This is the second book in the Highland Park Chronicles. This book is an erotic romance with some BDSM so I would not let your teen read this series. This could be read as a stand alone but you would get a better understanding of the story if you read the first book. This story had me hooked on the first page. It only took me a full day to finish this amazing and twisted love story.

Julie has had a crush on Davis ever since she was just a teen. When her father died Davis was there to help. Julia and her mother was forced to leave town and she thought she would never see him again. She is now a beautiful college student. She finds out that Davis is now a professor. She is now ready to get what she has wanted ever since she was a teen, Davis. She wants to show this professor that she is not a little girl anymore. Julia starts to build a new relationship with Davis and it gets pretty hot and heavy quickly. She is finally happy that she got the man she has always wanted but does he want her in the same way? When she finds out some family secrets will this make their relationship stronger or will it tear them apart for good?

Davis always had a special place in his heart for Julia. He always wanted to protect her even when she was a little girl. When he sees her now he is blown away. She is not a little girl anymore. She is a beautiful young woman and he instantly feels something for her. He wants to stay away from her due to the age difference but age is just a number right? He can't take it anymore and he falls for her but he is hiding a secret from her. He has another part of his life that he doesn't know if she can handle. Will this professor learn what love is from this student or will he fail?

This book will have you addicted from the very beginning. This book has it all hot romance, betrayal,friendship, and love. You will fall in love with both characters instantly. Julia knows what she wants and she is not afraid to get it. She has a wild side about her that I loved. Davis is very swoon worthy for an older man. He is very protective of Julia. He doesn't want to have feelings for her but the heart wants what it wants.
I love when books are in both the characters points of views. You get to know the characters on a more personal level. My favorite is that the prior characters are in this story as well. These characters are a family to one another and it is great to see that kind of bond. They take Julia in as their own and no matter what happens they are there for her too. I can not wait and see who this author writes about next in this addicting series.

Educate Him by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle is book two in the Highland Park Chronicles. I must say I am impressed with Sydney's style and writing in general. She makes sure that you understand what it is she is writing about. As in the first book of the series, Educate Him is a novel that is based in the BDSM community and a dom/sub relationship. Though it is also a second chance novel. Davis Stewart was introduced in book one as our hero's mentor, in this book we get a better look into his mind and what makes him, him.

Julia is nineteen years old and a freshman in college. It's been six years since she's seen him and she knows exactly what she wants. The last two years have been hard for Julia but she's discovered herself in some new ways. But is she ready to allow the Professor teach her is other ways?

Davis Stewart is a law professor and apparently owns the hottest BDSM club in Texas. Which surprised the crap out of me. But the Professor likes to teach and this is where he can continue to do so. Though she is his best friends daughter, he's always kept an eye on her. Always wondered how she was. And now that she's legal, he gets to know all about her. But is he ready for this? Can she handle him and his kinks? Can HE handle HER?

This book is hot. The age gap is hardly noticeable, but her inexperience in the lifestyle is and at some times, Julia is immature. But that is to be expected of a nineteen year old. I really liked the vanilla ice cream analogy. I figured it out part way through their conversation what he was going to be getting at. And things like this is what made me laugh and connect with the book more. I think this series is great for those new to the lifestyle as well as those with an open mind. Thanks to Sydney for a great book! Cannot wait to read the rest of the series!

A well written story that is a bit different than I thought and that is meant in the positive way. It has an edge to it that made the story a good read.
I like the characters but sometimes Julia felt immature in her way of speaking and acting. The theme older man/younger female is mixed in a really good way with the romance/BDSM theme. I liked that a lot. It made the story unique and enjoyable. The scenes and the BDSM descriptions are so well written that also readers that not are into these things can understand them. The chemistry are so good described that it flows of the pages.
It is a short fast paced story but I can only recommend it.

Educate Him is a good book. Sydney put a lot of detail and made sure you had a good understanding of BDSM. That is of course if your not familiar with it. Don't worry though its still a naughty, hot, older/alpha male book. Meet Davis and Julia. They will take you on one heck of a journey. Secerts will be revealed. Who says you can't teach old dogs new tricks. You can still learn new things or love at any age.  Bonus, if you have read Salvage Him, you will get reacquainted with some of the characters. I can't wait for Sydney's next book.

