While there were times where it felt like the same 5 statements were repeated in different way, there was value to this read. I would recommend it to someone dealing with a stressful and overloaded career.
Good read. Message loud and clear. By recognizing the importance of energy management, we can learn to take a break and cut ourselves some slack with a strong reminder of the damage being done to our health, performance, relationships and overall happiness. On the other hand, by showing up at an optimal state it creates a great ripple effect to those around us too. I will be reading this again. It's short enough for a quick read, yet, is full of great content and lessons that I can easily relate to.
