Mothers and their sons, umph umph umph!

Danielle really had an unhealthy relationship with not only her son Richard but also her daughter Lauren. She was beyond a tiger mom or helicopter mom. That woman was truly sick and made her children's lives miserable. Richard knew he wanted Jillian the first time he talked to her when she threw his money back in his face and he was determined to have his HEA with her regardless of his mother and would do anything to keep his mother away from his wife.

This was an interesting read. The authoir wrote a story with a whole lot of personal drama with some unexpected plot twists.

Age. This book was a wild ride! I loved this book! There is so much drama in this book. What you think about someone could very well be distorted. All Richard and Jillian want is to live happy ever after raising their daughter in peace. Their families have other ideas. I love how Richard and Jillian work through their problems. Even though it gets really rough, they are determined to love each other through it all. I had to try and keep all the pieces together because all types of things happened to these families all because of greed and racism. *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. All opinions stated are solely my own and no one else’s. ***

Marvelous

This is a unique story with lots of suspense! There are three books in this series and the characters are awesome. This story is the second book with such exciting pleasure that brings romance and a smile to your face with their passionate relationship that burns up the pages and with their sizzling hot chemistry. This story has a independent older woman who is looking for her happy ever after relationship and a older man that has found his forever love. The story is such a pleasurable experience that you will definitely enjoy. It has so much believable drama that's makes a great story and captivating read. Even the secondary characters are extraordinary.I have really enjoyed the last two books in this series and I am looking forward to read the last book. This is definitely FIVE STARS! I would give it more if possible.

More twists and turns for Jillian and Richard

I just feel like, what more is going to get thrown at this couple. If it wasn't bad enough his mother is so disrespectful towards Jillian,Richard and Jillian's marriage sending women to their house to try and come between them, then comes Jillian's family comes back into her life after so many years without them and also after everything that her and her brother Matthew went through when they were younger, they come back with lies and unknown plans. Why can't they just be left alone.

Potential lost

I think the author had a good story line however, the execution of it was lacking. Way to many grammatical errors and poor syntax. The way the kidnapping and recovery were managed were really way off and just not plausible.
I get it that they are an "Older Couple" but, poor Richard was made it to be more like an 80 year old man rather than just 50.
This could have been so much better IMO!

Family drama

This book was crazy. There was so much drama going on. Sophie needs some serious help. I can't believe the foolishness that she tried to pull and what was coming out of her mouth. Jillian's mom and sister are terrible. I like books about older couples and was not disappointed by this one. I really enjoy Richard and Jillian and am looking forward to the next book.

Dealing with family

The story of Richard and Jillian kept me glued from beginning to the end. A lot of drama from both sides of the family and the business. Their baby daughter being kidnapped by Jillian's mother and sister.