This is the 2nd book in this amazing Highland Park Chronicles, and what a story it is! Julia and Davis have explosive chemistry, and this is an emotional rollercoaster journey, which is humorous, and with twists & turns throughout. This is a well written and beautiful second chance romance story, and I highly recommend this authors work for all readers. Looking forward to reading more of these Highland boys!

This was a good book. It was different than most books I read. I've read plenty of books with lots of sex. It's just this was a different type. It just took some time getting used to. Most of the time the age difference didn't bother me. However, there were a few moments where she was immature. Other than that I enjoyed reading this.

Educate Him is an erotic romance novel by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle, and the second book of the Highland Park Chronicles series. The book discusses the BDSM lifestyle throughout most of the novel and for that reason I would not recommend this book for anyone under the age of 18. The story is about a 19 year old college freshman named Julia, who attends college in Texas at SMU, in Highland Park. Julia's father died when she was 13 years old, when he was under the influence of alcohol and drove into a lake in this Highland Park area, where Julia grew up. Julia was not upset by her father's death because he never spent any time with her or her mother, and he never showed any love towards either of them. Julia was upset that she and her mother would be moving to New Jersey due to her father's parents kicking her and her mother out of their house. Even at the age of 13, Julia knew that she was in love with her father's best friend and law partner, Davis Stewart, who is 16 years older than her, and so she didn't want to move away from him. So when it was time to for Julia to attend college, she knew that she wanted to attend SMU because Davis was now a Law Professor there. She was determined to get back into Davis' life, even if she had to stalk him to do it.

Davis Stewart is a 36 year old Law Professor who has a waiting list of young women who want to be in his law classes because they think that he is really attractive. One day Julia shows up in his class to say, “Hi,” and to let him know that she is attending college there now. Davis ends up giving her his card so that she can contact him if she needs anything. When Julia texts him shortly thereafter and starts flirting with him, he finds her self-confidence sexy which makes him feel like a dirty old man. Davis also feels guilty because he has always known that his best friend, Julia's father, was a terrible person. Davis followed Julia's father, willingly, into some dirty, dark places. But even though he knows that he shouldn't be socializing with a 19 year old student, Davis finds Julia very beautiful and he wants her. Julia needs a job and asks Davis for any job leads he may hear of around campus. Davis tells his neighbor, who is looking for an after-school babysitter for her two children, about Julia and Julia gets the job. Julia is thrilled by this since she now has a job and she has another opportunity to stalk Davis right next door to his house. But what Julia doesn't know is that Davis has another life when he's not working; he is very much into the BDSM lifestyle as a Dom, and that he owns an upscale BDSM club called Crush. Also, Davis doesn't date; if he has a woman with him, the woman is one of his Subs.

In this book, Sydney Aaliyah Michelle has done a wonderful job of developing all of the characters, so much so that even though I haven't read the first book in this series I was able to understand what was going on with the characters from that book who also happen to play an important part in this book. She has made me want to read the first book in this series since those characters seem so very
interesting!

Ms. Michelle shares Julia and Davis' complicated romance by telling the story in their alternating points of view. We can feel that Julia must have some “Daddy issues” due to her intense feelings for Davis at such a young age, but despite that she is able to overcome those issues and emotionally mature to really love him in a mature way. We are also able to feel Davis' conflict and guilt concerning Julia, her age, and his messed up relationship with her father. Davis is much more conflicted than Julia concerning his ability to have a relationship with her, mostly because he has been keeping many secrets from Julia that he knows that she definitely deserves to know.

Ms. Michelle seems extremely knowledgeable in the BDSM lifestyle, and so as Julia learns about it, so does the reader since Julia has some very specific questions about it in the book. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys erotic romance novels. I hope that Ms. Michelle continues the Highland Park Chronicle series because I would love to get to know what happens in Julia and Davis' future, and I would love to read about what happens to Seth, one of Davis' friends, in the future.

