Okay, so this series is addictive. The further I get, them more I crave. The characters wedge their way into your heart, and the drama just builds and builds and—
Ugh. I’m freaking glad to have the final instalment, because the anticipation is already killing me. I’m both excited and sad, because I need my HEA ...but I also never want this to end. (Swear I don't plan toharass ask the author politely to continue with a second series)

Beautifully written. The excerpt's from Alexander's journal between chapters is a beautiful way to bridge gaps and time and also show juxtapose the knowledge he has compared to that of other characters.
Note: I was reading these volumes so quickly one after another that I couldn't make myself stop to review each in between, or even stop to take notes.
