Wow such a ride
This book was like riding the most intense thrilling roller coaster. The ups, the downs, the twists and turns keep you on edge. I can't recommend Tracy Gilmore's books enough.

OMG. This book was hot and it was action packed. There is so much going on that you will want to keep reading until you get to the end. But beware, a surprise cliffhanger will leave you racing to read the last book.

First, I would like to say this author is a master with the pen. When you love to write (poems) as well like I do, you can tell when someone takes pride in their work, presentation and delivery of the words. It just flows effortlessly, with limited if any issues grammatically or with understanding what is being portrayed. I read this in less than 24 hours and was definitely not disappointed.
With that being said, this book had me feeling like a mix between Aaliyah’s “Hot like Fire”, Faith Evans “Burnin’ Up”, Kelis’s “Get Along with You” and Justin Timberlake’s “Cry me a River”. Ashley is reminding me of the story “The Ugly Duckling” who eventually grows into a beautiful swan. She still continues to have me feel that she is borderline schizophrenic yet I have empathy for her. The glimpse into her past still has me on edge wanting to know if it is anymore that has not been said. When reading this I actually cursed the author out a few times because of the play on words that had me thinking one thing it wasn’t … just beautiful artistry in action.
Mr. Bruce, I’m still laughing and shaking my head at him. To me he is now known as Mr. “Go cry me a river”. He is an irrelevant nuisance that I wish got a clue. I loved the support Ashley has with Kelly and her family. Nothing like knowing you are not completely alone. I think it is a tie between Philippe and Clark on who I want to punch in the throat or face first. Everything about them made me cringe. However, I wonder if Philippe was right on somethings he mentioned? Hmm… I guess we will see in part 3.
Last but not least Mr. Alex Vicente. There is somethings we know about him yet he still feels like a mystery man. I can’t wait to see what his “secret” is. He is still borderline stalker in my book. I’m anxious to know more about him and see if he really is crazy or just been through something that has him freaked out and having control is his way of feeling secure. Otherwise, his demeanor and actions are definitely things that have a way of you wanting more. He has me contemplating pros and cons and considering the control aspect as something that could be discussed and negotiated……I am truly enjoying this series. I can see now part 3 is going to be even more intense!

Ashley has fallen in love with Alex but is still having a hard time letting Alex take care of her.
Alex has found himself head over hells for Ashley and has to ask himself where has Ash been all his life?

Will her life get back on track?
With some rocky hard times ahead for them Alex feels that maybe he should tell Ash the truth.
Will Alex tell Ash the truth?
Will his past put Ash in harms way?

Once again Tracy has continued the story between Ashley and Alex, and OMG this book will keep you guessing and saying “OMG ” And a lot of “That cant happen”. Once again you are left with a cliffhanger like never before.

This story, like book 1, has a mystery to it that keeps you guessing and wanting to know what is going on. Things start to get a bit clearer in this book but not too much as to give the story away all at once. Stuff starts happening and Ashley and Alex's relationship starts to come unraveled but their hearts keep them hanging on. The rough through some crazy adventures all while keeping their HOT bedroom life together. Tracy Gilmore once again did an amazing job keeping me in the story and made the characters feel real as if I was right there watching everything unfold. I can't wait to read more.

Tracy Gilmore has done it again with another well written suspense novel. It will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole book with up and down moments. She knows what her readers want to see and knows just how she wants to write her characters. It's going to be interesting see how the end of this series turns out.
Ashley thinks she is in love and everything is turning in different directions for her. But what direction will she choose and what direction is best for her? In order to find out pick up a book and start reading the series.
I highly recommend all of Tracy Gilmore's books for anyone who likes suspenseful love stories.

The curse of Ashley Peyton continues in book 2. Ashley is fighting demons of her past and present that are threatening her to the point that she doesn't remember half the the things that she does. There are no words that can describe Alex. He personifies the man that any woman would be thrilled to have in her life. He pretty much turned the ugly duckling (Ashley's own self thinking) into a swan. Phillippe is a douche bag plan and simply. I can't wait to start part 3 to see how everything that is going on connects!

I must say I am hooked. Tracy Gilmore has done it again.Ashley and Alex are great together. The twist and turns will keep you reading till the end. This book will have you laughing, crying, and screaming. the sex scenes will have you in your feelings, Great job Tracy.

This was a great book. You must read the first book before this one. Can't wait to read the next book to find out how things are going to work out for Ashley and Alex!!!