Educate Him is Book 2 in the Highland Park Chronicles but can be read as a standalone novel but for a better experience I’d recommended reading book 1 to get an insight to some characters and this books themes. This is the second book have read from this author Sydney’s writing style continues to impact me more and more, and her brilliant storylines with even more captivating characters.

This book did take me a little while to get into, I found the start a little bit slow, and was waiting for the excitement to begin, but once I connected with the characters and the developing story line I was hooked. I loved the mix of erotica, romance and passion that this book gives. This had some twists and turns entwined in the story line along with secrets that keeps you hooked. We were given sexy, steamy scenes, emotional scenes, scenes that made smile, made you sad. In the end, I got so invested in the book I didn’t want it to end. The characters also make this book even more addictive. The secondary characters have make this story stand out more, as there could be more stories these characters can give us. I loved reading about Justin, Seth & Abbie, I’d love to read their stories and what could happen with them.

Sydney Aaliyah Michelle gave us some brilliant descriptions of characters, and place surrounding this story and I could imagine everything I was reading in my head and it just made this story so much more brilliant. The setting of Crush and Davis house was at the forefront of these vivid scenes that captured me the most.

I loved seeing the relationship develop between Davis and Julia, they had an undeniable connection, even from the young age that Julia knew Davis he was always the one she wanted, and then from the moment they set eyes on each other many years later a connection that runs deeper than neither of them expected develops into something that is ultimately beautiful and a second chance at something both of these characters need. Davis struggles the most with the connection that Julia brings him, he tries many things in order to put her off or try and change the way he is feelings but eventually he realises what he feels can no longer be denied. The age difference between these two never made a much of difference to me, in fact made this story line even more sexy! I loved that Julia never saw an issue in the age difference, the thing that was more important to her was that he was there when she needed him, especially after everything she has faced. Through this story these characters continue to grow, Julia is already a strong & independent woman who continues becomes stronger than ever with the journey she faces and the lessons she learns. Where Davis just continues to get even more sexier! and realises that he can no longer fight the feelings that come with being with Julia, what she reignites inside him. But with an undeniable growing connection that too each of them feel so right how can it be wrong? Will these two finally get their chance at a HEA?


Another great thing of this book, is that its written in dual POV’s I loved that we got to read what each of these characters really thought and felt through numerous situations that occurred and that we really got an insight from them rather than from someone else.

This book is incredibly sexy, romantic and filled with passion, heat and second chances. It one that hooks you and holds you there until the very end, it one not to be missed! I cannot wait to see who’s story we follow next and will be eagerly awaiting book 3 in this captivating series!

Educate Him (Highland Park Chronicles Book 2) by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle is the second book in her Highland Park Chronicles. This book can be a stand alone but I highly recommend reading the previous book too. I believe that it would help give you a little more background on the characters to give you a better understanding. One of my favorite things about reading series is when you get to see characters from previous books in the series and you will get that here. These characters will take you on a roller coaster ride of various emotions that you won't want to miss. They are true to life and connectable. This story is about romance, second chance love but not the normal second chances that you are thinking. If you don't believe in second chances when you are done reading this book, you will. Find out what happens to these characters as they take you on a journey of hot, steamy romance with secrets mixed in.

Davis has always looked out for her whether she knew it or not. Now that she is an adult, he wants her even knowing that he shouldn't. Now that she is back into his life, he still wants what he shouldn't have. When she finds out the truth, will she forgive him?

Julia know that when everyone in her life has let her down, he has been there to pick her back up. When she returned six years later, she had a plan in mind. Will one night change her plan for her? What he has to teach her, she is ready to learn. Oh, the things that he can teach her! You don't want to miss this one.

Davis and Julia's relationship is not the typical one. He is ten years older then she and was her fathers business partner. He has always been there for her when she needed him. There is an attraction to each other that seems so right so how can it be so wrong? There are a few twists and turns that they go through but will they make it though together? Society dictates being together is wrong but will they follow what society wants or will they follow their hearts? These are strong characters that have minds of their own. Julia has been through so much in her life that you will feel compassion for her. At times you will want to bang your head, asking what she was thinking. She really does grow throughout this story and comes out stronger then ever. Davis is just a hot, sexy alpha male that just wants to be with her. He is worried what Julia will do when she finds out his secret. Will he teach her what she is so willing to learn? You will need to read this book to see how it turns out! Find out if secrets will keep them separated or if it will bring them together? Is it possible that society will accept them so they can find their HEA?

