Wow! Part two was absolutely amazing. Lena is running away from Cyrus and we learn a little more about (sexy) Erik. My hear pounded in anticipation during some scenes. I can't wait for part 3!

Twisted Fate is the second installment of the Fated books. We rejoin Selena and Erik on the run from Cyrus and his men. Things start heating up between the two, but Erik has secrets of his own. It's impossible to know who can be trusted. Where is the biggest threat?
This is a well written, suspenseful book with a bit of edge. I love how each book begins. We know there's a betrayal coming, but other than that everything is still a mystery. Good, bad, danger, safety, lover, enemy? We know nothing of the characters, who will be in the harem or where the story is heading. This element of the complete unknown is addictive. As soon as you finish with Part 2, you will be clamoring for Part 3!

I absolutely loved the continuation from serial book 1!! I couldn't put it down and found myself on the edge of my seat with anticipation till the very end!!! The ending of part 2 will leave you excited in anticipation for part 3 ❤️

I received this book as an arc.
I will preface this review by saying this is part of a serial, that means for those who don't know, that this book is only about 5 chapters long and is part of a larger book, the story does not have a conclusion yet as these episodes of the serials are only released usually about one a month or so.
I felt like I was waiting forever for this episode of cece's serial! Twisted fate picks up where we left off in fractured fate. Lena is on the run with Erik, Her best friend missing, Cy chasing her and the overwhelming pressure of becoming something more than human. We meet some new characters, we question some old characters, and for the. Most part are just drying for answers to our questions! Each part of this serial brings up more and more questions.
The prologue. Please cece, you are killing me! So I was pretty vocal about the fact that in the first episode's prologue, it was set up to keep you suspicious of every character and dying to know what has led to those circumstances. This books was no different!! I mean, not only did the prologue continue from where the first prologue ended, but it got you just as anxious to read this book to see if any more answers are given.
Lena doesn't know who to trust, what to feel or just how to do life at the moment. That being said, Lena keeps her cool so much better than I would have. She just takes it one step at a time and doesn't take crap from anybody! I still love Lena, even when I question what the hell she is doing! That scene with Erik *ahem* I'm still not sure how I feel about him, hence why I question the girls choices! But you, know, he's pretty hot, so I understand.
Erik, I still don't know how I feel about him, I can't decide if he gives off evil or protective vibes! Dammit cece, why are you making me question everyone!
Jace, hmmm I can totally see him getting closer to Lena, there's just something about him. I feel that way about Adrian, I definitely think he will end up being a. Game changer in this series!
The teaser at the end of the book, wow, I mean, what a way to close out a book to keep us guessing!!

THIS is how you do a serial. The "marketplace" has been somewhat flooded with them lately and, sadly, I feel like some of them give the concept a bad name. They're usually not well thought out/planned and each installment is so short or empty of real meat as to be relatively pointless. A serial should be very much so as the name implies: like a SERIES. Think of a "regular" novel as a full-length film, and serial is television series. That means (FOR ME) that *something* of consequence should happen in each installment.
Cece does NOT disappoint. The first installment did a great job of introducing the main characters and the paranormal world. Though we were still left a little confused (as we should have been) because the main character doesn't yet have all the answers.
This book opens and you hit the ground running. We learn a little bit more about Selena and her temperment. We learn a good bit more about Erik (who was a bit of an escape-offering enigma in the first book). And there are some new twists added both by new characters and existing. And I appreciate a character that is NOT blind to others flaws (especially if they've just had a hot make out sesh). Lena reacts to Erik's actions much the way I think I would.
Can't wait for the next installment.

Wow! Part two is just as exciting as part one! We follow Lena and Eirik as this continue to keep away from Cyrus. But has Eirik got secrets of his own, Lena knows he is hiding stuff from her, but can she trust him?
Well written part two has plenty of danger and excitement. I am a reader who generally cannot see what is going to happen next, and I love that this episode is still keeping me guessing. The writer has constructed the story so well that it keeps you guessing, it is keeping me on the edge of my seat and I am absolutely loving it

The humour in the book is awesome, I was reading it in a public place and Lena's wit in places had me laughing out loud and drawing looks from those around me
If you are not a fan of serials then I suggest you wait for the completed story, but if you are like me and love them then I recommend you read this one, unpredictable, exciting, funny danger filled goodness with an array of fantastic characters I love it and highly recommend it

Really enjoyed this second part of the serial by author Cece Rose. We get a bit more of a look into the mystery that is Cyrus (although sadly we don't actually get to meet him again in this book) and learn that he has some more enemies (or is it the same one?) We also learn a bit more about Selena's character and what she is like. Oh, and there's a little bit of steamy action too *fans herself at the thought*
I'm desperately wanting to read the next part of the serial now (and luckily there is a small seek peek into the first chapter of the third book at the end) as I really want to know what happens next, and just who is that baddie in the prologue? I'm also hoping that we'll get to see Cyrus again.

