The Quote she reads everyday ......

“GIRL, write YOUR book dammit.
Who cares what people think?
If writers in the past cared what other people thought we'd still be glossing over 'inappropriate' kissing scenes.
Break the fucking rules.
Push yourself to the edge.
Show the world what YOU can do.

This was an okay story, but I really didn't expect so much sex and swearing! The whole book was just sex, swearing and talking about sex.
I also found it a bit cheesy that the siblings were called summer, winter, fall, and spring. And Hannah getting her nipples pierced was weird too.

Loved this! ❤
It follows 4 characters. And switches between Summer and Fall's POV (brother and sister). Both have very different love stories that intertwine since they each happening with the best friend of the others. It's a novella, part 1 of a series, and it reads fast! Loved Fall especially! Love the college setting! A must read! Can't wait for book 2!

I'm so proud of my daughter for doing something that she loves to do!
I loved the story, and even though I'm not a fan of cliffhangers, I understand why there is one and can't believe she did this to me! :)

This was a very quick read and kept me thoroughly interested and I must admit I couldn´t put it down until I was finished! I enjoyed it that much! College drama at it´s finest, which I do like to read sometimes (even though I´m far more older than college age!) Sister and brother, involved with each others best friends. Ends in a cliffhanger so...waiting for the next one.

This debut novel was AMAZING!! This story is about your typical brother and sister. They both like each other’s best friend, and are protective of each other. This is a story of how they both take a shot at love. This story does end on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to find out how the rest of the story ends.

This debut novel by Alora Kate was refreshingly light and easy to read. The characters are extremely likable and I even found myself falling for Tristan and the dark and mysterious Fall. The characters felt like real people and I really enjoyed that. I can't wait to read the next in the series! :)

What a great, refreshing debut read! This story centers on a brother, Fall, and sister, Summer, who just happen to fall for each other's best friend. A side note is that the two characters just happen to have two other siblings, and by the way, they have the names of the four seasons. The other siblings add to the storyline as the plot progresses.

Fall is the typical man-whore college football player. After being burned a couple of years earlier, he is by no means in search of a lasting relationship. Hopping from college chick to college chick is, in his mind, the perfect scenario. His sister's best friend, Hannah, has loved him since day one, and ultimately, gives him the most sacred part of herself. However, Fall quickly realizes that Hannah may have more to offer him than a one-night stand. The more each one tries to push away the other, the stronger the feelings become. But, can Fall change his ways and fully submerge himself into a committed relationship, and can Hannah trust him, especially after she's given incriminating evidence? Also, can Fall trust Hannah with information he has kept to himself for so long that it is eating him inside?

Summer is Hannah's best friend. She has feelings for Tristan who just happens to be Fall's best friend and quarterback of the football team. He is known to get the girls, just like Fall. How can Summer give herself freely to him and tell him how she really feels? And, can Tristan reciprocate those feelings, or is he hiding something from everybody?

Alora Kate does a fantastic job interweaving a plot that takes twists and turns just when the reader thinks she knows what is going to happen. It does end in a cliffhanger, and I am eagerly waiting for the next installment. Well done, Alora Kate. Well done! Now, on to Book Two, please!

A SWEET READ

Normally a sister and brother being named Summer and Fall respectively would have me rolling my eyes, especially with twin sisters Spring and Winter, but not this time because this book had me charmed from the beginning.

I also don’t usually read YA ˗ I prefer my heroines to be at least mid-twenties with some experience ˗ but again that wasn’t an issue with this book. I really liked all four main characters.

Summer is saving herself for the right one, but she’s no starry-eyed Cinderella waiting for her prince. Fiercely loyal to her BFF Hannah, Summer is smart, sweet and kind, but she’s no push-over. She’s not afraid to stick up for herself or her friend, being more than capable of telling Hannah’s bitch of a room-mate where to go – and in no uncertain terms too.

