A Pann, her man and an… Aston Martin?
Pann Haggerty is embarking on her final misadventure…this time the UK is on the receiving end. A new chapter awaits her in America and she is determined to show Joe the delights her country has to offer before she turns the page.
This time Joe is at the wheel of a luxurious car channelling his inner James Bond, with Pann as his sat ‘nag’ telling him where to go at every opportunity.
On their road trip around England, Wales and Scotland Pann introduces Joe to her very British way of life. Afternoon tea, the great British pint and cockling on the beach with a knotted handkerchief on your head. Making memories, creating chaos and becoming lady of the manor in a stately home.
Joe is resolved to making Pann’s last hurrah to England a fitting tribute, because romance has no age limit.

'What You See Is What You Get' would be the best way to describe Amanda. Born in Bexleyheath, England 1971, she is a wife and mother of seven children ranging in ages from her 24 year old daughter down to a spirited power ranger mad 6 year old son. Life in her house is manic. There is always unpredictablity and a disaster waiting round the next corner. There is however, plenty of love and laughter in the home Amanda shares with her wonderful comedic husband Matt and 3 youngest children in Bedfordshire, England. In between school runs, housework and talking to her two cats, Amanda divides her time between writing, dreaming and watching her favourite films and television shows. An unashamed addict of Little House on the Prairie, The Waltons, Gilmore Girls, Anne of Green Gables and Doris Day musicals, as well as sharing her husband's love of Science Fiction and superhero films.
Amanda is also passionate about history and her bookshelves are lined with books on the Royal Families of Europe and thick historical tomes. Her love of romance novels began when she was snooping in her grandmother's spare room where she found a Janet Dailey novel, from there her dream of becoming a published author began. Her perfect afternoon would be spent watching a musical, drinking a pot of tea and munching on warm home-made cakes with her family. Wife, mother, grandmother dreamer and lover. Jill of all trades, master of none!

I've been a fan of Pann (pun intended) since devouring the first two and I was not left disappointed by this final book.

Here it's Pann's turn to take Joel on a whistlestop tour of England, Wales and Scotland and as they drive the length of the country we learn of both their fears and hopes for the future. That's all for the story from me. If you want more, you'll have to go elsewhere, I prefer to focus on the writer and their writing.

Ms Ward shows real flare of spinning a fast moving tale, nay a word is wasted and nay an emotion is left un-stirred. If you like your stories with a pace and an emotional hit, then you'll get that fix from Pann Hagarty. Ok, this is the third and final (maybe not - author?) tale in the trilogy, and so is best read in order, but if you choose to read this before the others, you still won't be disappointed.

Go on. What else are you doing?
