A lawyer's attempt to avenge himself on the man who framed him and sent him to prison becomes complicated when he falls for the woman, a banker who is the lynchpin in his new scheme. Set in Bolivia, and has a fairly suspenseful plot for a Harlequin Superromance. Not bad.

From Blogger Bundle #1. Two people with troubled pasts meet and fall in love. In Bolivia! And so I liked reading about Bolivian people, locations, and cultures more than the romance itself.
