Seeing Her

Rate this book
Although Chloe enjoys hostessing at a restaurant, interacting with her coworkers makes her want to melt into the floor. They're all so outgoing, beautiful, and confident - which is petrifying to a shy lesbian. Although Chloe’s used to being alone, she doesn't want to be single forever. So when she finally catches one girl's eye, she hopes their mutual attraction can develop into more. Waitressing isn't Jennie's passion. Neither is drug dealing, but put together, they pay the bills. Jennie's just biding her time until she can move on to better things. Fooling around with coworkers isn't in her plans - but once she notices the resident wallflower is drop-dead gorgeous, those plans change. Falling for Chloe, though? That's another matter. Will Jennie chew Chloe up and spit her out? Or could she be the first person to ever see Chloe for who she really is?

More reimagined m/m spun into f/f balderdash from A. R. Steele. My guess is that the gay version is called VIP Room. Enjoy!

Is one individual publishing under numerous pseudonyms? Shouldn't the book switcheroo receive a disclaimer on Amazon's webpage? It still could just be me, but I can't stand these novellas.

Ok I could only force myself to get about 25% of the way through this disaster before I tapped out. I think this maybe another book originally mm, but flipped to ff. Either way the plot is jumbled, characters poorly designed or explained, no rhyme or reason to the book. Do not waste your time.

Fun story

This was a great story about two women falling in love and maturing and changing individually and together. It was a nice read.