The object of Summer’s affection is her brother’s best friend and football buddy, Tristan. The blonde-haired, blue-eyed Quarterback, he has plenty of girls falling from his charms, but there is more to Tristan than football and groupies. Without giving anything away, to say his revelation to Summer is unexpected is an understatement.

Summer’s brother, Fall appears to be your typical handsome f**k ‘em and chuck ‘em college jock, but again, appearances and behaviour can be deceptive.

Hannah fell in love with Fall from the first moment she saw him. If she’s going to lose her virginity to anyone it’s going to be Fall and one night she does, expecting nothing more than one night with him no matter how much it broke her heart.

Will Tristan give Summer the moon? Will Fall ever want more with Hannah than just one night?

Yeah, as if I’m going to tell you. You want to find out, go read this lovely tale of two young loves for yourself. You won’t regret it.

***I was given an ARC of this novella in return for an honest review***

What a great start to a new young adult series with a little spice! The story is centered around Summer and her best friend, Hannah, and the possibilities that go beyond their childhood crushes. Hannah has been enamored with Fall from the first moment she met him, but Fall is more than just her crush...he's Summer's brother and he has other priorities. Summer doesn't make anything less complicated, because she has feelings for Tristan who happens to be Fall's best friend. 'From Summer and Fall' has a well developed story line with the challenges that surround mixing best friends, love, siblings and past heartbreak. It's an all around wonderful debut from author, Alora Kate! There are a few editing issues that got missed before publishing, but nothing that can't be overlooked for a first timer :-) Be prepared to follow the friends throughout the series, because this one's a cliffhanger...but definitely worth it!

Great Debut from Alora Kate. Summer and Fall, two siblings, very opposite. Summer is sweet and searching for "the one". Fall is hardened and changed by the past. Love finds them unexpectedly. I can't wait to read more from Alora Kate!

REVIEW FROM ABIBLIOPHOBIA ANONYMOUS BOOK REVIEWS BLOG

First off, I absolutely LOVED this book. I was in a book funk for over a week. Alora sent me the book and bam, book slump gone. I devoured this book in less than 6 hours. It's seriously one of those books you cannot put down, I promise you.

We get two POV's Summer and Fall's. Which I enjoyed that.

"One night, one moment was all it took and now everything is all messed up."- Summer

Summer and Hannah have been best friends since forever. They're the ying to the others yang. Now in collage they are experiencing a new and totally different life. Both these girl's aren't like some book characters. They're not all about getting into some guy's bed. Both have only eyes for certain ones, ones that don't even know they exist.... Maybe.

"He's out of my league."- Summer

Fall (Summer's brother) is a brooding, partying, love woman and leave them, popular football player. One night will change everything for Fall. One night and one girl will knock him off his axes.

"Woman are like tornados. They rip through you with such force that they end up leaving you shattered, torn up and spit back out."- Fall

Hannah has loved Fall from afar, but he's never noticed, but she still has these feelings for him. Will she finally realize she won't get what she truly wants? Or will she throw caution to the wind and hope fate intervenes?

"It's different for me because I love him. At least I think I do, I don't know."- Hannah

Tristan, the most popular guy on campus, right above his best friend Fall. He doesn't see the one person in front of him, that would give him everything he wants. Guys, their totally stupid! Lol.

In a course of a few day, these four characters will lay everything out in the open. But can you possibly expect two major, popular hunks to give everything up for some girls??? While one of them is holding on to a deep dark secret, one that's has changed him for forever.

Alora Kate knows how to write a book that sucks her readers in. These four characters are purely amazing. The female ones were honestly a breath of fresh air. And you easily fall in love with them. Fall, man that guy. I wanted to shake him a few times and say "dude, buck up!" He's a character you can't help but love, even when he makes you mad. Tristan... Oh Tristan. Can you say new book boyfriend. He's amazing!!! And you will be shocked by a few words he'll say. I know I was. This book and the characters flowed together nicely. There was never a moment of boredom. It keeps you intrigued. Wanting to know what's next. I laughed so hard at a few parts. And my heart broke on a few occasions. From Summer and Fall has everything a great book needs. From hidden love/feelings, drama, sexy sex... That's a must! Lol!! It is all around a book you need to add to you TBR list. And Ladies, it's only 99 cent!!! I can't wait to see what the next book has in store for us, because we were left hanging off a cliff. Yup, total cliffhanger.

