I haven't read Chasing Tomorrow, but I read Tomorrow's Lullaby. It was a sweet romance that revolved around adoption. I liked that we got two different perspectives in that regard- one from a mother who placed her son up for adoption, and one from a man who had been adopted. The story felt emotional and real without becoming overwhelming and losing it's sweet new romance feels.

I read through this one quickly and enjoyed it!

Content: kissing, mention of pre-marital sex (no details) that led to pregnancy and adoption.

I loved both these books in this box set!

It's always fun for me to get to re-read books that I enjoyed the first time. Chasing Someday was published a few years ago, under a different title, I do have to say that I really LOVE the new cover! There were some little changes in this version, but the same basic story that I loved the first time is still there.

I loved the three women, there's Megan, Christina and Kyra. These three women all have challenges but one that sets the three apart is the challenge of infertility. I liked the way that Megan faced her challenges. Head on for the most part, and she was a little confused by any who didn't face their challenges the same way.

Christina isn't quite sure what's up with her, but she is concerned about a few of her symptoms and she's sure she should have been pregnant by now, but her husband really wants nothing to do with going to a doctor to see what's wrong and he's just revealed to her that he really doesn't want to be a father.

Then there's Kyra, she has a beautiful daughter, but her body doesn't seem to want to have more kids. She really doesn't want anyone at all to know that she's seeing an infertility doctor, it's kind of embarrassing.

I loved that we see this story through the eyes of all 3 of these courageous women. I really loved each of them. And I loved the way that they tried their hardest to help each other through their trials, even if they didn't know exactly what those trials were.

I loved the plot of this one, I found myself bawling near the end of the book for the pain and heartache of one of the three women. But the whole book has such a great message about watching out for those around us, and being really careful what you say and think about others, you never know just what they've been going through.

I loved this book! Go read it!

I really enjoyed Tomorrow's Lullaby. I enjoyed seeing what had happened to Sienna and her baby with Kyra and David's family. I loved the way this book talked about adoption and how everyone in it can move on with their lives and even be involved with each other.

Sienna's character is so great! I love the strength she shows in working for her dreams, even though she's already been told no two different times. I loved how conflicted she was between Jared and Aaron, both good choices, but both also having their own faults and flaws.

I really liked the plot in this one. I liked that there was closure between Sienna and her ex-boyfriend. And that things for everyone ended up just like they should have.

This is a book that I didn't want to put down, I enjoyed each and every word!

I read and reviewed each of these individually when it first came out and, as noted below, REALLY liked them! But as you can see, I strongly recommended reading BOTH, preferably in order. And now you can!

"Chasing Someday "
Wow--stunning! Lindzee Armstrong is able to bring her sure, light touch to an extremely serious topic, that of infertility (which strikes an amazing number of women), and make you laugh and weep with the characters as they go through various tests and procedures in the struggle to become parents. If you are struggling yourself, be sure to read this! But even if you are among the rare folks who don't even know someone wanting but failing to have a baby, you will enjoy the sensitivity with which the subject is approached and the absolutely human drama filled with hope and potential. It is a delightful book, written from the heart.

"Tomorrow's Lullaby"
This is a good, strong, solid novel describing a young woman's decisions involving the life-altering discovery of finding herself a pregnant teen and coping with the aftermath. Not a one-size-fits-all panacea solution but a hard look at the realities facing women these days, part of Sienna's story was first told in another hard-punching novel discussing infertility, the flip side of the coin so-to-speak. I am not saying you will have missed nothing if you start with "Tomorrow's Lullaby" but the book does stand completely on its own. I merely recommend you might want to read its prequel, "Chasing Someday." Ms. Armstrong also writes delightful comedic romances and her light touch with action and dialogue is apparent even as she tackles more serious themes.

Chasing Someday - I just LOVED this book. What a Roller Coaster Ride of Emotions. Never having gone through anything like these women, I could still follow along and understand everything. I have Friends and Family who have dealt with these problems of infertility though. My hopes would be so high for them and drop so low from one chapter to the next. This was definitely a heartbreaking yet hopeful read. A happily ever after for most and hopefully for the others also, sooner rather than later. Great Job Mrs. Armstrong! I really enjoyed reading your work and look forward to reading more in the future. I'd love to read more about these woman also. Hint Hint! I was given a copy of this book from The Author/Publisher and was not compensated in anyway to give a positive or negative review.