This is my second book by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle and I can't wait to see if she puts another book out in this series and who she will write about. Sydney Aaliyah is a voracious reader, tattoo lover, and a movie fanatic lover who lives in Texas. After spending five and half years in China, she found the courage to go for her passion and start writing. Once again this is a fast paced story that will pull you in from the first word. This story will keep you engaged until the last page and keep you wanting more. You will need to see what happens to Davis and Julia. The twists and turns will leave you just plain wanting more. I highly suggest this book as I know you will want to see what happens between Davis and Julia.

Educate Him is the second book in the Highland Park Chronicles by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle. It is a fantastic second chance at romance/contemporary romance- with bit of a twist and a lot of ‘zing’. The story has BDSM elements, ménage, sizzlingly hot scenes, older man-younger woman, Dom/Sub elements, hot alpha males, and a sex club.
Julia Arian is a beautiful, confident, sassy young woman with a bit of a dark side she keeps under wraps. Her father died when she was only thirteen and even though he was a bit of an absentee father, Julia has abandonment issues and feels angry towards him. Her mother is emotionally distant and their relationship is strained. The only adult in her life who showed her any kindness, compassion and understanding was her father’s younger business partner. She hasn’t seen him in over six years, but she has never stopped thinking about him. Her childhood crush on him never faded, and now she is nineteen and a freshman in college, Julia can’t help wanting to seek him out and see what develops. So, she moves across states and enrols at the same college where he works. Her professor is about to teach her far more than even she bargained for.
Davis Stewart is thirty-six years old, and was once a partner of a thriving law firm, but after a very personal betrayal he gave it up and became a law professor- where teaching became one of his new passions. Davis is quite a complex character, who has quite a few secrets. He is a charming and popular man who others look up to. He also happens to own one of the hottest sex clubs in the state (Texas). He has always felt a connection to Julia, and felt a responsibility to watch out for her, protect her and make sure she was cared for. He may not have been in her life anymore, but his concern for her never wavered.
So, when he finally sees her after six long years, he can’t believe she’s now the beautiful woman who stands before him….. and that she’s also enrolled on his campus. He feels an attraction to her that confuses him. Even though she is a legal adult, Davis feels guilty for his attraction- like he’s nothing but a dirty old man. Will Julia find a way to convince him that their feelings for each other aren’t wrong? Will Davis be able to work his way through his guilt? What secrets may be revealed? What happens if or when they do? Davis will teach Julia far more than she ever imagined, but will Julia also teach Davis a thing or two?
This is a superb story in a series of standalones. All the books in the series have interconnecting characters and so far, all the stories have revolved around or include the BDSM club- “Crush”.
The characters are all wonderful, really well thought out and fully developed. They all have their own unique personalities, quirks and flaws- and experience character growth as the story unfolds. They were easy to relate to, completely believable and realistic. I easily connected to them and their story. There were a few surprises and twists along the way…. The author tied up the story beautifully, but I certainly wouldn’t have guessed that scenario.
So well written and very entertaining! I can’t wait to read the next book!

The story Educate Him (Highland Park Chronicles Book 2) by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle is new adult/erotica/romance book. This is the amazing second book in the Highland Park Chronicles and I loved it just as much as the first. It centers on the characters of Julia and Davis. They both know each other from the past and now find each other in the same town. Her as a college student and him as a professor. The connection between them is very strong. Now he has agreed to teach her about his lifestyle. Could it be that she has some lessons of her own to teach?

