Courtney Nacoal has longed for the day when she could be on her own, away from her overprotective parents, and free to explore the world that she's been sheltered from for eighteen years. But, on a family vacation, only weeks away from college, and freedom, Courtney wakes from an accident that will change her life forever. Tristan, the angelic figure who spoke to her, is just what every girl dreams of, but... what if that's all he is... a dream? When no one else can see him, Courtney not only questions her own sanity, but everything she's ever believed in. Have her injuries ran far deeper or has she fallen in love with a ghost?
Hello fellow readers, writers, and book lovers! My name is Brandy, born and raised in the midwest along the mighty Mississippi. I am a wife, mother, teacher, and (just recently) an author. When I'm not teaching, I'm writing. When I'm not writing, I'm thinking about writing. When I'm not thinking about writing, I'm reading, but that usually leads to me thinking about writing, which turns into me writing, and the cycle begins again. I'm still searching for that balance between it all. I embrace any story that has the ability to create an escape from the day-to-day activities, stories that make me long for more when finished, and stories that keep me reading hours after I should have fallen asleep. These are also the types of stories I hope to create for others to read. If "Dead Line" has done that for you, let me know!
