When I found a recipe on line, it mentioned that is came from this book. I thought it would be worth taking a look. I bought the Kindle version and was immediately thrilled with the recipes I was seeing. On the way home that evening, I stopped to get the necessary ingredients to make the Tex-Mex Pasta and Sausage. It was just as easy as the book said. Dinner was ready in about 20 minutes and it was delicious. This weekend, I’m going to try the Breakfast Bombs. They should meet my family’s needs and more! It’s unusual to find a cookbook filled with easy/simple recipes that have any flavor or eye appeal. This one meets both criteria. I love it.
I'm not a great cook, but we don't starve. This is an excellent collection of recipes that are delicious, don't require weird ingredients, and are easy enough for me to pull together (even on a week night after work). I haven't made everything in it (yet), but we already have several repeats that are on the way to becoming weekly staples.
