For several years now, George Jackson and his two buddies, Abe and Jack, spend their Friday nights in Harry's bar, playing pool and poker. George thinks their is more to life, and wants a challenge. He sees an article in Sunday's paper about an unsolved crime ten years ago. Being a former cop, he wants to get involved, and maybe even solve it. He contacts the writer, JR Marlowe (female) and together they do everything they can, along with a little help from friends, to solve the murder of Frank Mason, and in the process become romantically involved.