This is an author that has created a series that had me up all night reading so I could find out what happens with Julia and Davis. The way that she weaves a story makes it so you don’t want to put the book down until you have finished. She also creates amazing characters. They are the reason that I love this book so much. Julia is a woman who is smart, sassy, and independent. In just one night her friendship with Davis changes and she is willing to be taught about the BDSM lifestyle which he is a part of. Julia also does overthink things. Now that she is part of Davis’s life she is afraid he will walk away from her. It is a struggle that constantly goes on in her mind. Davis knows he has strong feelings for Julia, however, he at first has a hard time admitting to them as she is so much younger than he is. He then finds himself teaching Julia about his lifestyle. Davis is a man that feels guilt over the past and has secrets that he has kept from Julia. If Julia learns of these secrets will it tear these two apart?

This is a book that can be read as a standalone however I found my reading experience to be smoother as I had read the first book. I love the way that there are certain characters that think of themselves as family and would do anything to help one another. They welcome Julia into their circle and rally around her when she needs help. While Julia and Davis have a lot to challenges to overcome I was always rooting for them to find a happy ending. There are scenes in this book that are hot and steamy and describe elements of the BDSM lifestyle. It is for those reasons that I would recommend this book for anyone 18 years of age or older.

Omfg!! Where to begin! These Highland Park men just went to a whole new level! This book was hot from the word go and Sydney Aaliyah Michelle made me feel every touch and share every desire. This book was so intense at times it literally brought me to my knees but I would read it all again in a heartbeat.

Jules lost her dad at 13 she lived a privileged upbringing with her mother but emotions weren't something either of them openly shared. When she makes the move from New York to SMU she back in her childhood home as such but she really wants being here to give her the opportunity to meet up with a certain Professor who even at very young age had a profound affect in Julia's emotions.

Davis Stewart used to be a criminal lawyer but after the huge deception of his wife and then partner he became a Proffesor of Law at SMU. Staying in Highland Park he has made of few close friendships over the years and his interest in BDSM has helped him become of a small family within that community. He has mentored and been close friend with all of the Characters that we have met previously in the addictive Highland Park series. Being the oldest in the group they all look up to him but when he suddenly introduces a new Sub they all become concerned.When Davies reveals the secrets he has been hiding from Julia relating to there shared history to his friends they all become concerned that if he doesn't come out and tell Julia it could spoil any chance at a future but what Davis can't decide is whether he can let himself be with her . But to Davis being with Julia is ingrained in his very being he fought it for such a long time when he finally does give in and admit how much he craves her very existence her his life it's a thing of beauty.

I honestly could write all night about this book. So many moments that capture every part of your being I felt literally trapped at one point.

Whenever I see Sydney Aaliyah Michelle's name written on a cover I'm going to be buying them straight away as each book I read only seems to get better than the last. Please bring me more from these hot as sin Highland Park men.

Educate Him – Highland Chronicles Book 2 by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle – 5 stars

This is the 2nd book in the Highland Chronicles series and can be read as a standalone. I think it would be a great idea to read “Salvage Him – Book 1” first (if you are able) because it’s where we got to know the secondary characters featured in “Educate Him”. HOWEVER, if you can only read one – this is the one to read.

Davis and Julia knew each other in the past. She always felt a connection to him even though there was a bit of an age difference. She has grown up and is ready to make things happen. Julia is a strong and confident woman who isn’t afraid to explore her sexual side. She is willing to make a stand to be heard. I really liked her even when she was quick to allow her emotions rule her intellect. Davis is someone who has been established and respected in the community for a long time. Through his actions he shows that he is a man of honor who is willing to go to any length to protect those who mean something to him (even if they don’t know what he did).

This is a fast paced story with twists and turns. Initially I rolled my eyes and thought “Oh great, another taboo romance that is going to be all sex and no substance”. I figured I’d read 1 or 2 chapters and if it didn’t intrigue me, I’d skim until the end. AM I GLAD I KEPT WITH IT. This is my favorite of the two Highland Chronicles so far (I’m crossing my fingers for the third book so we get to find out what makes Seth tick). I read it in one sitting and this is one of those series I would absolutely recommend.

Educate Him is the second book in the Highland Park Chronicles by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle and is as good as the first book Salvage Him. This book will have you hooked from the beginning and you won’t be able to put it down. You can read it as a standalone but I would definitely read the first book in the series to give you some background information on the series as a whole. You will find yourself lost in the world that Sydney has created where there is laughter and tears, frustration and hope. Trust me these men will curl your toes and leave you begging for more!

