Rate this book

Hmm.. Ok. The book is matured with anthropologies knowledge, especially on the evolution of puppet. From ritual object to pure performance. But, though the reading has provided important data (that was absent in my other puppet resources), yet there are certain ideas and claims by the author that i cant really approved. Especially on the idea of the non-existent eidetic value of a puppet. I might twist this claim with a point by Steve Tillis, but, this review would be too long. Am lazy to write. Recommended reading, but please dont let this book be your only puppet resources.
