Daniel Joseph Berrigan (May 9, 1921 – April 30, 2016) was an American Jesuit priest, college professor, anti-war activist, Christian pacifist, playwright, poet, and author.
This is a thought-provoking collection of poetry and terra-cotta reliefs that reflect on the traditional stations of the cross by asking readers to see Christ’s suffering through the trails and pain of the homeless. Both the poems and the art bring faith into focus wonderfully.
