This is one of the first Christian Fiction novels I had ever read. I've owned the book for years and though it is quite cheesy, I still love the story and have read it so many times the binding on the book is starting to break. The story is about Laura whose father was jailed for selling a United States sophisticated missile guidance system to other world powers. He is arrested and her life is ruined, she herself being a computer whiz. She attempts to start anew by moving to a new city and changing her name. Little does she know that her father implemented a virus that becomes active and now nations are trying to gain nuclear supremacy. Her father claims Laura is the key so everyone is trying to find her and gain the information necessary so she turns to the man who put her father in jail. It is a fast paced book with love and the power of redemption thrown in.
Excellent, engaging book! Such a fun read. Have read this multiple times and need to do so again soon. Its that good! This outstanding thriller is juts awesome; with great characters, a cool setting, and a captivating storyline.
The story is overall fine, but the ending wrapped up just a little to quickly and smoothly. The way in which Laura was all of a sudden perfectly fine with Jonathan just didn't flow quite right.