I had originally learned about Alora’s books the other day during a conversation about a book cover reveal. She had done a really wonderful cover for a fellow author, Brooklyn Taylor. Brooklyn’s book “Marital Blissaster” officially released this week. I’ve done a review for it and it’s here on my blog. :) Through some chatting I had ventured to look at Alora’s other covers and as I discovered she was an author, she had commented at the same time that she also wrote. Well from there it was a given I had to go look. I always look for new books and especially from authors I’m not aware of. This was a win for me on all accounts. I ended up getting this book from Amazon and dove into reading it tonight. I needed something a little different from the one I had been reading earlier in the day. When I say different, polar opposites of what I was reading.

I snagged my kindle and ran away to my usual spot, snuggled under my blankets in bed. I started to read and I ended up messaging Alora and telling her what I thought already. I was two chapters in, and already I found a few things intriguing. As I continued to read, I started to love each of the characters and appreciated who they were.

From Summer and Fall starts off The Four Seasons Trilogy. I have to applaud Alora on her play on words on this right off the bat. Summer, Fall, Spring and Winter are all siblings living in a house together as they each finish off college. Summer is secretly in love with Tristan who is her brother Falls best friend. Fall isn’t in love with anyone, only looking towards the next good time. Not even he stops to see that someone does love him despite all his goals to never have love again. Hannah loves him and has since…. Well…. Forever. She’s Summer’s best friend. What happens when these clueless men finally get knocked over the head with reality and see what’s in front of them? Now that’s where the adventure really starts!

Summer has always been the quiet one, the cute one and the one who wants her happily ever after. Not just the ones that we read about either. She wants to save herself for the ONE. The one man she will know is the one she’ll spend her life with forever. She has such an innocence about her that makes you want her to have nothing but good things surround her. She has such a pure and light heart that so many feel they have to protect her. They do a pretty good job of it though, I have to say! But she’s also a lot more tough than anyone thinks she is. Otherwise she wouldn’t be moving towards the type of career she is studying for. Besides, who else is going to knock some heifer in the eye when she’s mean to her bestie? Yes, Summer is the good girl but she’s got some fight behind her. I don’t think Tristan would want to truly make her mad! In all her daydreaming and wishes, she wants Tristan to be that man. But he doesn’t seem to see her as anything but a little sister. Until that night, when everything changes after one fight. Summer doesn’t know where to go with any of it. Could it be love?

Fall has had the love of his family, the love of the football fans and the friends around him. One day he changed. At least that’s what everyone else thinks of it as. What they don’t know is that there was a huge reason as to why it happened. He shuts them out, and in the process becomes a bigger asshole than even he thought he could be. It’s all about the good time, the parties, the women and the game. He’s a ladies man and he swears he’ll never give his heart again. Once he and Tristan start college, that just continues even more. He’s so good at it, he doesn’t even have to practice that panty melting smile of his! He knows it makes him an ass, but he doesn’t care. In a lot of ways he’s on autopilot and if it wasn’t for Tristan and his sisters he would probably be a lot worse off. But I think it’s a little bit of Hannah that keeps him steady too. Even if he is too stupid to see it. She has figured if she can’t be with him, she’ll settle to just be around him when she can. But like with the other two, that changes suddenly and there is no going back. Can her heart handle the breakage that might come with Falls full entrance into her life? Who is going to lead Fall to the light side of love?

