I remember coming across this when I was at primary school and I enjoyed rereading it now as an adult. It's a sweet story of the friendship between a boy and his toy dog. Terry Denton's urban streetscapes are wonderfully evocative with rows of menacing toothy terrace houses and skyscrapers shining a few streets away.

Loved this book growing up, so much so that I had my own 'Felix'. Found a copy in a local secondhand shop signed by the author: "Wishing you happy days & monsterless nights, Terry Denton". Makes me love it even more!

Cute story about a boy and his toy dog. The boy is late coming home and the toy dog gets worried and goes looking for him.

It's a fun little story, not overly wordy and the illustrations are perfect for the story.
