Jacob belongs to a ultra-rich, tech-business family, but his heart led him into the world of MMA. Is he a rebel, the black sheep, does his family support him, is he actually serious about the sport? Sports Journalist Natalie Paulson is certain that there's a story surrounding this man and she's determined to get it. After being given one too many brush offs by his agent, Natalie sneaks into Jacob's locker room after a fight. Dazzled by his instant attraction to her, Jacob agrees to give her the opportunity of a lifetime; she will accompany him on his nationwide tour. Their attraction is overwhelming and all consuming, but Jacob's agent is opposed to any relationship and Natalie wants to remain professional. Still, the temptation is so strong. Is there more to this pair than the sexual attraction? What happens when the tour is over? Neither is ready to think about a future without the other, but...
This is an entertaining, quick read, perfect for a beach afternoon or a slow Saturday night. It's steamy, steamy, steamy. The physical attraction between Jacob and Natalie is off the charts. They're more than just sex though, it's a good match. They are both professional, intelligent people. I love that finally a book let the characters go after what they wanted, what would make them happy, instead of listening to only what they should do. The epilogue was a bit disjointed and felt rushed, but it was a nice way to fast forward.

If you're looking for a fast steamy read make sure to pick this baby because it will not disappoint.

I got this book as an ARC reader in exchange for a review. Natalie works for a sports magazine as a reporter. She is trying to get an interview with Jack Dundry, a millionaire MMA fighter. She ends up going on tour with him to get the story. This book was a nice read with intrigue,sex and violence. The author did a great job translating between the two main people as they talk about one another and their feelings.

August 26, 2017I absolutely loved Knockout! I am a big fan of the MMA romances and this one was awesome. Put a beautiful woman in close quarters with a hot Alpha male and things are going to get interesting. This book had hot sex and some intrigue and violence, but the love story was beautiful. This one is a must read and I enjoyed it so much I had to give it 5 stars. You did a great job on this one April Fire! I volunteered to read an advanced copy of this book.

Sports journalist Natalie life changes when she lands an exclusive interview with billionaire MMA fighter. He is the black sheep of a wealthy family and quite a celebrity in the MMA world. He's the ultimate playboy and needs to continue that image for his career. In the quest for the interview, Natalie travels the world with him on his private jet. Lots of twists, angst and suspense as they get closer. Sure to heat up your kindle. No spoiler so you'll need to read the book to see if she's able to win the perpetual playboy. I received an arc copy and voluntarily chose to review this book. This is a standalone with no cliffhanger and an HEA.

Fun novella, full of action and steamy romance. Jack and Natalie are a good match, in and out of the bedroom.

A quick fantastic story by this author. This is a quick MMA fighter story. This story may be short but has a lot packed into the pages. This story has plenty of twist and turns, angst and suspense to keep you hooked. You will love the characters with lots hot and steamy chemistry. This book is a stand alone read with no cliff hanger ending. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

Really enjoyed this book. Jacob comes from a rich family who owns a tech business but he didn't want to follow in his father's footsteps. He wanted to be an MMA fighter. Natalie is a journalist who wanted to tell the story about this elusive up and coming fighter no one else has been able to pin down. After a gutsy move on her part she ends up getting the chance of a lifetime. An all expense paid trip to follow Jacob around on his MMA tour and write an article about him. From day one there is a sparks flying everywhere chemistry between them but Natalie tries to fight it. She doesn't want to it to color her article in any way and Jacob's manager says the sponsors don't want a fighter with a girl friend. That's not the image they want out there. Both lose the battle and their passion is off the charts!! Hot and steamy, blow your mind and fires burning down everything in their path. Will they both be able to get what they want? This was my first book by April Fire. I love MMA books. Yes my love started with Remy. This book was good. Jacob and Natalie had a great connection with plenty of heat. You could feel it from the moment he turned and looked at her. The author has a great way of writing. My only problem was it felt rushed in places. I liked that she wrote how things turned out for the couple. I just would have liked a little more in there. All in all a great read.I voluntarily received this ARC for an honest review.

If you like a good MMA romance then this is for you. This is sweet, steamy and very captivating. The characters are well developed in this well written story. The chemistry between them is hot and out of this world. The personalities are great too, it made them easy to like or love. This book will definetely hold your interest the entire time and make you want more. Defientely recommended and to add it to your reading library. OMFG I think I need to take a very long and cold shower after reading this book from April Fire, which is so filled with very very hot and juicy sex scenes, written in such an entertaining way. This book showed how the two main characters not only learned about their true natures, but fully and happily embraced them, as the romantic portion of the book. First Comes Love Then Comes...Marriage, Right?
VOLUNTARY ARC REVIEW- I really like insta-love stories. However, they never fail to give me a little whiplash. I liked this story line. It was sweet & steamy, but the characters lacked complexity. It's a nice quick read.