Those answers are throughout the whole series. I’m sure of it, even though for right now I can’t answer it totally. Why? Because Alora left me hanging! I yelled at my kindle. Yes, she executed the one move that my little abibliophobiac heart can’t take. The dreaded cliffhanger! Ugh! I’m not kidding you, I DO yell at my kindle. “WHAT???????” Is often heard from me as I read or the ever popular, “Are you freaking kidding me? It ends like THAT? What the actual f@$k is that?”. As much as I want to be mad at Alora for making me curse at my precious kindle, I have to laugh. Because I am hooked. Fair and square, I’m hooked. When an author can bring out emotions in you while reading their work, it’s a win for all. I laughed, I cried and I laughed some more. Then I yelled. I think I will have to buy my poor kindle some extra storage space or something to make up for all the shenanigans that come from my reading obsession!

Positives:

Alora has created relatable characters that compliment each other throughout the whole story. Even the supporting characters in the first one have enough to them that you’ll remember them into their continued stories.

I loved the play on words for each books series title as well as the nuances that I’ve been able to pick out about many things. I’m not ready to share my thoughts on that just yet, until I finish the whole series. Then I’ll share if I’m right. Ok, hell, I’ll share if I’m wrong too. Ok?

Negatives:

I found myself wanting to know a little more about the supporting characters. Even though I know more will come out about them later on. I just need to know more right now dang it! Ya’ll have figured that out about me by now right?

In some ways the pace of the story threw me off. Some of it was slower than others. But it’s one of those things I have a feeling I might have figured out why already. But I’m waiting to figure out if I’m right or not……...so that’s a little of both I guess.

Over all I was really impressed with Alora’s writing style and her ability to engage the reader. It’s a book that makes you stop and think a little but also warms your heart. Be prepared to have a few ongoing emotions and the desire to go out and buy the other ones in the series to find out what happens next. Like right after you finish the first. Like I did. Yes, Yes, I really did.

I give it a 4 out of 5 stars!

I really like the author of this book and she’s a lovely person but I just didn’t like this book
It was contemporary romance that was packed with tropes that I personally don’t like
Virgin FMC
The “Im not like other girls”
The line
“I’ve loved you from the moment I saw you”
These are just a few there was more and not all were ones I disliked but it all felt very cliche
There was also inaccuracies and typos and editing errors (like changes in tense) that were a little distracting
I felt there was a lot of tell as well in this and overuse of characters names in speech
Saying all that though it’s nothing a few more polishes wouldn’t fix and it was very steamy at times and an interesting enough plot
And mostly it was just not for me
I found the FMC very immature and her friend Hannah I found them both catty and childish so I didn’t click with either and from falls pov I didn’t click with him either as he come across like an alphahole.

Slight SPOILER *********
The storyline about his past didn’t gel either
At 9 weeks you wouldn’t know the gender of a baby so why he was sure it was a boy I don’t know

*************

Anyway I wouldn’t carry on with the series but I wouldn’t rule out the author this was her first series but I also wouldn’t eagerly dive into more
I have read other books by her and enjoyed them
If you like contemporary romance with a touch of spice and don’t mind editing issues then give it a go

I was given an ARC for an honest review.

"I’d like to see the stars now, Tristan.” He walked to me, cupped my cheek in his hand and I melted into him. When he spoke, his words were soft and gentle. “There’s no star in that sky that shines as bright as you.” My heart felt like it had stopped. “You’re stunning, Summer.” I smiled big. I was definitely going to fall for Tristan McCree. -Summer & Tristan

"The person I am now isn’t who I want to be, not anymore. I can be different, change, and be worthy of you. Just give me a chance. Obviously, I’m not perfect, no one is, but I think with time, I could be the man you deserve, the man you’d be proud of, the man you truly love. I’m so sorry Hannah, for everything I’ve done or said, and the way I’ve acted towards you. All of it, I’m so sorry, and I’ll spend the rest of my life making it up to you, I swear I will." -Fall & Hannah

To state it simply, I loved it. This book is from the POV'S of siblings Summer and Fall. Summer is a shy beautiful girl looking for her Prince Charming. Fall is a sexy guy looking to runaway from his past by using different woman to help him forget. Summer is secretly crushing on her brother Falls best friend,Tristan. Summers best friend, Hannah in love with Fall. So, this beautiful, emotional, and loving story begins.