This story picks up right where Fractured Fate leaves off (I mean it's a serial, so... yeah). Lena is just taking a little vacation with Erick, gettin' a little cardio running for their lives. You know, the usual. But in all seriousness, this story was action packed and keeps you guessing. Great writing, and great character development especially with it being short (again, duh, it's a serial). I know a lot of people don't love serials, but I do recommend this one! If you hate waiting, just wait til they are all out and then pick them up. Speaking of waiting, I NEED the rest of the story like yesterday. So good.

Great second book in a great series!
Thoroughly enjoying this series! Selena was bitten, turned into a werewolf and and kidnapped by her new "mate". She's had a rough 24 hours. Not knowing a thing bout Cyrus, her new mate and Alpha of the local pack, she tries to escape any way she can. Finding an ally in feline shifter Erik, she is on the run now, all the while still trying to find her friend Melissa, who also disappeared that night.
She's meeting a lot of interesting people and species while hiding out. And learning more than she wants to know about shifters. Her life just keeps getting crazier and crazier. Can't wait to see what happens next!

WOW!! What to say? Twisted fate is the second instalment of the fated books, and it was amazing. This book is exciting and keep you thinking. I loved that it had me laughing out loud but still has plenty of danger and excitement.
I'm not giving much away am I? Well you should read and absorb the awesomeness that is this book. I am going to need to re read again and again, fill out tables and charts to see if I can work out who the bad guy is, as well as who is in the harem.
I will figure it out if it's the last thing I do.

I loved part one, and part two just steps up the anticipation, danger, hotness, and has left me with so many questions. Who is in the room with her? Will she continue to evade Cyrus? Do I really want her to? I have to say right now I am I am really wanting him to. Eric, is he really helping her in the long run, or is he using Lena as a means to an end. CeCe, has created a gripping Paranormal RH read that has me hooked from page one.

So this is part 2 of the Fated Serial. It is so good!!! This serial has a way of sucking you in the moment you get started that you forgot you've only 4-ish chapters and then it's over. I love the split time intro because it keeps he reader on their toes. Who is behind the camera and who is behind Selena. It could any number of people we've met so far. You fall in love with Eric and you almost want Cyrus to catch them, almost. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I remain intrigued by the mystery - I really want to know who has her captive and is beating her (I suspect I know who it is). And more importantly, I want to know why. What's going on?
Unfortunately, it is clearly going to be ages before I get an answers, because there is only another 40-50 pages written and no sign of the next episode.

Can we say SMOKING HOT! Perfect follow up to Cece Rose's part one, Fractured Fate. We get a bigger glimpse of Erik (Hello sexy bad boy!) and Lena together on the run. Cece Rose is an evil mastermind of twists, turns, and epic plots! At this point I have no idea who the villains and heroes are! I do know I can't wait to read part three!! Hopefully we get some more steamy scenes!!! <3 <3 <3

Episode 2 finds Lena on the run from Cyrus. I'm still hoping everyone is wrong about him, but only time will tell. Erik genuinely seems like a good guy, but secrets. So many secrets. And now we have a new player....Adrian. not sure about him. I have my theories. Can't wait for Episode 3!

I still feel the same....
The only reason I never read serials is because they are over so fast ☹️ I am still not sure what is going on except for the running part of it. Why is she running and why is Erik helping her. Yes I get why she’s pissed and wants to look for Melissa but hell!

Ahhhhh!!! Need more!!! Another exciting addition that only leaves you with more questions. Is there anyone that Lena can truly trust? She's forever on the run and Cy seems to never be too far away. I'm off to dive into book 3 and I seriously hope that this will be the conclusion since there are no more serials after the third .

Wow! This story gets better and better! In this installment Lena is still on the run with the help of Erik and there are a few close calls until he tries to take drastic measures to keep her out of Cyrus's hands. I am loving this series so much and I can't wait for the next part to come out!!!!

I need the next installment! As with part one, I got completely wrapped up in the story and was devastated when I was out of pages. I can't wait to see where the story goes with Lena and Erik and how Adrian is going to play into the mix.

It was ok but it was very short and more like a couple of chapters than a actual book. I think you deffently have to re-read the first one before reading this one because I didn't and a lot of stuff was confusing.

I definitely want to know what happens next and where all of this is going. I know it is normal with serials but I hate watching this girl being tugged here and there. But it is a good story!
