After falling asleep working the night shift aboard the new commercial space station Orbit, Josh Arnold and Ben Neill wake to find they are the survivors of a devastating attack on Earth. Unprepared and inexperienced, the two young friends are now alone, drifting on the edge of the atmosphere, with no one but each-other to solve what happened to their home. Facing their own mortality, the pair find themselves thrown into a voyage of discovery, deceit, and survival, that spans across the galaxy. What happened to Earth? What truths will they learn as they embark on the journey of their lifetime? And will they, and their friendship, be strong enough to survive?

Love this book! Great story! My only irritation would have to be with the childish nature of the two earthlings; I mean I get it, they are suppose to be nerds, but there were a few parts that just made me roll my eyes. Can't wait for more from the author!