I loved Summer's character. She is shy and beautiful, but is always there for her best friend. After Hannah loses her virginity to the one guy she has always loved. Summer is there help her, even though Hannah tries to no avail to convince her that she is fine. Summer knows how Fall is and wants him to own up to what he is done and fix the friction that he has caused between them all. Things starts to change between Summer and Tristan, the night he comes home drunk and hurt and bleeding from defending Summer's honor. Summer doesn't believe that someone like Tristan, the quarterback of their college football team and her crush for so long is starting to treat her like the woman she is becoming. Tristan who is sweet, charming, funny and sexy as hell. He starts seeing Summer not as a girl but as a woman. He is willing to change his ways, and wants Summer to be his girlfriend. Something he has never asked another girl, ever. Summer is confused and falling fast for him. She wants to trust him, but knowing his past she doesn't know if she can. She doesn't want to get her heartbroken like Hannah's. But one night changes things. Tristan takes her somewhere that he has never shared with anyone else, she soon realizes she can't help but fall for him. She continues to question everything about his past and present. She wants him as much as he wants her. Things change drastically for both of them, when Tristan walks into her room at the end. Questions are asked and everything is put out in the open. Said questions go unanswered, but that doesn't stop Summer from realizing what and who she wants. Don't focus on the past, focus on the future everything you ever dreamed has a chance of coming true. Open your heart and fall. One decision is made and a truth is revealed.

Fall is one of those characters you want to not like, but you can't help but love him. He is broken and damaged, from a past he hasn't revealed to nobody. He has shut off all feelings, feels woman are only there for him to screw and leave. He lives from party to party, woman to woman. Till one night he gets a taste of Hannah. That one taste has him reliving that night over and over. He can't seem to get her off his mind. He wants more, but is not willing to let himself feel. His past comes back to haunt him. He is left feeling so much guilt and hurt. He has so much anger and guilt from his past he cannot change. But Hannah makes him want to become more than who is. Hannah is so much like Summer. But Hannah wears her emotions where everyone can see. Unless your a blind fool like Fall, LOL. My heart broke for her. She knew what and who she wanted, but wasn't able to have. Or so she thought. Fall can't fight the pull she has on him. Hannah fights him though, because she knows he is not a one woman man. He doesn't feel how she feels, she doesn't want her heart to get more broken then it already is. Things get worse for them, before they get better. Fall is completely floored when Hannah reveals to him that she has loved him, has always loved him and will always love him, not matter how hard she tries not to. That is when everything changes for Fall, he finally steps up and finally starts to open up his heart to the one girl, who has ever been able to get that close to his heart and who he finally lets in. I was literally cheering for him. It's about damn time. Don't let the most amazing woman you will ever meet slip through your fingers because you were scared. Take that step. Live your life the way you were meant to live it. The past is the past, learn to let go and watch what happens. Life can only get better right?! At the end of the book, Fall finally, FINALLY opens up about his past to Hannah. I cried for him. All the pain and guilt he has held in, never letting anyone in. It was heartbreaking and beautiful to read.

WARNING: Both Summer and Falls stories end on a Cliffhanger. But it was oh so worth it.

Through out the book we get a glimpse of Spring and Winter, Summer and Falls Twin Sisters. Who will be getting their own books, by the way. I can't wait to read more of Spring. She is feisty, spunky and tells it like it is. Winter is the complete opposite of Spring. She seems to have a good head on her shoulders, and is quiet and reserved. I definitely can't wait to get more of her, and learn more about her.

