MIDNIGHT MASCARADE, A GLASS SLIPPER, AND MURDER
As little girls growing up, we were enraptured with fairy tales, the handsome Prince, and the rescued maiden. We watched Disney movies, and we had our own dreams and fantasies of the happily ever after story. This is not the innocent fairy tales we grew up on, oh no, this is the adult erotic version that has so much more, including some mystical creatures of vampires, werewolves, witches, and more.
The King allowed masquerade balls to be held once a month, beginning with the spring equinox and ending in the fall. They were held in the grand ballroom for those of royal descent and in the underground dungeon area for staff and peasants. There was one hard rule that everyone must remain masked. The purpose of the masquerade parties was in honor of the northern tribe’s fertility goddess. It was a night of debauchery and carnality done behind a mask.
The story has Prince Dorian and his best friend, Markus, to swap clothes and change places for the masquerade. Ella enters the dungeon and watches scenes play out before her eyes until she is approached and agrees to scene with a man named Dorian. The story is full of explicit erotic scenes including voyeurism, exhibition, and BDSM. This is the adult, rest of the story on Cinderella and the handsome Prince. I look forward to the next book in the series. I think I know who it will be based on the ending of book 1. Stay tuned for more adult fairy tales to come.

Seizing he perfect opportunity at the Masquerade Ball. Hidden behind a mask Ella is there to feel love even if it is for one night. Unbeknownst to her the prince is there as well. When these two collide it is a perfect storm of love, hidden desires and unbridled passion! What will come of this chance encounter? Can they make it work? Will Ella run? This is a fun spin on the classic fairy tale.

Very nice and steamy retelling of Cinderella. My one major issue, and it's really just me, is that some of the more kinky aspects of the story were observed by the main characters rather than performed by them. But again, it's just a personal thing for me, I also don't like reading fantasy in great detail either. And even those kinky aspects were very well described and very steamy so if you don't mind reading about voyeurism in your books, you'll find some nice scenes in this one. Additionally, I feel like Ms. Conrad has started laying the foundations for a lovely and diverse world and she did it quite smoothly without slowing down the plot but definitely paving the way for future books. I can't wait to see what's next.

OMG!!! Seriously great writer!! Pulls you in and the visuals are some the best I've ever had!!
I am gladly and happly rereading this story while waiting for more to be added to this series. I needed to have this reviewed by a certain date unfortunately that date was my birthday and I was nowhere near my laptop or good internet. Sorry everyone. Take a chance and read this book. It is short but so very sweet. I love paranormal romance stories but to add in my prince/princess made it even better. The details in this story are some of the best in the hundreds of books that I've read. One way or another, in the form written or similarities to real life, you can feel what is happening.

A fairy tale Twist
A rate of 4.5 from me. A surprisingly erotic twist on the classic Cinderella story with a hint of BDSM. I must admit the story's plot is quite nice as well as its twists and turns. There's the element of suspense and danger. This has really perked up my interest and didn't bore me. And the nice thing about this is the dual POV of the H and h. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

If you take the old fairy tale of Cinderella and the Prince and the glass slipper, and add a little murder, betrayal, drama, cruelty, romance, and lots of spanking and lots of sex to it, you would have this book by Claire Conrad, which was simply a fun and enjoyable read from start to finish. I really enjoyed this expanded fresh version of the story. This is a voluntary review in exchange for a free book from booksprout.com.

Seduced in the Dungeon is a fantasy read which is very sexually charged. There are plenty of erotic scenes, involving BDSM and spanking. There is some world building and there's danger, suspense, and a devilish plot. The story will hijack you to a world so different and far away, you might decide you want to stay there a bit longer.

This is a new, interesting twist on Cinderella. Fairy tales are classics and it's fun to see an author's new take on one. I liked the sexy, kinky twists and turns in this Cinderella tale. There were a few unexpected surprises and a whole lot of sexiness.

What a beautiful well written story! It was one I could not put down it grabbed me from the first page and would not let go until the last one. Seduced in the Dungeon by Claire Conrad is a very good read. This book is a scorching hot, sexy and kinky reimagining of the classic Cinderella fairytale. Excellent choice for readers of romance that really enjoy BDSM and kink. I am posting an honest review after reading an ARC copy of this book.

Not your typical fairy tale. This is a highly erotic "Cinderalla" tale that has erotic sex, spanking, and all kinds of paranormal creatures thrown for good measure. I enjoyed this quick read. Great for an afternoon of relieving the adult fairy tale.
