If I had read this book during my college years, I would've been a more productive student. The author's focus on soft skills such as teamwork and leadership help guide the student into getting the most out of any degree. Ms. Thomas lays the groundwork for students to excel in college and beyond. She describes skills that are essential not only in college but also in graduate school and the workforce. I would recommend this book for anyone who is considering college or graduate school.