This Novella is definite must read. It does not disappoint. I loved it. I can't wait for Tristan and Hannah's Story. I especially can't wait to get inside Tristan's head. Thank you Alora Kate for giving me this opportunity to read your book. I loved it.

~~~~~~~~~~Sharlene's ★★★★✰ Review~~~~~~~~~~
A copy of this title was received in exchange for an honest review.
This book was too short! There are multiple characters in this book and they were all well developed. The scenery was ok. I thought I was going to find it confusing to read about 2 couples at the same time but the author does an excellent job of keeping them separate. This story is told in multiple POV (Tristan, Summer, Hannah and Fall) as well which I think helps add to the separation. Both of the couples are lovable and enjoyable. There is not alot of backstory for any of the characters which I would have liked to have seen more of. The most we get is a little of Fall's history. Also want to see more of Chance and Chase the big bad tattooed boys. This is the first installment of the series so hopefully all of that will come out in the future.
This is not a stand alone and does have a cliffhanger. BUT the second installment is already out so go one-click that one too while you're at it.
~~~~~~~~~~Amanda's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~

I finally read the first book in this series, but after reading the 2nd and 3rd books first I realized they each can be a stand alone. These books are funny and breathtaking. You will definitely not be bored or left with anything missing in either one of these. It is a fast paced read that won't leave you wondering what happens. I was given an ARC for my honest review.

~~~~~~~~~~Dee's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~
The author writes a realistic feeling story of four people learning to deal with growing feelings of attraction and something more. Of course, everyone must come to terms with their past. Fall is a prime example of hiding his disillusionment and buying his heart pain. It changed him. He adopted the attitude of "love 'em, leave 'em". Works for awhile until the table is turned and he is on the receiving end. Enjoyed observing Hannah and Fall deal with their challenges and grow into better versions of themselves. This is a very real human story of facing up to one's shortcomings and poor decisions, forgiving self and moving forward. Entertaining and beautiful. The next book will be well worth the wait and effort. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Five Stars.
~~~~~~~~~~Patricia's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~

well this book is about best friends and siblings. The siblings are names Summer, Spring, Winter and Fall. Well this is a series about them all this book starts out with womanizer Fall and his sisters best friend Hannah. Hannah has loved Fall through all the rough and bad times and also the good. Fall went through a tragedy a few years earlier and decided that he would never love again. Summer Fall's little sister has been in love with Fall's best friend Tristan forever also. Summer thinks that Tristan is a womanizer too will she find out different. Can Fall finally tell someone what happened in his past and can he finally let the love in that Hannah is willing to give him. This book was written so you keep wondering what will be next which is great. This book does end in a cliffhanger so hang on for the next one.

When I offered to read this one, I didn't even read the synopsis and had no idea what the story was about. And I loved every page. I started it earlier this morning and could not put it down. Summer and Fall are brother and sister and they live with their older twin sisters Winter and Spring. I love the way the author used the seasons as their names and it fits them because each of them are as different as the seasons, except that the sisters look like their mother and Fall looks like their father. And then there is Hannah, Summer's BFF and Tristan, Fall's BFF. Hannah has loved Fall since she first saw him and he doesn't know. While Summer has loved Tristan and doesn't want him to know. Tristan is the quarterback of the college team and he is a God and every woman wants him. He has his pick of them anytime he wants. And Fall is the biggest man-whore around the college. He is trying to use sex to forget his past. He soon finds out that it doesn't work. And realizes after sleeping with Hannah, that she is different and he wants more. What will happen when Fall tells his secret? What will Summer do when she learns Tristan's secret? Can Hannah and Summer tell Fall and Tristan how they really feel? And what happens when Summer finds out where the twins really work? This is a debut novel for Alora Kate and it is great, well except for the cliffhanger, but it is worth reading and I can't wait for more to see what happens.