This story is centered around Davis and Julia. Julia has always been drawn to Davis, to her he has always been more than a family friend, more than her fathers best friend, more than the man who gave her comfort when her father passed away. Davis has a secret only those close to him know about, something that Julia knows nothing about. After years away she is back, Davis is now one of her professors but what he has to teach her can not be learned in a classroom.

Is Davis willing to teach her? Is Julia willing to learn Davis’s secret? Can they take the step where things may never be the same? Will Julia walk away when she knows? Will Davis let her go?

This series takes you for a look into the world of BDSM, where the men are alpha’s and hot and sexy but it is also a beautiful romance story, where age and lifestyles have no meaning when it comes to love. I can’t wait to see what Sydney has in store for us next.

Warning there is a trigger-spoiler- rape. Also has some F/F action and a couple of scenes with M/F/M.
Heavy BDSM, Taboo- Professor/Student. Julia and Davis have a history together. Taboo- old man 38/ young girl 19. Taboo- daddy's best friend/ business partner and daddy's only daughter. Don't worry daddy is passed on when she is 13, secrets will be revealed later on in the story, so no killing his friend but really daddy was a dead beat, never loved or cared about his daughter. He lied, cheated, stolen go get what he wanted and never cared about his wife or daughter check his own parents couldn't care for Julia.
Dacis, lawyer, professor, businessmen and a Dominant, he has a complicated past and when a girl from his past shows back up to the old town (she and her mother moved to Jersey after her dad's funeral) he is his college and he has conflicting emotions.
Julia sees and soon hatches a plan to see and get to reknow Mr. Stewart aka Professor as she will have to call him. This is the second book that I have read by this author and I absolutely loved it! Her ability to write about BDSM is outstanding. It’s tastefully written and super-hot! I could feel every look, touch and intimate moment between the characters. It’s one of those books that I would very happily read over and over again! This is the second book in the series and it can be read as a standalone but I would really recommend reading book one which is Brooklyn and Harrison’s story.
Julia and Davis were great characters. I really liked their relationship and the age difference never really bothered me. I thought that she was quite mature for her age and suited Davis really well. I enjoyed reading about their relationship and watching it develop over the story. The author wrote about some very sensitive issues but they were explored and written about really well and respectfully. There was something about Davis that drew me to him straight away – he was dominating but not in an overbearing way. He struggled with the relationship with Julia and I could really sense that about him.
I really enjoyed seeing Brooklyn and Harrison appear again along with other secondary characters – I really can’t wait to see whose story is next! Judging on the last two books in this series I know it is going to be amazing!!

Julia has always had her eyes on her dad's bestfriend Davis but lost contact with him once her father passed away. When she ends up attending the university that Davis is a professor at she does everything in her power to run into him and to show him exactly what she wants from him. Davis does everything he can to push her away and fight his attraction towards her especially as hes old enough to be her father plus he finds her at times very immature due to her only being nineteen but she do grow along side him and begin to find herself. This novel isnt straight forward there are twists and turns along the way so it definitely keeps you on your toes! The story is about a younger/ older relationship and the Bdsm scene which Il tell you now there are some serious hot scenes thought-out this read its literally scorching! I did love the main characters I found Julia at times alittle irritating but I think it was because of her age but she's also very confident and knows what she want, Davis well ladies he is one hot professor who im sure we wouldn't mind teaching us a few new tricks 😉. I would absolutely recommend you will not be able to set it down until you have finished it what a incredible story!

Educate Him is book two in the Highland Park Chronicles. It is a standalone even though we briefly meet Davis in book one. Some characters are referenced from that book but not enough that you would need to read it first. However, whenever I read a second book in a series where the author declares it as a standalone, I always suggest that a reader reads the series in order, just for the sheer fact that the author usually has a really good story to tell. That does not change with Sydney Aaliyah Michelle and her Highland Park Chronicles. Start with Salvage Him and then Educate Him. And enjoy all that Sydney Aaliyah Michelle has to offer!