Tomorrow's Lullaby was a sweet and emotional read. Great characters with a great story line. Sienna places her son up for adoption in an open adoption and finds some great parents for him. She has a really good relationship with them and gets to see her son, Hunter quite a bit and is updated on his progress all the time. She puts off telling her new boyfriend Aaron because she knows he is against adoption, being adopted himself and he has a lot of negative feelings about it. She waits until it's too late to tell him after he finds out through someone else. Are they able to overcome her deception and work it out? Or is this the end of the new and budding relationship for Sienna and Aaron?
5-stars, arc, emotional, contemporary-romance, hea, romance, stand-alone, college
I was given an ARC copy from The Author to read and review if I chose to do so. I was not compensated in any way for a review either positive or negative.

Chasing Someday
I was fortunate to receive a free Audible code from this author. Plus years ago I bought the hardcover of this book as I was very interested in the premise of this story: Three women and their husbands and how each one handled their infertility. I myself had been unable to get pregnant for the first few years of my marriage so I found these characters very relatable. Although fictional, any one of these characters could be your own friends or acquaintances, some you may know their of their plight but others you may not as in this story. Lindzee Armstrong handled this delicate subject extremely well including the teenager who got pregnant unexpectedly and decided to have her baby and adopt it out to a couple who would never be able to have their own child. This is a story you may find less frequently these days with the ease of abortion. As far as the narrator of this story goes, I believe Ms Tiffany Williams did very well. I’m sure it would have been very difficult to portray all the character’s voices and view points in this story but I had no problem listening to them. Kudos go out to her. I find no problem highly recommending this be it Audible book, ebook , hardcover or paperback to all.

Tomorrow’s Lullaby
I enjoyed reading this book more than I thought I would when I first got it. I could feel the strong emotions of the characters, their love, their pain. Lindzee Armstrong has a terrific way of putting those feelings to paper. It was an incredible read. One that I won't soon forget. I highly recommend this book to all ages. I appreciate a good clean read and can trust that any book Ms Armstrong writes will deliver just that.

I love to re-read books that I have read in the past and enjoyed. Even books that are hard to read because of their subject matter. These 2 books fall into that category for me.

Chasing Someday
This is a different kind of of read from Lindzee Armstrong from what I am used to. This is the stories of three couples all dealing with infertility and how it affects their lives and those around them. Not everyone handles it the same way and we see this in this book. We also get to meet Sienna, a pregnant teenager who is taking music lessons from Megan, one of the couples in the book. Once I started reading this book I simply could not put it down. From page one until the end it had me.

Tomorrow's Lullaby
Tomorrow's Lullaby is the story after Sienna goes off to Academy of Arts and she meets and is dating 2 guys. One is new to the school and they have a spark. Unexpected things happen to create issues back in Utah. You know life is never easy, even as a young adult. I love how Lindzee Armstrong shows the true sides of open adoptions as well as showing us the adoptee side as well. Once again a book I could not put down from the first page to the end... both times I read it.
I have now read this book 3 times. It is one of those that really touches me. I actually started with this one before Chasing Tomorrow's then I read this one and read Chasing Tomorrow's again.
I highly recommend this book to EVERYONE. It is so different from any of Lindzee Armstrong's other books and so powerful a read.

Chasing Someday: I would have given 10 stars if I could have!! Lindzee Armstrong you made me cry! But, I am not complaining. Each book I of yours that I read is better, but not always for the same reason. The story of three couples struggling with infertility and how they handled their struggles and the families they made was very realistic and, at times, heartbreaking. There was good detail in the medical situations without it being overdone and it was not repeated unnecessarily. Most people do not realize that just because you get pregnant that everything will end well or as planned. This will be a book that I will recommend to many people, but everyone should be aware that everything is not always a happily ever after. At least not the one we plan for. I know, I have lived the loss of a newborn and this book details it well.

Tomorrow's Lullaby: Well-written sequel to Chasing Someday and tells a realistic story of a birth mother's subsequent journey. Despite being a sequel, this book can be read as a stand alone. It examines both sides of the adoption issue, but also points out that everyone's story is unique. Christian values discussed, but not a focal point. No profanity or sex scenes, but tells a love story with bumps along the way. It does show how a mistake does not define your life, but how you handle it that does. Great job, Ms. Armstrong!

Chasing Someday: Tiffany did such an amazing job narrating this story. This was so heartbreaking an all over a touching story. Following the struggle to have children with these 3 women was so beautifully written and there was such emotion in it. I loved getting to hear this story. I actually hurt with each woman as their story was told because they were living each woman's ultimate fears. I've never understood why people consider being infertile taboo. Yes, it is heartbreaking to find out about, but it doesn't mean there is anything more than medically wrong with a person. I really loved this story and can't wait to get started on book 2.

