A sexy billionaire CEO. His headstrong secretary. And a computer file that exposes her most secret and dirty fantasies about him. Lilliana I hate my boss. He’s an inconsiderate and demanding tyrant. I hate his juvenile rules, his micro-managing ways and his selfish and unapologetic manner. But most of all, I hate how insanely sexy he is - how all the women around him can’t help but fawn all over him. He’s a wealthy, ego-driven maniac that has a new bimbo at his beck and call with the mere snap of his fingers. Despite these irrepressible naughty fantasies I keep having about him, I wouldn’t stroke his ego for all the money in the world. Jason Kaine I may have found the one. After years of fruitless searching, I’ve found the perfect secretary. She’s scarily efficient, not afraid of hard work, detail-oriented, and best of all, she doesn’t complain about my important rules. She’s a dream come true. So why can’t I keep the image of her, deliciously naked and spread out invitingly across my desk, from invading my head? I didn’t get to where I am today by being stupid. I’ve got plenty of willing women to choose from who understand my absolute no-strings policy. Lilliana is strictly off-limits, but I see the way her eyes devour me. I see how her pulse pounds whenever I get near. I know she’s ripe for the taking, but that would be disastrous for both of us. It might be the worst mistake ever, but something’s bound to give.
Arabella Quinn writes steamy contemporary romance filled with sharp banter, messy emotions, and characters who fall hard, fight it harder, and still don’t stand a chance.
If you love chaotic chemistry, found family energy, and high-heat romance—with the occasional grumpy hockey player thrown in—you’re in the right place.
When she’s not writing, she’s probably plotting her next fictional disaster, overanalyzing character decisions, or wondering how many bad decisions it takes to accidentally ruin everything... or break a hex.
Her Miami Fusion series features eight hockey players, one scorned puck bunny, and the worst curse in professional hockey.
I noticed a trend with these books. The book is only about 85% and then we are seeing an introduction of the next book. This book was actually very predictable. As soon as one character was introduced I knew the rest of the story would unfold. There was also a book within a book that had more intimacy than the book itself did.
Spoiler Report: It was so good loved the characters and the storyline but it skipped parts I want to know how he fought to get his company. I wanted to here his POV during the wedding and when they had the baby. It skipped a head a lot but the characters are so great and the storyline is great.
I so was wanting to give this book a 5 star rating but something at the end didn't feel right for me so I'm just gonna leave it at that. This book will make you frustrated, sexy and overwhelmed be sure and have that screaming towel in tow. Sexy and Hot. Gotta love an office romance with a twist or more.
