Couple that with high quality production -- color photos throughout, extremely detailed diagrams, and an easy-to-read, casual voice, you won't feel talked down to.
Definitely worth the cash, and I'll be coming back to it regularly as I work to improve my mountain biking.
Excellent book! I was recommended this book by several members of the mountain bike club I'm a member of. The book is easy to read and full of pictures that thoroughly explain correct riding techniques. Over the last few months, I've put several of these techniques into practice and my riding has improved enormously. I'm finally able to keep up with the other members during social rides and my confidence as a rider has never been better!
I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their riding. It's filled to the brim with techniques that will help even the most seasoned riders.
Breaks down a huge amount of years of experience in the saddle into discrete fundamental skills. Well done guys for helping numb nuts like me understand what the hell is going on with how the bike and body can take control of what happens on the trail.