Tomorrow's Lullaby: I loved listening to this story. Sienne and Aaron have an extremely rocky start especially because Sienna is a birth mother and Aaron didn't have the best childhood growing up with his adoptive parents. The struggle of when/if to tell him and also the normal struggles in life make for a wonderful story. I loved listening to Tiffany narrate this wonderful story. I loved how her voice made it so much easier to fall in love with this story. Listening to Tiffany read made it so easy to let the world fall away and get lost into this beautiful world.

I read these novels back to back --Tomorrow's Lullaby being the first one I read. I don't feel like either novel really forces a desire to be read before the other, but they both go great as a companion boxed set.

In Tomorrow's Lullaby, Sienna's struggles with school, relationships and holding onto (but moving forward with) her past made her story remarkable. You felt so drawn to see how things played out for her and how she juggled being a college student, having dreams and aspirations, but finding where her and her past fit into romantic relationships. It tugs at your vulnerable side.

In Chasing Someday, you go through SUCH a range of emotions. Joy, sadness, and frustration all make appearances as these three women go through the struggles of infertility. While this is just a novel, it brought a lot of the elements of treatment and the emotions to the forefront for me, as I have watched friends go through infertility and miscarriage. I loved reading this story and cheering for happy endings for these three, sweet friends.

Chasing Someday - Excellent story! This is a different type of story from this author. This well written book runs the gamut on emotions and keeps the reader glued to the pages. I've never read a book by Ms. Armstrong that was disappointing. Although a different topic from her other books, this is an excellent read, just expect a few tears. I contacted the author to review her books, after reading some of her books.

Tomorrow's Lullaby - Heartwarming. Another great story. I read Chasing Someday before continuing with this book. Both of these stories aren't like the other books by this author. They're amazing! A well written book, again, filled with emotions of all types, that keep the reader glued to the pages. I enjoyed reading these two books, even though I'm not too crazy about the subject matter nowadays, but my interest never wavered while reading these two gems. You don't need to read Chasing Someday, but it's worth the time. I contacted the author to review her books, after reading some of her books.

I truly adored both of these books, which I have reviewed separately:

Chasing Someday: I really adored this book. This was a really beautiful novel. So powerful, well written, very personal and sensitive. I admit that some parts made me cry, some made me laugh, and some caused me to imagine unbearable heartbreak. A truly touching book that might just change your outlook on life.

Tomorrow's Lullaby: This is a beautifully written book. It's a stand-alone novel, but follows the storyline of a character introduced in Chasing Someday. It is a hopeful and poignant exploration of adoption in its many variations. Lindzee Armstrong's writing style is easy to read, but her mature and sensitive treatment of the subject matter elevates this novel above the standard easy-reading contemporary romance. A lovely story that is well worth reading.

I loved both these books in this box set! I'm happy that they are both offered together in one set. I read both of these book as absolutely loved them.
Chasing Someday - This one hit home for me - I found it to be an emotional and inspiring read. This was about three women facing infertility, and the journey they take to face and perhaps overcome this heartache. This was well written and heartfelt. I enjoyed the strength and depth of these characters. Tissues are needed - but it is well worth the read.
Tomorrow's Lullaby - What a heartwarming and yet heartbreaking read. The topic of adoption was handled well. The characters are well written and developed. The plot drags you in and keeps your interest until the end.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Chasing Tomorrow Box Set: Chasing Someday, Tomorrow's Lullaby

by Lindzee Armstrong

Two very good books that run the entire emotional rangr. I've already reviewed Chasing Someday so I will concentrate on Tomorrow's Lullaby. This book is somewhat more YA, featuring young woman from Chasing Someday. Some of the other characters make appearances, but this is Sienna McBride's story two years later. At times I found myself feeling sorry, happy, angry and more. I hope there will be more books in this series.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Tiffany Williams portrayed all the feelings the characters were going through.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Tomorrow's Lullaby: This is another compelling story written by Ms. Armstrong. It shows adoption from both the birth parent point and the adopted child's point. Sienna placed her child for adoption at 18 and has an open and loving relation with her child and his adopted parents. While attending college she meets Aaron who was adopted and is bitter about his mother giving him up What follows is a truely heart renching journey. It was a very well written story.
Chasing Someday: This book was about three couples strugles to have children. This book was well written. It gave the reader a true look into what couples have to go through to be able to have children.

a beautiful box set to buy as a present for someone, i treated myself, and took them on holiday. This is a very emotional story and made me cry , i thought it was very well written and portrayed the subject very well. It was a beautiful story showing all sides of how it feels to fall pregnant when your not ready and end up putting it up for adoption and also the heartbreak of infertility and the Aeron who was adopted. i no from seeing a few families i know who have adopted children they have awful problem when they grow up some are ok but others have all sorts of issues with them coming to terms with who they are and their past.

