PLEASING HIM IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL KEEP ME ALIVE.

PLEASING HIM: A Dark Bad Boy Romance The Silent Havoc MC

OMG! This is a fabulous book! What a SPECTACULAR story I ABSOLUTELY loved it! This story features Katharine and Jason What a great story it's filled with friendship,touching, lust, humor, romance as well as heartbreak, fear and lots of other great moments that enrich this FANTASTIC story! I'm such a romantic and this story brings it out of me. Katie would never have thought that she would be in this kind of relationship, but she was and when she finally got rid of the low life, he had the nerve to stalk her. So she felt she had only one person to ask to help her the President of the Silent Havoc MC. Jason and Katie were children together and when Jason was old enough he joined the MC where her father was president. Now he is the new President of the Silent Havoc MC. Jason didn't recognize Matthias daughter little Katie at first until she got closer at least then he could tell something was wrong. Jason wanted her and he wanted to protect her also. He told her the plan he had in mind so she could be under his and the club's protection. WOW I Really Adore, Enjoyed Reading Pleasing Him. I love reading Heather West books for this reason I couldn't wait to read the next book written by Heather West, which course not only wasn't I disappointed but I absolutely love it! I have read a lot of her books they are fantastic so I am always excited when I get to read her books , I couldn't wait to read it, with the way Heather developed her characters and her wicked dialogue, it gives the story more depth and how they interact, their different personalities! I am so enthralled with it all! The love that flows between the characters is exciting, scorching hot and great entertaining without being too 'over-the-top' for me. I admire her style of writing a story. The content is captivating and fantastic. I'm always excited to read more of her books ! It's obvious to me that she is a talented and gifted author, If you read this story you will agree! I have read Heather West books and thoroughly enjoyed them. I highly recommend this story and I voluntarily reviewed this book, because I love sharing my thoughts with my fellow readers.

Disappointed, there was promise in this but it didn't deliver for me. The timelines are all over the place and there are too many holes that you could drive a tank through.
Katharina (Katie) - is basically a doormat. Abused, running and scared but happily pops into bed with Jason who might thinks killed her father Matthias. Remember the 5 years of abuse from Troy's hands well she romps all night with Jason! She left him the month previous, no restraining order, no mention of hospital appointments etc considering he beat her.
How does Troy keep obtaining her mobile numbers - she has changed it 6 times in the last month!
How does Troy survive as he doesn't seem to have a job nor a place to live as he spends his time stalking Katie?
As for Jason the President - hmm not so much action man as more introspective man as his head is still tied up in Margot, as her fiance and next of kin surely he would have identified the body, which he didn't, and when did she die is not clear just that she was 23 years old when she died.
Matthias died months ago (he died around a year before she dumped Troy) he was shot in his bedroom, why would he be running a drug deal from there? If he was murdered at home then the police would have been involved and the house would have been a crime scene so no way for a hidden piece of paper to suddenly come to light. The guys supposedly cleared the house, none of it was given to his daughter his last surviving relative, why?
Then we get to Margot -

Katharina is scared! She has left her abusive ex-boyfriend but now he seems to be stalking her. She does not feel safe, who can she turn to? There is only one person she can think of, and he killed her dad, Jason.
Jason likes to sleep with woman once and then leave them. Innocent Katie walks into the MC club house, he has not seen her in years. She needs his help, and of course he wants to protect her, he gave an oath to her father that he would.
This was a great read, exciting, gritty full of drama and danger. The chemistry between Katie and Jason is electric but at times you feel that Jason does not like her much at all! There are also a few twists and turns along the way.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, in fact, I could not put it down. Another hit by the talented Heather West, she never misses! I highly recommend this awesome read

Heather West is a talented writer than can keep a story flowing. Sadly, "Pleasing Him" didn't rock for me. Katharina (aka: Kat) was childish, even though she'd been through so much that should have caused her to grow up a bit. Jason accused Kat of being impetuous, when he acted the same in thinking to quickly marry was the only way to protect her. Although Jason was the President of The Silent Havoc MC, there wasn’t much involvement of the MC, other than interaction with a couple of the members, and mainly outside of the club house. The last third of the story did have more plot and action.

What do you do to get away from an abusive stalker ex when your own best friend that has been thru it all with you doesn't believe it's as bad as you KNOW it is?? You turn to the strongest badest person you know for help and even he doesn't take it all that seriously. Katie turns to Jason, her fathers right hand man before he died. Jason gave his word to Mathias to look after his girl if anything ever happened to him Between her baggage and his the danger mounts and sparks fly. The intrigue keeps twisting things until you're grasping at straws to figure it out. Definitely a good read.

It's sexy and has drama with twists. This book will hook you in and keep you captivated until the end. The chemistry between the characters is sizzling and hot. It's an entertaining read. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

I enjoyed Jason and Katie's story. Knowing that even without giving his word to Katie's father to protect her he always would. With no where else to go Kaite turns to the new president of her father's MC. Even if she is afraid that he possibly killed her father.

Not really dark but more immature. The two Main Characters acted like whiney, bratty children. You'll see. Secrets, cover ups, abuse and murder...

Pleasing Him was a bada** story with the twist n turns. I enjoyed the characters in this book. I was hooked from the beginning. I liked Jason's character and Kat was ok. I liked that she went for help but she acted like a child. I enjoy Heather's work and I cant wait to see what she comes up with next.
