Did I mention that I love this series??!?!?!?! so so funny! The scene with Vesper and Tegan fighting each other...BAHAHAHAHAHAHa. To be honest I've had this soft spot for Dom this whole time. I like him even more now. I can't wait for the next VOL.

The third Volume in the Plume series is as good as the first two were. The story continues to progress as do the characters. In this volume there are changes in store for Corrick and a team is formed with a new mission that will take the story into future volumes.

The genre blending of humour, the supernatural and western is a delight and I laughed a few times during this volume. This is a special series and the art is outstanding and very expressive. There are always silents panels in the Plume series and it is extraordinary how much they communicate. I don't think any modern American comic creator makes eyes as expressive and communicative as K Lynn Smith. Here's to future volumes in the series.

The third volume picks up with Corrick being kidnapped by Dominic and Vesper being heartbroken. Vesper along with Tegan continue working together to find Corrick. Meanwhile, a mysterious woman recruits Hunter to find Vesper alive as she wants Vesper brought to her. It appears that she knows Vesper and her father and what she wants with Vesper is unclear.

I LOVE this series. I have been a big fan of K. Lynn Smith and her art style. I love Vesper and Corrick's bond as they have grown to care for each other. This volume was a bit more heavy than the previous volumes, creating a higher stake for the story. I like the way the story is progressing and how there are unknowns that keep me invested in wanting to keep reading.

Plume is one of my favorite comic series and I can't wait to get caught up.