Chasing Someday is the first book in the Chasing Tomorrow series. It is a book about women that want more than anything to have a baby but struggle with infertility. The emotions portrayed are so real, so heartbreaking, so "felt" through the words. This book kept me hooked throughout, and I highly recommend it.

Tomorrow's Lullaby is the second book in the Chasing Tomorrow series. Sienna gave a child up for adoption. Years later, she finds herself attracted to a man that resents his birth mother for doing the same. Does Sienna dare share her story with Aaron? This book is full of emotions and keeps you reading until the end. I definitely recommend it.

Lindzee Armstrong writes the best stories. She has another hit with Tomorrow's Lullaby- a wonderful, emotional, romance dealing with the hard subject of unwed mothers and adoption. This is beautifully written. The characters are exceptionally well drawn. I could not put it down. You might need a box of tissues.
I know so many people who struggle with infertility. In Chasing Someday Lindzee Armstrong has crafted an amazing story of three such couples. Each of their journeys is different. Lindzee brings such understanding to their struggles. You will need tissues as your read their struggles with infertility.

This is a great box set of two of Lindzee's most popular books. They're an emotional roller coaster to read. Four women who are all considering adoption and the different ways they look at it. They all face different challenges in their lives as they consider their ability to have or not have children. Heartwarming and heartbreaking in so many ways.. Wonderfully written and a joy to read. I received an advance copy and voluntarily chose to review this set.

Amazing!!!!!!

These books bring such clarity to subject of infertility and all the methods of dealing with it. Stunningly told from each person's POV. The parents who are struggling to deal with their desire to have a baby and the young woman faced with the option of placing her child with a couple who so desperately want a baby. I highly recommend this box set. Lindzee Armstrong is to be praised for this work.

I received a free book (Chasing Someday) and voluntarily chose to review it. I have not read the other book. So I will not be reviewing that book.
Warning: This book, Chasing Someday, deals with infertility and I used up a lot of tissues. I loved the book anyway especially since I rarely read sad books. I think that I should consider all three women as strong women. This book is quite realistic about the money problems and the physical problems.

Audiobook
Narration - Tiffany Williams - Really Good. She's a terrific storyteller and her male characters are completely believable and distinctive.

Chasing Someday:
So, if you've read the blurb, you know that this book covers three couples with infertility issues. In the beginning, I kept getting confused and thinking - wait? Who are we talking about now? But it doesn't take long and the couples lives become intertwined and you're glad you have their foundation.
The issues I have with this book, have nothing to do with the book - and they aren't really issues, but things that I now want to discuss with other people. The book itself is well written, the narration is terrific and I was completely drawn in for the entire story, but now I feel like I know these people and I want to sit down and ask them questions and learn more about their futures.

It makes me angry that there are stigmas attached to infertility and those who suffer from it.
It makes me angry that someone who is struggling with infertility has to add that feeling of shamefulness or that they are some how "less than" because making babies doesn't come naturally to their bodies. They have enough to worry about. Let's not add this. The cost, the procedures, the hormones! That's enough.

This book will educate you to a struggle and heartbreak that is real for these three couples, but even if you're already familiar with that struggle, you'll enjoy the characters and their story. Really enjoyable listen.

Tomorrow's Lullaby:
This book picks up a couple years later with Sienna, now in college. Sienna was the piano prodigy in Chasing Someday who placed her baby for adoption, and now she's in college and still trying to get her chance at acceptance into Julliard.
She meets a couple of great guys, but the one that sets her little heart to fluttering reveals rather early that he's adopted and he's holding a great deal of bitterness (and misconceptions) towards his birth mother; in fact... all birth mothers. So When Sienna learns this, she's in a bit of a quandary as to how to proceed with this friendship, She tries to educate Aaron about the process in subtle little ways, but he's having nothing to do with it.

This was a sweet little romantic story that included some more time with Kyra and her family and I really enjoyed it. Narration was terrific again, and now I just want some more time with these characters.

I received a copy of this audiobook free of charge from the author, narrator or rights holder in exchange for an honest review.
