2 1/2 stars. Sgt. Beef is on vacation when he comes across an old colleague who is a detective with the French police. Recently a much hated prison warden disappeared from the prison where he worked and found dead in his car over a cliff. Most suspect suicide but Sgt. Beef disagrees.
One of those impossible crime stories. It is short but it works.
