The story here was probably great, but I just couldn't get over the narrator's voices. I understand that they are supposed to be monsters, but it is also supposed to be a bedtime book. Couldn't it have been toned down to make it less creepy? The monsters are supposed to be friendly and helpful, but the narrator makes them come across as scary.
Monsters are known to be scary & mean. However, not all monsters are like that. Some are friendly, like to play, & run. Blue a monster (narrator) introduced himself. Glenda is the monster of the sky. Bunny monster will help you take care of your pets. Violet Bud monster will help you take care of your plants. Granny monster will sing & read books to you at bedtime. Four-eyes monster will help you find the things you lost. Happy monster cheers everyone up. Drowsy monster helps you fall asleep. What other things can monsters do for you?
I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.
A very awesome book cover, great colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s monster adventure story book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s monster adventure movie, an animated cartoon, PP presentation, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.

Loved this story and so did my daughters. The pictures are great and the story made my girls laugh. Each monster covered a different problem that children could face in their every day life.
