The connection between them was off the charts, and honestly funny as well. These two made fighting quite interesting!
Doctor Feelgood is one of those stories that gives you a healthy dose of all the right stuff ( IMO anyway ) for a hot romance, with some twists and emotional turns that made my heart squeeze and kept me wanting more!
One Click Material, I would highly recommend!

Wow. So much emotion. So much explosive passion. Ansley and Parks are total opposites on the surface, but underneath they're so very much alike. Their love-hate relationship has the sparks flying from the instant they encounter one another. The sparks fly in the OR and in the bedroom. I'm blown away by the amount of growth these characters went through to get their happily-ever-after. I get the feeling that both of them were ready, they just needed the right catalyst to push them to take the first steps. After the age of thirty, I don't know that I'd call four years an age gap, but it's nice to see romantic pairings that include the woman being the older partner.

Ansley and Parks are a couple that doesn’t make sense at first glance – he’s a playboy whose usual taste in women includes nothing like the highly successful yet emotionally vulnerable Dr. Crawford. The author’s skillful writing soon shows us that neither one is exactly who they seem to be on the surface, and as we get to know these characters (and they get to know each other) their chemistry establishes a strong enough foundation for them to take a chance on love. This book was a real page-turner, absolutely captivating from the start. Theirs is more than just a story of insta-lust as the author shows us layer after layer of the beautiful hearts and souls of his characters. This is romance storytelling at its best. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

What an emotional read that will grasp your attention at the beginning and have you page turning from then. Quite a read . This book is well written with well defined characters and a strong storyline. Two doctors, both with wounded hearts are thrown together when Parks is sent to train them in a special procedure. Ansley's brother is Parks mentor and he has warned him to stay away from his sister. They are like oil and water at first but the underlying attraction and chemistry is apparent. Lots of family drama, betrayal and suspense. This is a book that's hard to put down once you begin. Strong characters with lots of depth and emotion. A great read. I received an advance reader copy and voluntarily chose to review this book.

An amazing read. Finding that one person that makes your life complete comes along when you least expect it. Ansley was fresh out of a divorce from a man who manipulated their relationship and Parks was a classic playboy who wore his nickname Dr. Feelgood like a badge of honor. They were instantly attracted to each other but fought against their true feelings until they were unable to function without the other.

Favorite quote: Ansley ~ "Love had a way of overcoming and forcing me to step out into the unknown. And though it was scary as hell, in that place of security and unsureness, I made complete."

You can always count on Cassandra Dee to deliver a gripping story. This book was dark with drama, suspense and hot sexiness to keep you hooked from beginning to end. Anna gets kidnapped on her way to work because she was mistaken for her sister Ann-Marie who is nothing but a selfish girl looking for the easy life. Robert who is Chance's brother feels he needs to protect his brothers interest and puts together this kidnapping plan. What he didn't know was she was not the right person? Will Robert be the captive in his own plan? Find out how this story end up. I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed. I voluntarily read an advance readers copy of this book.

First impressions are important. Ansley can't believe someone parked in her parking spot at Boston General. Nothing like meeting the woman that takes your breath away. Jacob (Parks) realizes two things. Ansley is his mentor Aiden's little sister and she is pissed he parked in her parking spot. This book has amazing characters and storyline. An older woman who is brilliant and beautiful. A younger man who is cocky and hot. Weston Parker is a fantastic writer and one of my favorites. He knows how to write not only interesting stories with wonderful characters. I voluntarily received this book to review for my honest opinion.

This book made me feel good

And and Parks two neurosurgeons with sad ides about love. I loved the cocky Parks, he is just what the hurt and betrayed Ansley needs. Working in a hospital is stressful but working side by side someone you are attracted to makes everything much more stressful, especially when neither will admit how deep their feelings for each other are. There were times in the book that brought tears to my eyes because we all have felt the loss of a loved one and the pain of lost loved. A definite HEA! This book was funny, moving at times and had some of the hottest sex in it! What more could you want, a must read.

This is an ARC Review.
What an excellent story author, Weston Parker, has written that takes place in the medical world, specifically, neurology. Our main characters, Parks and Ansley, are both neurosurgeons. And talk about opposites attract! This certainly happens here.
The story kept me interested and turning the pages because I wanted to know how these two people would resolve their differences and end with a HEA. Oh and their sex is sizzling!
I highly recommend this story for your reading enjoyment. Enjoy!