From Summer and Fall
By Alora Kate

This book is not your typical love story, but never less that is exactly what it is, it's not all sweetness and light. It is dark, it is difficult, it is what real life is actually like. It is a love story that not only touches your heart but lingers in your mind. I love Summer and Hannah's friendship, the total closeness and understanding that best friend's share. Fall (sighs) he is the hot, broken bad boy that every good girl wants to fix, a total mess, potential heartbreak but totally worth the work. Tristan (double sigh) now he's the boy that every girl who believes in fairytales wants, the boy that takes your breath away, makes your heart race, your brain befuddled and your sex drive rev from 0 to 60 and keeps you there!! To be perfectly honest both Fall and Tristan are two hot super sexy characters that will have you falling into love or really strong lust!!! I loved reading this book and when it ended on a cliffhanger all I could do is sigh, shake my head sadly and look at my hubby and say no fair.. At which point he laughs and hugs me knowing how easily I get involved in a good book!! Now I'm impatiently waiting for book two, darn them cliffhangers..

I was given a copy of this book by the author for my honest review.

Let me start by saying I loved the characters and storyline! Its from 2 POV's by Summer and Fall who are brother and sister, who find love in each others bestfriend. I adored Summer and Hannah just by their tenacity to stand up for each other but were also extremely innocent. They had each others backs no matter what. Now Fall and Tristan their a different story all together. They have their own secrets and demons, being the most popular guys in college can do that to you I guess.

Now it is a little short and I feel that there could have been a little more depth into the story but it didn't take away from how great of a storyline was to begin with.

I can't wait for this author to write a full novel, I can definitely seeing her doing amazing work! Can't wait for book 2!

Absolutely loved this book! We meet Summer and Fall who are brother and sister! The pair also have siblings named after the seasons also! I thought that was a nice touch!
The story follows Summer as she realises she has feelings for her brothers best friend Tristan. And Fall realises he's falling for Summers best friend Hannah!
It's very well written for a debut Novella, and I had to keep reading till I finished, it's highly addictive!
The characters are well developed and you can't help but love them all! College drama, haunted pasts and obviously relationship problems a plenty! It will keep you on your toes and wanting more!
There's saucy scenes, giggles and tears, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire thing and will be starting book two tomorrow! Well done Alora Kate!

This isnt a book about one love story but about two. Summer and Fall are brother and brother we get to see them both go thru the ups and downs of starting a new relationship with two people who are pretty close to them.
Fall and Hannahs love story has a lot of ups and downs and we get to see Fall try his hardest to win over Hannah. Summer and Tristan are the same way skirting around each other.
Love the storyline it was uniquely written told in Fall and Summers POV. Does end in cliffhanger so i was ready to dive right into book two. For only being a novella we got alot of story with so much background given on the four main characters. Couldnt put this book down it had me gripped from page one

We follow the story of Fall and Summer whom of which are brother and sister. We watch their lives unfold in a manner they didn't expect in this fast paced new adult read. It is a sweet story following rites of passage, and kids behaving like college kids while trying to enter into the world of responsible, adult relationships and decision making.

This was a great novella. I read it in just a few hours. The language and events worked well with the characters. it's well told and leaves you wanting more. I can't wait to read the second part.

There is an amazing tale of love, drama and actual life among some college coeds. Some times you don't see what is right in front of your face. This quick read tells the story of 4 people caught in this drama that begins to unfold. Well done Alora for packing a punch in a quick read, I am left wanting to jump right into the next book.

The names of the siblings were kind of funny to me. I thought it was good, but nothing ordinary that hasn't already been written, just two storys of a brother and sister combined in one. Won't stop me from reading the next book though.

Very obviously a first book. Liked the idea and the intent but the character Fall fell short as an H for me. He was just a tool. Having said that, I stopped reading somewhere around the 50% mark to buy book 2 and I'll continue with this series and this author.

Good opening for Summer and Fall

This is a story about siblings as well as their friends the cusp of becoming adults. The ending of the book with Tristan didn't see it coming. Ha Got to read it to know what I'm talking about. ;)

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this coming of age series. Fall in love with the Seasons as they navigate College & life & love. Siblings as different from one another as the seasons in nature are - yet the connection between each of them & the ones in their lives are beyond comparison. Even in this earlier series, the author creates such magic with her words - a magic that will weave its way into your heart & soul.