Educate Him follows the BDSM lifestyle a little more closely than in book one. So if you want to read about a hot Dom/sub relationship this is a good book for you. Our main characters, Julia and Davis, while they have a pretty big age difference, still connect on a different level. Not sure if they can make it work, the two decide to teach each other the ways of love and life, pain and pleasure!

Sydney Aaliyah Michelle has a writing style that is easy to follow and sucks you right into the story. I highly recommend this sexy story, but only if you have the time to read cover to cover!

Educate him is the second book in the Highland Park series and follows Davis, whim we met in book one, and Julia. Set in a BDSM setting but was a great story that I was drawn right into.
Davis has always looked out for Julia and she's always held a special place in his heart. When she returns in his life, he's surprised at how much she's grown in the years gone by. Despite the attraction, he tries to fight it claiming age difference but also a secret he has. Can she handle it or will it be a deal breaker? Can Julia be the one to teach the teacher when it comes to feelings of the heart?
Julia has always crushed on Davis and now that she's back, she plans to get what she's always wanted. Falling fast and hard, these two were heating up the pages. As secrets come to light can Julia handle them?
I really loved these two, and it was such a great story. The flow of this book is so fast paced but informative so you understand everything you're reading without it feeling like your being given a list of terms and definitions! I loved the first book and this one is right up there with it! Can't wait to read more from this series and this author!!

This is the second in the Highland Park Chronicles and I will say I don't think it is necessary to read the first book. If you do it will only enhance the story.
Sydney Aaliyah Michelle writes stories that provide such good description of what you are reading and the story line.
This is a story that is older man/younger woman and also second chance, oh yeah throw in BDSM as well.
Davis, who was introduced in the first book, is a law professor and also the owner of the hottest BDSM club in Texas. Not sure I saw that one coming from the first book. He has always kept an eye on Julia, his friend's daughter.
Julia has always wanted Davis and now that she is at his uni she is making a point to run into him. While Davis does his best to push away his attraction to Julia she acts like a typical 19 year old. There are times you want to shake her and ask what is she thinking or doing. The nice thing is she grows up int he story and begins to find herself.
This story has a few twist and turns and you will run the gamut of emotions while reading it but in the end you will enjoy the story of Davis and Julia.

Educate Him by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle is the second book in the Highland Park Chronicles and it's SO good! I honestly could not put this book down, I had to know what was going to happen. I would definitely recommend reading the first book in the series before starting this one, just because it will give you some background knowledge on the series, and plus it's out of this world hot! This was an amazing 5 star addition to the series!

This book is all about Julia and Davis, they have a connection, one more than just past family friends. Julia has always felt a pull towards Davis, he was friends with her father before he passed away, and now Davis is her professor and she's his student. Davis has some secrets that Julia knows nothing about, so what happens when Julia finds them out? Will she look at Davis the same? Or will it be the push she needs to make him see her in a different light? Can Davis show Julia just what he wants?

Oh. My. God. This book was amazing! I would recommend this to everyone and anyone! I can't wait to see what happens and where the author takes the series next!

The second book in this series just as wonderful as the first. I so love all of these characters, and was especially happy to see Brooklyn and Harrison return, as well as Justin and Seth from Book 1.

I wasn't sure about Julia at the beginning, she seemed to act younger than 19 and I wasn't completely crazy about how aggressive she was towards Davis when they reconnected 6 years after her father's death. As the story progressed though I started appreciating where she was coming from and quickly changed my mind about her. I loved how her and Brooklyn became close and I loved how Harrison was so cautious about her with Davis, he is so protective over the whole group and when the secrets from the past were finally revealed I was just holding my breath waiting to see what would happen.

I loved the story flow, and the touches of BDSM that were handled very well in my opinion.

I can't wait to read the next in this series and see who gets the next story, I especially can't wait to see what the future holds for Julia and Davis as well as Harrison and Brooklyn.

