Hello. I write YA / NA novels, I’m tall, and my hair is now shorter and redder than in this pic. Other than that, we’re good.
My books have been translated into several languages and have reached the top 10 of both the Amazon and iBooks charts. My LinkedIn page has more CV stuff, plus editorial endorsements.
My favourite food is Thai curry with coconut rice and Christmas cake, tho’ not at the same time HAHA. I love a stud, of the metal-on-clothes-and-shoes variety. I don’t like studly men. They’re weird and serious. I like silly men, who are weird and lovely.
If I could have anyone over for tea, it’d be Vanessa Bell (for talking about sex in posh accents), Diana Athill (ditto, plus books), Mary Wesley (ditto again, plus the war), Lee Mack (he funny) and Don Draper (he sexy. And, yes, a bit studly. But he’s from the ‘60s so it’s OK).
I can’t remember the last time I finished a book in two days!! I loved this so much, and I learned a lot. I enjoyed all of the quizzes, and “harry facts”! I only wish there was more information about other things. Like his life later in the band, not just 2011 & 2012. Also, the author never got the title “From The Dining Table” right and it drove me CRAZY! She kept calling it “From The Dining ROOM Table”. I mean reasonable to get that wrong but if your writing a BOOK about his life, you should get it right. Other than that it was great! Definitely recommend!
Kind of a dry read to me.. Perfect for a teenage fangirl I suppose.
I got it at Dollar Tree so for $1, and i don't think I would've gotten my monies-worth if i spent the actual retail (whatever it is). The book isn't completely bad, but I'm not the intended audience.
It did say he dated a 30-some year old when he was still 17...so really weird. Where i come from that's illegal 🚫 for an adult to mess with a 17 year old, but maybe that's different in Hollywood.
Definitely won't be reading this again, but wasn't really for me anyway.
I do like 1 direction songs a little, but not a superfan or anything. I didn't even know the band members names before I found the book, Or that they decided to go on a break. I was hoping for a little more on singing or being a part of music production or something, but it was more about the guy & all the females he dated or people assumed that he dated and other personal tidbits.

So I've recently been getting into HS music and watching youtube videos about him. I know he was in the band One Direction but that is about it. I found him to be a fun and interesting person from his interviews and since I love reading biographies, I picked this up on my Ipad. I found it to be a waste of $9.99. It seemed way too generic, short and full of quizzes and useless fillers. While I still find Harry to be interesting, I would not recommend this book unless you are around 7-9 years old.
Worth the $2 it cost me, but kind of disturbing to read. Kept imagining if someone wrote a book like this about me, sharing the details of my birth down to the minute and exact location and the weather and all of that. There’s a page dedicated to the reader writing what Harry would like about them if he only met them. Just feels a little odd, but maybe my relationship to him isn’t parasocial enough.
More of a book report with doodles, magazine quotations and internet findings than an actual biography. Perfect for the super fan but then maybe not bc most of the info was surface level that you could find with a quick google search.
this book was fun but also not really all that. i knew most of the information in the book due to being a harry styles fan already. there were a lot of fun activity pages but at the end of the day just seemed like a waste of paper.
It had lots of facts and quizzes, but I've read better bios. It was good and short though if you like really fangirlish books. The thing I didn't like was the constant of telling the reader to look something up on YouTube or Google...
I loved it I liked how it talked about his life and how there's quiz at the end. I bought it to school and one of my friends couldn't stop smiling at him.
Kevin gave me this as a joke and in honor of the unashamed love for Harry Style and 1D he cultivated in me, so I told him I’d read it and I did. Ridiculous.
