Knížka o (ne)vedení lidí pro začátečníky. Líbila se mi jednoduchá forma příběhu proměny jednoho šéfa na nešéfa. Samozřejmě by se našli věci, o kterých by se dalo diskutovat anebo se snažit z nich vykřesat nějaký pseudo důvod, proč nějakou hvězdu sundat... ale ne, mně pomohla, klidně si ji projdu znovu a za těch pár dolarů to byla dobrá koupě.
Despite some annoying spelling & grammar errors (a sign to me that the proofreaders didn’t do a thorough job), I enjoyed the saga of Jeffrey’s turnaround of GooCrew as he learned the principles & tools of Hands-Off Leadership from his coach Alexandra. This story is in the same vein as Eliyahu Goldratt’s The Goal in which a fictional narrative is used to teach business leadership concepts. It’s a quick & easy read and can be used as a reference book with its glossary in the back.