Just when I thought Sydney outdid herself with the first book, Salvate Him. Boy was I wrong!! This book was amazing, from beginning to end !!
This is your unconventional second chance romance novel, with BDSM elements!! If you like romance novels, with steamy sex scenes… this book is for you!!
Julia is young and starting her freshman year at college. She's sassy and so strong willed. Once she sets her sights on something ( or someone ) , she will stop at nothing to get what she wants.
Davis is the sexy college professor. All the students flirt with him and think he's incredibly good looking. He is a man of total control, in all aspects of his life.
You must read this book, to see what journey Julia and Davis take you on! It's an amazing story full of twists and turns!

Educate Him (highland Park Chronicles Book 2) by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle is the second book in the Highland Park Chronicles series and while it can be read as a standalone. Now I will say that this book is a romance book that has BDSM, so if you don’t like these kinds of books, I would perhaps skip this book. Now for those still interested if you haven’t read the first book, I would highly recommend doing so as there are characters in this book that you get to know more in the first. I am absolutely love this series and if I could I would give it more than five-star rating I would. This book focuses on Davis and Julia whom have known each other for a long time, though were separated when Julia and her mom moved out of town. They meet up again as Julia goes to the college as a student that Davis teaches at. Julia has always had a crush on David and sees a chance to begin a relationship with him. David has always wanted to protect Julia and even though he has feelings for her as well, though he wants to stay away because of the age difference between them… will Julia be able to show him that age is just a number when you’re in love? Will she be able to handle Davids’ secret?

Educate Him, by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle, is the second book in the Highland Park Chronicles. The story between Davis and Julia was very well written, showing a great relationship that built throughout the years between both of them. There were several points of turmoil between both characters, but that turmoil added to the story in very good ways. This story does have some touches of BDSM, including voyeurism and threesomes, but each of these do not detract from a great story. The characters from Salvage Him Highland Park Chronicles #1, play a big role in this story, making this a good follow up in this series, but the story is able to be read as a stand alone.
This story is a full on emotional rollercoaster, and it gave me all the feels. I couldn’t put this book down, and it all but burned up my e-reader. I picked up Salvage Him before reading Educate Him, and I am completely hooked. I can’t wait to see where Michelle takes this series next. This is a must read for anyone looking for a great author with a talent for great story filled with amazing characters with enough sexual heat to keep you wanting more.

I knew what I was getting into with this book but I still wasn't expecting to be pushed quite this far outside of my comfort zone. I thought Davis was pretty swoon-worthy right from the get-go from his cameo appearances in Salvage Him. Getting to know the rest of the man, what lurks beneath the surface and makes him vulnerable, made him completely irresistible. I'll admit, the Julia at the beginning of the book made me completely mental. Her manipulative streak and repeated crises of self-confidence often made me want to smack her. I hate what it takes to get her out of her own way, but I'm so proud of the strong woman that comes out the other side. There is so much going on in this book and it all contributes in some way to the story at it's heart. Be prepared for an emotional roller-coaster: you will laugh, you will cry, you will sigh, and you will definitely need to turn up the air conditioning. I cannot wait to read the next book about these Highland Park boys.

Once again, the author tackles her subject matter with descriptive ease. At first, I was a bit hesitant at the age difference of the characters. Julia’s actions make her seem young and irrational at times, but that’s the author staying true to the character. I don’t think I would’ve cared for her as much if she was acting like a 30-year-old woman. I also would have liked to know more about Davis and what he was thinking. He’s such a complex character and I feel like what the reader discovered was the tip of the iceberg. Overall, I enjoyed this installment and look forward to reading more from this author.

“Educate Him” is the second novel in the Highland Park Chronicles by Sydney Aaliyah Michelle and scorches the pages while keeping you frantically turning the pages for more. This is a standalone novel told in alternating points of view, but I recommend reading “Salvage Him” first to get a full understanding of the characters.

Educating the Professor...

I couldn't wait to start this book. I absolutely loved book one in this series. This is another great read, but it took me awhile to get past the ages of the characters. Once I was able to overcome that and get lost in the steamy story I was able to enjoy it the way Sydney intended. I loved the mention of those we meet in book one since they all play a huge role in where everyone is in their relationships.

You will be frustrated, laughing, crying, hopeful and gasping for breath. You might also be trying to plan how to get a “cleansing chamber” in your home...
